It’s my first time to come to this spa. First of all, the environment is beautiful, the room and bathroom are neat and clean, and my therapist’s skills are really great! This is one of the best massages I have ever had. Although the masseuses English was average, he was able to understand the areas where I needed to strengthen the massage. I entered a semi-sleep state and felt very relaxed. It was a wonderful massage. , I was very happy to spend 90 minutes of treatment here. No one forced me to tip before leaving, but I was willing to tip my masseuse, she deserved it! I will come back again!

Im a massage therapist, and I heard wonderful reviews about this place from some of the people I see. Sunrise Health Spa has been a warm, friendly, professional, and amazing experience. They make you feel like family as you walk in the door. I get the foot massage and body massage. Jason is absolutely incredible! During my body massage, Jason walked on me using the bars on the ceiling. What a cool experience! Ive brought friends with me and plan to bring more to share how wonderful they are. I feel recharged and fabulous! Thank you!

Beware, when I called to book a relaxing couples massage they told me to book on their website but not prepay (with a credit card). When our massages were done, they demanded payment in cash! Also, our two massage therapists were talking and giggling with each other during much of our massage. Not a relaxing experience at all.Make sure you read the other 1-star reviews (wish I had). This place has a lot of feedback related to unprofessional conduct. Makes me question the legitimacy of their 5-star reviews.

Went in for a deep tissue massage for my birthday. The facility was very clean and nicely decorated. I cant remember the name of who did my massage but she was really amazing!! I could literally feel my tension and tight muscles melting away. She had very strong hands and adjusted pressure accordingly when I asked. I ended up practically falling asleep by the end of the massage. Lovely spa- I will definitely be back regularly for massage and to try cupping :)

It was a very bad massage I don’t think she knew what she was doing. I left early and paid full price, it happens. I was the. Locked in and asked to give a tip…that was crazy experience I said “I paid you. Why can I not open the door” she said “you no tip” she said it three times then I started calling 911 and she let me out finally. That was wild haha I do not recommend.

Just had a great massage this evening. I am not sure if it was Gina or Yaya - I neglected to ask - but she did a great job. My back feels great, which I do not get to say too often.

Exceptional massage! I had the 90 min combo massage and its hands down one of the best massages I have had in my life. My hips and lower back have been incredibly sore after having my 3rd child and for the first time in months, they did not ache when I left my massage. Will be coming back again soon!

This was bait and switch. Made an appointment via text, and had a male masseuse lined up. When I arrived there were two women who didnt speak any English and no male masseuse. The women wanted me to go into a back room. I felt very uncomfortable and got out of there as fast as possible. Afterwards I texted them to ask what happened, and they said I didnt want a male masseuse--but he wasnt there and they didnt understand English. This business does not act in a legitimate manner.

This place was great. I got a deep tissue massage. The woman was very good and was very kind. Would definitely go back.

My wife and I have been here several times this year. She generally takes the foot massage and says its a very amazing massage that also incorporates neck and shoulders. I enjoy a traditional relaxing massage. We have both found that the staff often have the skills to switch from a relaxing to a more concentrated style, in order to work on any area that needs deeper pressure. Yes theres sometimes a bit of a language barrier but Google translates very well 😀

I went to Sunrise Health Spa yesterday and had a wonderful, relaxing experience!The room was very hygienic and beautifully decorated, and the environment was incredibly serene.My masseuse, Elisa, was great at helping me relax during my experience, and I almost fell asleep during the massage because I was so relaxed 😂5/5 stars deserved, I will be back for sure 😊

I went in for a cupping session and it was amazing! Dillon greeted me and got me all checked in. Then Ina got me all cupped up. Ill tell you my back has been hurting and I had immediate results. While the cups were doing their thing I received a wonderful head massage. Ill be going back and telling all my friends and family too!

I purchased a massage for my daughter, she was scheduled with Zoe, when she got there it was a guy who spoke very little English. During the massage she was very uncomfortable as he was massaging her buttocks a little too much and her shoulders exposing her breast. Very disappointed. I assumed Zoe was a lady and would not make her feel uncomfortable. Also he was the only person there, made her very nervous.

The atmosphere and ambience is amazing there choices of decor in each room makes it seems as though I have transported to luxury and tranquility and the massage was icing on the cake... the customer service matched the atmosphere will be returning and recommending to others... thank you

The lady up front was nice, although I wish she would have communicated with me more about what I should do. I also wish I would have been told who was my massage therapist before I came in, because I would have asked for another woman. I didnt really understand the purpose what some of the guy was doing. And I also wish he had not straddled me. I kind of feel like he should have communicated with me before exposing me from the sheet, to the degree I was. Because I wasnt comfortable showing my privates that much. Also, the guy called me beautiful 3 times, which while I appreciate the compliment, Id rather he not comment. And when I left I kind of felt pressure to tip him, which I would have anyway, but Id rather not feel like I have to.

I was very disappointed out of the 90 minute massage maybe 10 minutes was good. It was a gift from my fiancé and after the massage they demanded a tip. I said I would tip $10 and then they said I had to tip $18 because it was 90 minutes. I felt super uncomfortable when a tip should be optional and they made it seem like it was mandatory. Also the place was super cold. My feet and hands were cold the whole time. I don’t recommend to anyone going to this place. I could also hear the staff yelling to their coworkers. Very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back

I’ve been here twice now and it’s hands down the best massage experience I’ve had in the US!! It’s easy to book your appointment online, I arrive 10 min early so that I can check in and get undressed and ready. If it’s a 90 minute massage, you get 90 minutes, which is a first for me, other places start and end 10 minutes early, but the masseuses here make sure you get the full time you pay for. The setting is amazing, the music is soothing, the head massages are my favorite!!!! She brushes through my hair and massages my whole head, there’s nothing better! I also love the deep pressure, but they always make sure that I’m comfortable and not in pain. Literally my favorite place in town, my girl Luna is a 10/10. Thank you Sunrise health!!! Great location beautiful ambience and friendly staff. I had a two hour appointment and left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be coming back!

Went in for a foot massage, and got a pretty good one. The problem I had is the lady massaging my feet had her phone between my feet and was just watching her phone the whole time, with the phone on vibrate. Along with many of the other reviewers, I was ambushed at the end about a tip. I said I would tip 10$, but she told me no and put in a 15$ tip. Bad communication as well, will not return.

My partner and I received a couples massage here for the first time! Great experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a dang good job relaxing our muscles! I will absolutely be coming back regularly for massages! Thank you all!

I was a bit weary because of previous reviews. But the booking was fast, the massage was good. As for people complaining about “straddling” my masseuse asked if it was okay, they aren’t straddling you it’s just part of the massage. I also wasn’t asked to tip aggressively or even at all.I did tip, and I would come back again.

Do not recommend due to a level of unprofessionalism. My first experience in April was good, and I tipped $55.00 off an $85.00 masssage. I returned yesterday to get a massage by the same person, and it wasnt good. I ordered a Back, Shoulder & Neck massage, and he spent most of his time on my bottom half. I had to repeatedly remind him that its my back that hurts, not the lower half. To make things worse, he allowed the massage to run too long. Due to the language barrier, I was very specific from the beginning in saying I needed to leave by 5:30PM. I needed to pick my child up from school. (An hour long massage). During the session I suddenly felt like he had been going for awhile, and I kept asking him the time. He got annoyed and said No, 5:30. I assumed that meant it wasnt 5:30 yet. When he finished I looked at my phone and it was 5:53PM, and the school was getting ready to close. Terrible experience all around. They all acted confused as to why this was a problem. I even messaged them this morning to explain my disappointment & they have chosen to be non responsive. I will not be back.

While the massage was great I found out my phone notifications were being read the whole time! I kept feeling the table vibrate and I figured it was the woman’s phone in her pocket hitting the table. Every time it happened the massage slowed down and sometimes stopped altogether. When I flipped over to face up I could see the woman grabbing my phone and setting it on the table repeatedly to read my messages! It made me extremely uncomfortable and very irritated. I went here as a birthday gift from my mom. And when I was leaving I turned to walk away and the lady started saying “tip! Tip!” I felt very obligated to leave a tip and I only had $20s on hand. So not only was my privacy violated, I felt pressured to leave a tip when I went as a birthday gift. I’ll never go here again and have already told everyone I know about my experience.

I had the best VIP Spa experience! I have been to many Spas, this by far is my favorite. My daughter bought me the VIP package for Christmas, Ive never been to Sunrise, I am so thankful I was blessed beyond belief!! The Spa is beautiful, clean, warm, inviting, and relaxing. The music was perfect. The staff was so welcoming, I was greeted with beautiful smiles and such warm kindness, my masseuse, hands down was the best in the business. Im excited to go back and to also pay it forward by sending both my daughters here for the VIP treatment! Thank you Sunrise Health SPA! 🥰

I booked an appointment same day for a full body massage. The gal who worked on me did a great job. She checked in periodically to make sure I was doing okay and the massage overall was super relaxing and rejuvenating. I went with the full body massage which was a really great rate. Next time I want to try the reflexology back/neck/shoulder-a little more expensive but more intensive I assume. If you want a relaxing massage go with the full body. I personally like something a more deep tissue and will ask for that next time. But overall super clean environment, good ambience, friendly energy. I will definitely be back.

Recently visited this place for the first time to get a couples massage with my wife.Pros: Facility is well decorated and clean. The lighting and musical ambiance were well done.Cons: We had full body massages. Neither masseuse spoke english, so communication was unfortunately very poor. The masseuse working on my wife used a lot of pressure. She asked them to back off several times, but they didnt alter what they were doing. We both walked out with sore backs. When we got home, I observed several bruises forming on my wifes back.The two ladies who gave our massage talked frequently throughout the appointment. Their voices were somewhat low, but it was still distracting.During my massage, the woman working on me left the room on several occasions briefly. There were also numerous periods where she would just lean on my back, apparently resting. She was also very inconsistent with her technique, working one side of my back far more than then other, which left me feeling unbalanced. While working my hands, she got 2 fingers on my right hand and 3 fingers on my left - fully missing half! I also found out after talking with my wife that her masseuse had worked her feet, but mine never touched my feet. Her masseuse sounded much more thorough and disciplined than mine, albeit too strong! I also observed at one point that the door to our suite was wide open while they were working on us.When it came time to pay, they refused to take our card (Visa). Instead, they insisted we use the atm there. We tipped 17%, despite a fairly mediocre experience and could immediately tell that the woman at the counter was displeased with the tip.Sad that our first couples massage was not what we had hoped. We will keep searching for a better experience!

The massage was ok… however the two ladies chatted a lot to each other during the time. They often left the room and then came back… I didn’t have a good vibe from the lady that was massaging my back. The most disappointing experience of the whole time was as we tried to leave the lady at the desk told me I had to leave a tip even though I had paid. She was very forceful and basically told me how much I needed to pay - “you give minimum $20”! It was very unprofessional and the desk lady seemed very abrupt and rude. Didn’t like the experience at all.

My first time receiving a massage here. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a great ambience for relaxation. Music was soothing and at a good volume level. I had an hour of reflexology as well as an hour of body massage. My masseuse was Arlene and she did a fantastic job on both my services. She focused on problem areas I have requested. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you, Arlene.Went for my second time around a month later. Another reflexology with Linda this time. She was amazing and speaks English very well. Great service and will definitely be back!

I was impressed about the place its beautiful set up and big inside. Staffs are nice massage therapists are also very nice. Also pressure and skill for massage is satisfying as well. I do massage every 2 week and all different place for over 20 years.One thing I belive they need to work on is they need to hire a receptionist for the front desk.becuz the therapist keep in and out greening new customer and its starting annoying me. I pay for my service and I expect them to work on me the whole time. So next time they leave the rooms Ill not tip them.

Nice people but very painful and there’s definitely a language barrier. Was ambushed at the door about paying and they could barely count the money or something so we ended up tipping them 20$. First time I went here a young girl gave me a massage and it was amazing but this one just felt very painful. I felt like they were trying to roll out a pizza dough. I still have yet to find a good place in Bellingham to get a massage that doesn’t hurt Because to me it just seems like a waste of money if it doesn’t feel good and I left feeling more in pain then I was when I went in there. When I got home I noticed I had bruises forming on my body and I had scratches too

I made an appointment for my son as a birthday gift. They made him wait for almost an hour after the appointment time! The front desk woman was angrily yelling at another staff member and threw a pen on the floor. He said the massage was good, though she left during the session to use the bathroom. Afterwards they asked him for payment even though I prepaid online, and then two people were sternly telling him he HAD to tip! He felt so uncomfortable he handed over $20, even after waiting so long for his appointment. We’ll never go back.

Ive been three times. The first massage was very good, the second was excellent. The third time I went, the massage wasnt as good as the earlier ones, but it was good. I offered the massage therapist a $10 tip, and she told me it wasnt enough. She said I am too muscular and needed to tip her $20. This was very odd. I tipped her the $20 but wont be going back.

The ambiance is so relaxing,I believe it was Ivy did mine,and I like when she ask me first if I want medium or hard. I go any places once a month for massage,but they never ask me that. They probably assume that I only want a light massage because I’m tiny,but I never want a light massage. Definitely coming back to this place.

As someone who was traveling to town and didnt have cash on hand, I was relieved to find out that they accept card payments without any issues.I had the pleasure of being treated by Dylan, who provided an exceptional deep tissue massage. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and really worked out the knots in my muscles. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. He make sure the drapping is comfortable for me multiples times during the session.I know there have been some reviews online about this spa not accepting card payments, but I had a different experience and wanted to share my positive experience. Sometimes it might only be a miscommunication. If youre in the Bellingham area, I highly recommend checking them out, and if youre in need of a deep tissue massage, ask for Dylan - hes amazing!

Well I’m 64 and new at professional massages. Probably 30 yrs ago, I went to a massage school in Everett and paid $25 for an hour for student massage and I thought it was great. My daughter gave me a 90 min for Mother’s Day and I just used it today. I can’t compare with anyone or any place, but I fricken loved it. I’m low income since recently retiring but I’m already trying to budget a lil each month to get a 60 min massage for myself every 3 months. Plus I advertised to family that I only want a massage for anyone wanting to buy me a gift. Love this place…Highly recommend. Try it and share if you are diverse in other spas.

I have chronic back pain and have gotten a lot of massages around town. This by far has been the best experience I can recall. Lovely people working. I overheard a woman leaving saying how much she enjoyed it and she was so on the nose. Great pressure, I feel like a brand new person. Will be going back!!

Ive had multiple massages from different providers. Some were great, others ok, but my experience at Sunrise was very poor. I came out feeling worse than when I went in. I tried to explain the areas of my neck and upper back that needed extra attention, she was unable to speak English and couldnt understand my requests. She essentially just rubbed my body lightly and this, according to Sunrise, is massage.Their website claims they accept credit cards, but when I went to pay they insisted I use the ATM machine in the reception area which didnt offer the choice of $70, which was the cost of the massage, so I had to withdraw $80. They then insisted I give a $10 dollar tip for a massage that was of no benefit to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Sun Rise is awesome. It is a consistently well managed, professional, clean, elegant establishment with a lovely ambiance and fantastic staff; a superb spa, the best of it’s kind.Luna is an incredibly talented, skilled, deeply intuitive, astonishingly effective massage therapist.A massage from Luna is always a profoundly healing experience; heaven on earth, she is an angel.

I had the most lovely experience at Sunrise Health Spa! I work as a server/bartender, so my job demands a lot from me physically. My whole body, but particularly my legs and feet, have been so tight over the past few weeks, so I decided to go all the way and do the combo 90 minute massage. The staff was so sweet and welcoming, and my massage experience was truly the best Ive ever had. They dont joke around when they say full body massage; Ive never felt so pampered! My masseuse was incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive and talented. The facility itself is quite large, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The price is unbeatable. I wont be going anywhere else for massages from now on!

The women here are very nice, and caring. They did a great job with the massage and asked me along the way how I was doing and if there was anything I didnt like. Prices are cheaper or competitive with other places around town. Would highly recommend!

Good God….couldn’t even make an appointment for two people! One therapist kept changing and the other never responded. When I called I talked to a very nice woman, who I could not understand. She started talking with other clients in the middle of our conversation! I gave up!!!!! Maybe a great place….once you’re on your tummy getting massaged. Until then??? Good luck!!!

Just walked out of a 90 min combo massage/reflexology with my wife - fantastic experience! It was a great deal and my masseuse really worked hard. Little English spoken, but great communication and energy amongst the staff. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing to get the knots out.

The staff are so friendly! Every time they are able to find all my sore muscles and work out all the pain. I always leave feeling like a new human. This place is wonderful! Booking appointment on their website is easy and you can pay at the time of booking. Bring cash for a tip. Otherwise bring cash payment. An ATM is available on site but has a $3 charge.

It was a good massage but please don’t chastise me about the tip. It’s unprofessional, uncomfortable and just rude. I tipped $15 for a $70 massage but the owner kept telling me to leave a $20 tip. Get out of here! I’m tipping over 20% and I held firm to that. I’m going to try them again but if they pull that again I’m out.

Just a fantastic experience. Honestly would keep going if I lived there. Great prices and helped relieve all the tension I was feeling in my back. They listen well and know what they are doing.

I went in for a 1hr foot reflexology massage today and my experience was incredible. I’m a nurse and so my body has been thru a lot of stress lately and this was just what I needed to feel human again. The lady who worked on me went above and beyond and I loved it all, especially the scalp attention! I will definitely be back ! :)

First time getting a massage here. We got the 90 min full body. My wife and I both loved it. They have a great sence of where, and how to work out the kinks. One of the best massages we have ever had. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful service! This was my first time getting a massage and I couldn’t be happier. The place was very clean and I felt super relaxed the entire time while getting my foot massage. I was so sad when it ended because I never felt better! I would definitely recommend going here, it’s affordable and you 100% will get your money’s worth.

My husband got a massage which was ok, but, credit cards are not an accepted form of payment, his massage was a gift, when he went to leave he felt ganged up on about leaving a tip...forceful even. Wont be returning after that bullying!

My mom got me a Groupon for my birthday. Oh man, I was not disappointed. Everything was very clean and tidy. The massage was amazing. I swear he knew every spot on my back that needed worked on. I even got a head and face massage, which I had never had before and that was amazing. I also got cupping done for the first time.I can’t wait to go back again.I am rating this as a 2 star now due to my second appointment two weeks after my first....Two weeks after my first appointment I used my second Groupon gift. After the service was over I was handed a cup of water and she asked for my card. I explained that I used my second Groupon and so it was already paid for. The older lady then told me I had to pay a tip. I explained that I didn’t have my purse on me and don’t carry cash, so I wasn’t able to tip and apologized. I was then asked to go get my purse and come back so I could tip. I live 40 minutes away, so that was not an option. After that she insisted that make another appointment and I can tip when I come back for my next service. I told her I was not able to do do that, that this was a gift I was using. She then asked me to use Venmo to tip. I do not use Venmo and I told her that. The young lady came up from the back and the older one used her to translate. I was then informed that because the VIP Groupon provided two services (massage and cupping) at such a discounted price (less than they charge) that I must tip at least $20 to cover the difference. Once I was adamant that I was not coming back, making another appointment, or using Venmo to tip, the older lady said that because of me the woman who provided the service does not get paid a tip and then snatched the cup of water from my hands and threw it away. I will absolutely not be coming back after this. It was the worst service I’ve ever had and can’t believe I was treated like that.

Clean place and nice facility, but just okay massage. Was hoping it would have been better. Also, they expect a $20 minimum tip and get nasty when you dont give them more. They dont seem to understand that tips are extra and for exceptional service. Im happy to leave a good tip when the service is excellent but when you expect it, thats not only rude, just unprofessional. I wont be back!

The staff are amazing, especially Ivy and Eva. Ivy took care of me and communicated with me about my problem area in my shoulder. Eva as well other staff were attentive to my guests visiting (from Dallas, Texas) Bellingam (after their difficult hike through North Cascades). Eva took care of my nephew (who is also visiting) and was able to communicate to him directly and helped him with his aches and pain from badminton 😅. Thank you so very much! Jeanne

I didn’t like it because the ladies were not ready when they did the massage they get out of the room to get the cups For capping, and they were noise talking when they were doing the massage. When I wan it to paid they ask me to get money out to paid from the ATM and I paid for a fee to get money. And when my daughter when they burn her with the cupping. I won’t come back there.

I called to schedule two 60 minute foot reflexology appointments a few days ago for my Mom’s birthday. We arrived around 5:50 and were greeted by a friendly lady. She had us check in and do the covid questionnaire on their iPad (standard questionnaire, quick and easy). She brought us back to a different room and they positioned the pillows for us on the chairs. I was offered a pair of shorts to change into since I wore jeans, which was very nice! We sat down and they covered us with a big warm towel. We both had AMAZING massages from head to toe. I almost fell asleep at one point because it was so relaxing. Very professional, clean, and welcoming. We will both be back soon!

I needed a deep tissue massage and had a great work over! I also tried cupping for the first time and although I have really dark circles I will see how that goes.Great massage definite must do!Next day: My muscles dont seem to be as sore today ( more so than just the massage) and toxins were definitely taken out.

The place was clean but, seemed unprofessional. I was straddled at one point. Slapped on the legs at another point. Was rubbed with a sheet for half an hour. Never asked if I had any problem areas or anything. Then after this subpar experience I was ambushed by the front door and said I had to tip 20%. Definitely don’t recommend.

I received my first massage (it was a couples massage) and it was so fantastic. The staff is so nice, and the appointment was easy to set up. It was very cleanly (these are Covid times, yall) and I had a great experience.

WORST experience! I had to walk out. Had a stressful week and was super excited to get massage and when I got there the front desk lady argued with me for 10 min saying I didnt make an appointment and was extremely rude. She finally found my number in the call log and agreed to take me. She took me back to the room and told me to get undressed without any consultation first. I asked who was going to massage me so I could discuss with them first my areas of focus b/c this was suppose to be a vip package. She said she was going to be masseuse. I said no thank you as I didnt want a massage from someone who argued with me and was rude to me. That would not be very relaxing. She didnt give me any other option, so I walked out. I am never going back and I wasted a groupon voucher that was given to me for by bday.

I booked a foot massage for my moms birthday and she said I was the best massage she’s ever had. From the customer service, to the mood of the room, to the massage. Can’t wait to come and get one myself!

I had Annie do my full body massage and I like it strong and she provide just how I like it. I got my massage as a gift from my friend who has been going to Sunrise. As a long haul truck driver I need to give back to my body and today I feel amazing.

WOW. I went to Sunrise Health Spa today because I had found a Groupon. It was $80 for 90 minute massage and $30 minute foot spa. For this price I wasnt expecting anything amazing BUT! Boy was I mistaken. I had Danny and my experience was amazing. Hot stones, warm towels, the works, they have it all and do it well. Thank you Sunrise Health Spa. I am an educator and its been hard to find time to relax and today I walked out feeling refreshed and all the tension in my body released. I cant recommend them more.

I received a 60 minute full body Massage and 30 minute foot massage for my birthday,and it was AMAZING !!! I’ve never had a massage that loosened my entire body like this did. I ask for hard pressure and I got it!! I felt 10 years younger walking out. The gentleman I had was super professional.

The place is very clean and friendly staff but I was disappointed with my massage, I came here for the first time cause of the great reviews, the massage was mediocre, and wasn’t relaxing at all. I feel like it was too rough even though I told the guy to soften it a bit, the movement was so inconsistent and more on a fast movement massage hence why it wasn’t a very relaxing massage. I’d rather pay a bit more to get a better massage

Opted for the 90 minute combo massage. While getting the foot massage, they put a little towel over your eyes to block out the light. When I was trying to relax, I felt the massage go from mediocre to one handed, and just plain bad. I looked down and the woman was scrolling on her phone with one hand while attempting to massage my foot with the other. She noticed that I saw her and quickly went back to the mediocrity of the two handed massage. I wouldnt go back. There has to be some other places where you can get a better massage in town.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I feel more connected, less stressed, and just more aligned. The atmosphere is wonderful as well and the ladies are very nice and welcoming.

My husband and I visited Sunrise for the 1st time tonight. We arrived 45min before closing and were met by very friendly staff that were extremely accommodating to meet our desire for a 1hr combo foot and back massage at the last minute.The spa was very clean and inviting; the massage was an enjoyable relaxing experience. Would visit again

It has been a while since I have had a massage due to covid. I walked out exhausted. She gave good attention to my problem areas and gave me some good tips to relax certain muscles. The only down fall was she had to answer a phone call during the massage which took a little away from the serenity. I would go back.

My husband and I have been there multiple times. This last time was an awful experience. Not only did the ladies talk to each other through the entire massage, they left the room several times and when we went to pay they said they have a 18% tip policy.

I booked through the sunrise health spa website. Very quickly I recieved a booking confirmation through email. I discovered while checking in that I did not have a booking after all. And was told to next time call after I recieved the email confirmation to confirm my appointment. I would have just called to book my appointment had the website not mislead me.

**The place is good for its facilities.**The massages, the person who worked on me was very kind in his work.**The bad thing was that they kept me on the stretcher for a long time waiting.**I work well, the only bad thing is that I asked the question because I worked with the door open and he never answered me.** Another thing when paying, I dont know if it is mandatory for them to ask for their own tip.** Because I was leaving him a bill and he responded that the largest bill was of another denomination..** I think it depends on the client how much they want to tip and it is not an obligation.
