I have had amazing massages here. The shop is always professional and clean. The wonderful lady is caring and skilled. The massages here are great. My low back pain is always relieved. Perfect after a long run or bike ride.

These Ladies are awesome! I’ve never been disappointed with the service. The staff is well trained polite and very professional, their skill and expertise is obvious during the massage, I’m often so relaxed I’ll get a nap or 2 in while under their spell. The facility is well maintained and decorated with relaxing background music setting an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.These Ladies deserve to be treated with the respect and dignity as any other professional. After all, they too are mothers, daughters, girlfriends and wives.

5 stars because the spa was clean with a friendly and welcoming staff. The massage was amazing! The masseuse was professional , highly skilled and attentive to my pressure needs. She had a Google translator so the language barrier was no problem. Best massage ever! Highly recommend.

First of all you charged my card before the services.Second of all I was nauseous because of all the rolling and just oil on my body no real massage. Just so she knows she got upset because I didnt tip. I absolutely was not going to tip for you doing the job I paid to get done and you didnt do that well.I have received massages for several different states from high to low end. Then when two white men walked in the other lady told them they didnt have to pay up front gthoh.My head was pounded,oil on my face. She more pressure on my bones and was in between my toes. Since she got upset because I didnt tip I had to say in front of the other customers IT WAS NOT a good massage. You charged me extra with no explanation why. I could go on but this was the worse massage I have ever had in 30 years. I gave two stars for location and cleanliness.

Me and my wife went for a couples massage. The rooms were very nice and clean. Great atmosphere. The masseuse was very polite and had great knowledge of her profession. Will dedefinitely be coming back!!!! Thanks for an awesome massage.

Not only were they able to get me in same day, I had the absolute best 90 minute massage in a very long time. The oil ans lotion used frels amazing in the skin adding hot stones takes an already great massage to the next level! Ella is amazing and I highly recommend her and this studio! They deserve ALL the business! Book a massage with then and you wont be disappointed! Im definitely a repeat customer.

Went in for a massage and tried telling two different woman that I wanted an hour massage… somehow they got confused and thought I wanted a couple massage. Then proceeded to put me in another room just to give me a 30 min massage. I said hour and she would correct me to 30 mins. Huge language barrier. This use to be mine and my wife’s favorite place. After today, we will be looking elsewhere!

Angela was so friendly! The massage was perfect. Deep enough without hurting. She listened to me and really worked on my focus areas. The hot stones were wonderful. I highly recommend.

The massage therapist I was paired with used her arm to rub my back, and she kept rubbing my spine with her elbow. Because she couldn’t speak English, she also wasn’t able to understand when I told her she was rubbing against my spine and hurting me. Finally, I settled for telling her to do less pressure, which she was able to use her phone to interpret. Unfortunately, while that didn’t result in pain anymore, it also didn’t get rid of the soreness that I came in to have worked out. She insisted that I give her a minimum of a $10 tip, which I didn’t feel was deserved under the circumstances, but I paid it because I also worried whether management pays her much of anything; she did thank me profusely for it.She was really nice and sweet, and she added in hot stones to the massage, which felt really nice. I’m also told by management she has worked there several years and many clients really like her.Nonetheless, when you book, I would highly recommend texting what you want to have them do so they can let the therapist know in advance. Management did also offer me a $20 discount if I come back, which I did appreciate but will consider my options.

This was my first ever massage and it was the worst experience and I’m so disappointed. The woman who massaged me caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. I thought massages were supposed to be relaxing? She used her arms for most of it and would rest one of her hands on my hip bone which hurt. She didn’t do a full 30 minutes either.When paying I checked a tip option (even though I didn’t think the service was tip worthy) but she kept saying “tip tip”. I couldn’t understand what else she was wanting me to do so I wrote down the tip and total instead and she was shaking her head and told me to leave. As I was walking away she was shouting what I’m almost positive profanities at me in her language. I turned around and she was shoo-ing me away with her hands.After this experience I’m never coming back

This is the best massage I have found in NWA. The place is clean and cozy inside. The massage rooms are clean and quiet. I try to go at least once a month. Seriously the best massage - they get in there! My neck and back have gotten so much better. They really take time on your trouble spots. A 90 minute massage makes me feel so much better!

This was my first visit at Spring Massage Spa. My therapist was Yuki. I asked for a deep tissue massage because my neck and shoulders were so tight and she sure delivered! Deep tissue can hurt a little while getting it, but when the massage is finished there is great relief!! She also used hot stones at the end for no extra charge. Im going to sleep so good tonight. 🙂 I will definitely be going back and making this my go to place when Im needing relief. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend them.

This was the most painful massage I have ever received. She was so rough I couldn’t breathe or relax through any of it. She ask if I was okay and I said it hurt so she said “okay you like medium” it was still painful. My husband enjoyed his massage which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars.

Myself and the wife went for a 90 minute deep Tissue Massage. This was the best massage we have had and the staff are really friendly. I would recommend if anyone needing a massage last minute as they managed to fit us in the same day I phoned.

This isn’t the classic spa experience. It’s just a great massage- and if you’re looking for someone you don’t have to book weeks in advance to plan your aches and pains around, this is it. Go here for the best experience to get those knots out now and get on your way. Very reasonably and accessibly priced as well.

Seemingly friendly group of people here but there is a language barrier. It was very difficult to explain injury locations or amount of pressure to avoid pain. If I graded the massage it would be a 5 out of 10 due to inconsistent pressure or too much pressure that was painful. Also, we were not fond of the badgering for a tip increase despite our tip being substantial. Please do not to insist people to increase their tip, especially when they already have included one. Thats unprofessional and will not help retain business.

The massages and therapist are not consistent. So you may have a great massage one day and not so good another day. If you like your therapist then only go with that person for future massages. Overall facility is clean, quiet, and welcoming to be relaxed.

So relaxing, cant wait to come back! This massage place is most definitely authentic their therapist know what their doing not a fancy spot but a good massage. The rooms are clean and the massage is excellent. Excited to go back!

Hello everyone! I have not been to every massage/spa place in town but I have been to quite a few and I have to say this has to be the best place in town! Hands down! I can not praise this place enough! Super professional staff! The focus they place on your time and the attention they place on your comfort is second to none!! I would recommend you try this place out over any other!!!

Spring Massage in Bentonville is the best massage place around! I recommend this massage place to all of my friends litterally. I come every 2 weeks due to body aches and migraines. They always help me if I have a focus area. So if u are having issues with any health related issues I highly suggest a massage from here to help you feel better. One day I could not even stand straight up and down. I walked out feeling better and walking like nothing was ever wrong. Please call and give them a chance.

I was really happy with how I was greeted and how much everything was and I will absolutely be coming back. My massage was definitely one of the best I have had. I will definitely return again and again. Clean interior and the ambiance and soothing music make everything so relaxing.

My husband and I had a couples massage. These ladies were pure bliss. BEST massage ever. She worked out kinks like nobody’s business! Trust me, these folks know what they are doing.

Very kind and professional. It is recommended you make an appointment before you arrive. They do also allow walk-ins if theyre not busy. I would highly recommend though.
