SAVE YOUR MONEY. This is a scam. They sell you on a membership but then it is nearly impossible to book a massage with them (Google Massage Envy class action lawsuits). Due to their inability to fulfil their end of the agreement, I now have 19 sessions saved up and my only option is to keep paying them to continue to try to use them, even though I am unable to use the current sessions I already have! So I either lose the now significant investment I have paid into this, or throw more good money at bad. And guess what- I chose to walk away. So that tells you everything you need to know about working with them. When I tried to get them to work out a favorable solution for both of us to move forward (I have been a member here for nearly 8 years- youd think they would want to protect that), the owner treated me like I was crazy (not for nothing, I know someone that they made this arrangement for so I know it is possible). Her rationale: this membership is basically like joining a gym, youre paying to join a gym but we just give you a free massage each month. HUH?! That does not make sense. But I will use the metaphor anyways in a different way that is the reality: If you join a membership with Massage Envy, it is like joining a gym that you pay your hard earned money to monthly, but then when you try to actually use the gym, the door is locked. Trust me- do not waste your money.I even tried to reach out to Massage Envy corporate, never received a call or email back. A waste of money and bad service and no regard for customer retention... No thank you.

We have been clients for over 8 yrs as members and we do not recommend this location or opting for the membership plan. If for any reason you do not use the monthly visits they make it very difficult to cancel. The owner cares nothing about working with a client. We have hundreds of dollars of hours that they will not transfer to another family member who also pays their monthly fee to use. Highly do not recommend, prefer Element Massage by far.

I love this clinic! The staff is warm and friendly and makes you feel immediately relaxed when you walk through the door. I received a customized facial and I can already see some improvements with my acne. I cant wait to go back for my next appointment!

I used to absolutely love Massage Envy. The pandemic really messed up their program and its been impossible to book messages unless you book months out. I finally had to cancel my subscription and lost 3k worth of credits. I requested half of that back and they denied me. Per the contract they are correct but this was pretty bad business in my opinion. Maybe its a great business model, they just made 3k and didnt provide any services.I reached out via the link that was provided and have not heard back.

Chien was fantastic! I did a deep tissue with him and he REALLY got into my knots - while also somehow leaving me feeling relaxed afterwards (usually a true deep tissue doesn’t). I’ll definitely be booking with him again. Also thrilled that this location offers the microderm infusion… or whatever the heck it’s called :)

6/22/23 - Canceled my membership but Massage Envy EASGATE location continues to provide poor service. I have 2 hours left of service to use by July 1st. I wanted to transfer 1 hour to a friend but I was told by the manager that Im not allowed to transfer credits since I canceled my membership. I told the manager this kind of situation is the reason Ive canceled my membership with them- Massage Envy is NOT forthcoming nor accommodating and simply doesnt care about their customers. Yes, Im upset 😡 but this has been ongoing for awhile now. DONT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP.Ive been a member for 15 years or longer. Unable to get appointments and when I do they cancel on me. Now theyve increased price to $85 per month without any notification. They also have some rude front desk staff who struggles with customer service. I think its time to end my business with Massage Envy.

The greatest therapists youll ever get to see. The Front desk are always ready to help. Lin is especially effective and kind. The esthetician are the best youll ever see. Overall probably the best Massage Envy EVER!!!

Facility is great but dont join if you have a busy schedule because it is very difficult to set appointments. After accumulating credits with your monthly payments you will find it almost impossible to get caught up as you can only give away 1 credit per month. If you want to quit you forfeit all of your accumulated credits after 60 days too.Another heads-up: At Massage Envy Lynnwood they sold me several hundred of dollars worth of expired Jan Marini products. They did refund me AFTER I discovered the dates but the entire ordeal was disappointing and draining. LOVE the Jan Marini line but not purchasing it here again.

It was my first time experience and i would say it was okay-ish. I booked a customized massage and i think they did a decent job but there was push to buy other products, services and book other things throughout. I understand thats the business model but i was just looking for a customized facial and not enroll in a long time plan or get unsolicited information about other products. They asked me to take some other treatment for additional charge, they also recommend i buy some products thats good for my skin, buy yearly package and i had to be Stern and say NO to everything. They also take credit card information during the time they schedule the appointment itself so they can charge you for anything later. Somehow i left there with a sour taste.

Discrimination or Miscommunication??I have been going here for over 2 years. Jeff is one of the best massage therapists I have ever gone to. So great in fact, I booked him out for all of 2020 to have weekly massages. On my last massage of 2020, an extreme miscommunication happened during the first 10 minutes of my massage, where I was told that I was being singled out and not allowed to have weekly appointments anymore. I was told that it was because I was not a member at that location. Logic told me this couldnt be true, but nevertheless, my mind spiraled and I left in tears 30 minutes into my 90 minute appointment. I have a health condition that has no cure and no treatment and have been disabled now for a year. My massages made each week bearable, so the thought of losing this made me a bit frantic.This was over a month ago now, and despite my numerous attempts (text, email, phone) to have someone say oh my gosh, we are so sorry about the miscommunication or have someone at least validate that there was a miscommunication - crickets. I even reached out to corporate and after one email response....nothing. Im left thinking that it must have been discrimination????I have cancelled my membership as of today and will never frequent a Massage Envy ever again. Communication and treating people with respect is so important. Trying for a month in giving them a chance to make it right with a validation, is more than enough time, am I wrong?In response to the response from company: I did that already. I followed every reasonable channel before posting this review.

I’ve been a member of massage envy for 15 + years. I would get a 2 hour massage weekly. Now I can’t even get a massage ever. I’m on the cancellation list but I’m never called. There are no appointments available because they don’t have enough therapists. I’m paying for my monthly dues but can never get in. Very disappointed and not sure why they won’t book me a future appointment. I sure hope this changes and they will hire more massage therapists.

Tawna and her crew at the Eastgate location are awesome! Thank you for your honest feedback on products and services. I dont ever feel like Im being pressured or used just to make another sale. My skin loves the products that Ive been able to sample first, and this location does a great job introducing you to things in stages so you have time to see results.Thanks for all you do!!

Scheduling took awhile since the phone was constantly engaged and I had to kept calling back until someone finally answered. They are short staffed on female therapists which I prefer so scheduling atleast a week out will be your best option. Staff was friendly and I was able to book an appointment for the next afternoon for a medium pressure massage. When I arrived the place was clean and I was welcomed and had to sign some forms and then was led into the tranquility room where they had a fireplace, some comfy sofas, water and hot tea while you waited for your masseuse to arrive.I was early for my 3:45pm appoint but my therapist didnt arrive until 3:50pm with no apology for being late. I was led to my room and given 10mins to change when it only takes me 2mins since I wear a t-shirt and leggings. The massage itself was alright could have been better. I agree with the other review that this place is more commercialized so they dont give you the personal care to actually work on the areas that you want. And then my massaged ended abruptly at 4:40pm so basically they cut out 20mins of the real massage time which is absurd since youre still paying the full price of $70 for an hour massage. I wouldnt return here again unless I was given another gift card or perhaps another location.*Plenty of parking in the lot outside. Right next to the Wellness One Chiropractor center which has wonderful massage therapists. Highly recommend going to them vs this place

The people here are always kind and polite. You always get offered a heated neck wrap. The massage therapist at this location have not disappointed me so far. I like a deeper pressure and the front desk have always been good at pairing me with someone who gives just the right pressure.

Massage Envy at Eastgate kept charging my credit card for monthly subscription for mone than a year even though I asked them to cancel my subscript more than a year back when COVID 19 started. I feel sad that it took me so long to catch that. When I reached out to them on this I faced horrible customer experience. They take advantage of peoples busy life and forgetfulness to earn money.

Message envy is a chain. They offer a fairly good to good product at an excellent price point. My wife and I pretty much always use the couples room (which is very nice). Would recommend for regular massages on a budget.

I am member for past 3 years and love Eastgate location but when I try to schedule massage 2 per month is impossible, why you have so many clients if you can’t serve the one you have ?? This is not right !

My first message experience was at this location today. Staff was great and very kind. Scheduled an appointment for same day and was sen up with kenji. Was probably the most relaxed i have been in years.my back feels great after the deep tissue message. Definitely plan to return
