Hands down the best massage I’ve had! This spa is beautiful, great customer service and the massage was perfect. I’d highly recommend and plan to come back.

To be fair, I have never had a facial or massage that I didn’t enjoy. So I may not be the most critical judge. But my facial was amazing. My aesthetician was soft-spoken and thorough. The masseuse communicated what needed to be done and was quiet for the remainder, which I enjoy. And the ambience was perfection. You have plenty of time to relax and the space to do so. The prices were a bit high I feel for the services received, so I don’t know if I’ll be back. But it was definitely an experience I enjoyed!

Absolutely frustrating and very disappointing experience; I would never attempt a return visit. I can only speak to the customer service of Truce Spa as my appointment was lost or never made? On May 3rd I called and scheduled an appointment for the Escape Package including a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. The woman I spoke to booked me an appointment for the afternoon of Mothers Day May 12th and after completing the booking she took down my credit card information to hold the appointment. However, when I called on May 11th to confirm my arrival time I was informed that none of the 4 appointments had been made and that they no longer had room to accomodate the Escape Package. The receptionist was professional enough though somewhat lacking in empathy as this had been both a birthday gift and my mothers day plans. It is now the day before Mothers Day and we are scrambling to come up with new plans.To add insult to injury after ai hung up my husband pointed out that I had provided credit card information and that the Spa may be able to look up my information/appt thru the card number. I called back and received the vm; I requested a call back so that we could verify that my appt and credit card hadnt been recorded under an incorrect name. Instead of a call I received a text message back stating thank you for your call back. You do not have an appointment for tomorrow. No attempt to make sure that the appointment wasnt under the wrong name or possibly on the wrong date. Very disappointed.

Beverly was awesome. After her gentle also firming massage, my neck moves without problems! The 90min session is great. I did fall asleep several times because it’s so relaxing, calming, and comforting! Will definitely revisit again.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I after our wedding, but unfortunately were let down by the experience. They should disclose that there is construction happening near the spa because we could hear the sounds for the full 90 minutes our massage. The walls must be thin because we could also hear two people in the room next to us who were speaking pretty loudly throughout our massages. Both of those things really took away the relaxing aspect pretty quickly.For the massages themselves, I will say that I had a slightly better experience than my husband, but he was very dissatisfied. He commented that he questioned whether the masseuse had actually ever given a massage before. She seemed to just slather on oil and rub it in, but actually missed the *massage* part. Had it not been a couples massage, Im certain he would have asked to her to end early.Im glad we gave Truce a chance, but we wont be back.

We have been coming here for years and have happily referred many others and often given gift certificates to Truce Spa as presents to friends and family and service has always been good up until our last visit.I booked a facial and massage for my wife on Mothers Day and after her massage was completed, she was taken to the lounge to wait for her esthetician, who showed up 10 minutes late and proceeded to inform my wife that she was going to need to skip some of the facial services and rush in order to be done on time. Ultimately, the facial service lasted half of the time that was booked and paid for.After requesting a refund for the facial, I was denied and instead offered a $20 credit for future services and was told that my wife did in fact get a full-length facial and her and I were wrong.Now, I understand and know that things happen and no business is perfect, but for me; it gets down to how a business reacts and responds to an error they made with the intent to remedy the situation with a client, and Truce Spa fell flat on their face to do right by a good client over a measly $104, which will cost them far more in the long run as we will no longer give them our business.

The massage I got wasnt what I expected. I was recommended by a colleague to get a lymphatic drainage massage by Joni. My appointment was rescheduled twice which was understandable. The second time it was rescheduled I was assigned to a different masseuse. Although, I was a minute or two late I was able to sign their required forms which had no indications on pressure level or areas of focus. Once in progress with the massage, I was disappointed. The masseuse barely touched my skin and was just rubbing the top layer the whole 60 minutes. No pressure, lotion, or oil was added. At the end, I was completely confused at to what type of service I just got. It would have been nice to know more information on the massage I was getting for it was completely different from the experience my colleague told me she received. A little more informational due diligence on the spas end would have made things more better and worth my money.

Thank you so much for your amazing massage. Whenever I am in town, I make appointment and receive stress relief from this place. I love the massage, gentle and firm enough. He knew the points and focused on those problems. So efficient and relieved. The last step was a glass of wine and a piece of chocolate. I wanted to stay longer because I was so comfortable.

The atmosphere in this spa is like no other. As you enter the lights are dim and the feeling of quietness after a day of driving put you at ease. They cater to your needs and thats all I found here. The massage and facial are the best. I cannot wait to come back and its been a while.

I never fail when I come to truce! Been coming here randomly over the years and it’s always such a relaxing experience as it should be! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff are so friendly and on top of your experience which makes me want to come back everytime! From the front staff to the massage - Lisa who was absolutely amazing! First of all Truce is a lovely spa. I think it’s really sad that the owner has had to deal with the misleading overall rating ever since a nasty and vindictive person had a bunch of her friends 1 star spam the reviews three years ago. I can’t imagine what it took to recover from that. No business deserves it and most definitely not Truce.My experience was nothing but top notch. The front desk person was very sweet and attentive and she set the right tone - not too casual but not snooty to make you feel uncomfortable or out of place. My massage was very nice and I felt relaxed and calm - just what I was looking for. Reasonable prices too! I would consider another treatment down the road and highly recommend Truce to anyone...

We’ve been going to Truce for over 5 years, and it’s one of the best places on the Eastside. The staff is always courteous and friendly, and the massage therapists and nail technicians are very good. They use the highest quality Epicurean products, and the place is inviting and very peaceful. They offer annual, and semi-annual plans. There is also an on-site infra red sauna available for use during the service. Thank you truce for making this a wonderful indulgence!

My first visit to Truce Spa earlier this week was perfect. It was exactly what I needed. Quiet, peaceful, comforting atmosphere. The staff were gracious and professional. I had a dermaplane facial with Lora, and it was amazing. She knows what shes doing and is very kind. Ill be back regularly.

Thuy did great for my pedicure! Lisa was excellent at my Himalayan salt stone massage and really got my kinks out, and Laura did a wonderful job on my facial. It was such a great relaxing day. Only thing is I wish the robes came in a more fitting style for short plus size women lol. Thank you ladies!

Underwhelming - I booked a 90-min massage, but it ended at the 75-min mark. The front desk person explained the extra 15 min is for cleaning - which is fine, but from the customers POV its a 75-min massage. Poor communication and no apology. For the duration of the massage I could hear a loud conversation and laughter coming from an adjacent room. Perhaps I caught them on an off day, but I would not recommend this place based on my first experience.

I think everyone from the scheduler, the front desk check in, the massage therapists, every employee we encountered was professional and wanted our experience to be the best and also made sure the facility was clean and we felt they were concerned about our experience as well as our safety. Thank you. We had a couple massage and everything was great!

Laura Truce did one of the nicest facials on me that I’ve ever had. Not only was the treatment relaxing and moisturizing, but because she was so professional, kind and knowledgeable, the whole experience was 5-star

I always go here for my birthday to treat myself and I love the deep tissue massages.The spa is very clean and you feel like a princess

Made an appointment via email. They did not inform me that a credit card needed to be put on file and instead left the reservation off, even after I wrote back saying that I would prepay and that the timing was correct.Spoke with the manager Ella who apologized for miscommunication. I asked to reschedule but they had no exact availability and would have charged more for a separate offering. Refused to offer an additional discount or even match the previous package we were booking.Very frustrating customer service and poor responsiveness.

Really, Truce Spa? Really? Is that how you show your customers you trust them by REQUIRING their credit card numbers at time of booking? Because you dont trust your loyal , returning customers to cancel in a timely manner even after youve informed them of your cancellation policy? Insulting. Especially for a high end spa to treat customers like idiots that you assume we wont be responsible enough to adhere to your policy and give your required timely notice so you want our credit card number upfront. Ridiculous. Never coming here again and spreading the word that you dont trust your customers intelligence or integrity. Thats Sad. Plenty of other high end salons in Bellevue so no worries...

Had the best facial from Laura. My skin was amazing after, so much so, that I already booked another appointment! Love the staff and the surroundings at Truce!

Such a beautiful spa with great attention to detail. I have had several treatments there and am always more than happy. I have very sensitive skin so really appreciate their organic products. Recently started doing my nails again after discovering organic SNS dip nail system. Trang does such an amazing job! Have also done microneedling with Phoung and am really seeing improvements in my skin. You will fall in love with this place and the people that work there!

I had the absolute best 90 minutes deep tissue. Love how I can choose which lotion scent I like. Best massage and will be back again soon over and over.

Facial with Tiffany was spectacular. Really relaxing massage and attentive dermaplaning. Can’t wait to come back!

Made appointment online. Got an immediate email response saying were excited for your visit when I show up, no apointment. Am told that i should have gotten an additional email with instructions for making the actual apointment. The email I recived is apparently just a badly worded promotion. I was made to feel that I was wrong not to understand the multiple step process. Terrible process and a total waste of an afternoon 😒

I love Truce. Staff is wonderful. In the current situation where comfort offerings are limited in a spa environment they do a wonderful job. Cannot wait to go back.

The massage was one of the best Ive had due to the technique and time spent on each area of the body. The pressure was perfect and I would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY from TRUCE spa. Owner CAROL calls random people for fill in for Manicures and Pedicures without even knowing about their work and without even looking their licence. She just using those random people and not even paying them.

My wife and I went in for a pedicure and manicure. we had a good time. They accommodated us on short notice and saved the day. thank you.

Don’t bother booking a wax. Worst I’ve ever had. Took 2 hours and I had so many patches of hair still left everywhere I had to shave everything after anyway.
