I wouldn’t give them a star if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. I called to get a prenatal massage and wasn’t told until I got to the message place taking time out off from work to get this message that the lady they booked me with doesn’t do prenatal then proceeded to push it off like it wasn’t their problem. Bad service will never come back.

Hannah did a great job. She offered great recommendations to maintain my skincare results post-facial. My skin is glowing and clear now!! I couldnt be happier.

Love LaVida! Their membership is great …no catches (like contract or price changes)…scheduling is easy & services are great! I always feel better when I leave!

My fiance paid for me to get a massage for an early Valentines/late birthday gift and I went today 2/9 and Oh my gosh what a wonderful relaxing experience. I had a super sweet and very awesome lady name Shawn and she made me feel very comfortable and very relaxed. I will definitely be back and definitely recommending to anyone who will listen lol Thanks for a great experience I was so relaxed I think I floated out of there when I was done.

Kathy is absolutely amazing. 10/10! She was professional, she made me feel comfortable, and she had great firm pressure, which I needed badly! She was thorough and took her time and I can tell that she’s been properly trained and is a very experienced masseuse. She is absolutely wonderful at what she does! I’ve never felt so relaxed. Both ladies were very professional and provided terrific services, and really made our experience truly incredible with their expertise. The front desk staff was accommodating, and very gracious as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten a massage from nearly everyone there. While they are all very different in style and technique, I have not had a bad massage yet. The front desk, Lily and Christina, are very personal and remember little things. Christina always remembers to send me a receipt, without asking her, because I asked her just a few times in a row and she started just doing it. I really enjoy Kathy for deep muscle stuff and Rachel gave me the most wonderful full body massage I’ve ever had… great pressure and technique. She is only there Thursday/Friday though. Again, you can’t go wrong. Shawn, Jeff, Tandi, Kristin….they’re all great. Highly recommend.

Had a facial here and then a week later a couples massage. Great people, service and the prices are competitive. Pricey like any spa will be but have different packages that offer discounts. Very clean!

The massage therapists are great, but the technology (app, website) and the coordination of appointments is terrible. You pickup an available slot, the app confirms it, and when you get there your slot is no longer available. Really bad.

Kristen M. is amazing if you are looking for a new facial dermatologist (the M. is important, there’s multiple Kristen’s!) It was about an hour and my skin feels great. She did a thorough consultation before any products were applied and checked in on comfortability levels throughout the session. This one was a gift from my corporate office but I will definitely be back!

I come here weekly to see Kathy. the massage therapist is incredibly attentive to my needs, remembers my concerns, creates a relaxing and calm environment and atmosphere. The front staff is wonderful with booking appointments, reminding me when I’m due for new ones, treats me as if I’m a premier member. I find the building to be very clean, warm, a great place to let go for a bit

LaVida massage in Bentonville Arkansas is amazing. Chase is the only one that I will see. He has helped me through the years with many issues. His knowledge is outstanding.

10/10 ! Was given a last minute appointment for a massage. Had sever knee pain and shoulder and arm tension from an exercise injury and Chase addressed each area and now I’m basically back to normal after just one session. Will be returning soon !

This was my first time ever getting a professional massage. I was super nervous and didnt know what to expect. But Beth was amazing. She did an awesome job and the communication was excellent. I felt at ease immediately. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I specified. The pressure was perfect, the price was affordable, and the facility and staff were very nice. Definitely recommend!

Ive been coming here on and off for about 2 years. And two days ago I got the best massage Ive ever had at this location from Georgia. She is hands-down the best masseuse Ive ever had in my life. LaVida Massage is too conservative to be considered a legitimate establishment. The woman insisted I remain covered by a warm, heavy blanket during the sixty-minute session. Its not indecent if its 100 degrees outside, and I want to relieve some stress.

I was really impressed with Hannah. I had a back facial. She is very thorough and made it easy to be comfortable. I will go back and may do more services here.

Chase did an excellent job and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Being 34 weeks pregnant, I was worried about what the experience may bring but was extremely happy when it was time to leave. He even provided me with some knowledge to stretch out my problem areas at home. Hannah also did a wonderful job with my facial. I will be back soon!

It was amazing! Ive never had a professional massage before but now Im hooked. Also I didnt believe I could really/truly relax, but my masseuse was very knowledgable and helpful. He even taught me some techniques to try at home. He was professional, kind and really listened to me. I would recommend LaVida Massage to all my friends and family. Ill definitely be going back! This time I will be going for at least an hour for the full experience. (Aromatherapy, heat rocks, etc.)

I had a massage today with Shandi. It was off the charts wonderful. I have already booked my next appointment.

So, to start off this was my first massage ever! My boyfriend surprised me with it because I had been experiencing some lower back pain and he was hoping this would provide me some relief. He scheduled me a massage with Beth. He requested that the massage therapist keep the talking during the massage to a minimum and to be gentle, because of my pain. She honored all requests plus some! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I got a 60 minute massage with primary focus being my back. It was a very welcoming, relaxing, and clean environment! Beth did an amazing job at explaining everything before the massage and did not say ONE word during my massage, which was really important to maximize my relaxation. I was comfortable and very, very relaxed! I would 100% recommend Beth/La Vida to friends/family for a relaxing, amazing experience!!

I love this place!My wife and I started going for monthly visits about 6 months ago. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. The hours of operation are what drew our attention. Its like they never close! So easy to work. I get the deep tissue massages and Jake is extremely knowledgeable and very good at putting together a plan for the day based on my current aches and pains. Highly recommend Jake and Lavida Massage.

Awesome experience here - they not only focused on my trouble spot but the adjoining muscles that relate to the trouble area. Very unique approach and happy to say fully relived my tension in the midback and lower back. Highly recommend if you want a more in depth approach to the standard massage. Thanks for fixing me up!!

Tandee is amazing! She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She worked out so much of my tension, knots, and trigger points. Highly, highly recommend!

Great facilities and environment. Staff is very personal and professional. Personally, I had Sarah as my masseuse, and can say with no exaggeration, it was the best and most productive massage Ive had. She was really attentive to issues I deal with and went after them aggressively. Friendly, professional, and provided insight and knowledge on helping me work on these things away from LaVida. No coincidence she is great and knowledgeable at her job and receives high approvals, as she clearly cares about her profession and customers. 2 thumbs up for LaVida and Sarah. Wouldnt try anywhere else after my experience.

I had a prenatal massage done by Jeff and I have to say it was the best massage I have ever received. He was kind and professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very relaxing and just what I needed. Highly recommend Jeff at Bentonville!

My husband and i went in for a couples massage and it was amazing! We both prefer the deeper tissue type of massage and our therapists Allyson and Chase did awesome! Would highly recommend them and Lavida Massage as the ambiance was nice and relaxing as well.

Chase was my masseuse and I couldnt recommend him more.I didnt know how badly I needed this therapy until he began on my injuries. He immediately recognized my trouble spots and went through an efficient process of working through them. The whole experience was so cathartic, I seriously wanted to cry. I had so much tension and had so many knots in places I wasnt even aware of.Something I thought was just a want I quickly realized is a tangible need. One that could only have been recognized through the experience.I left feeling relaxed and better than I have an a very long time with every intention of returning for more therapy.Thanks so much, Chase!

Shawn is an amazing masseuse. She has a wide range of knowledge and uses it to help your muscles turn from rock into butter. Her prenatal massages are absolutely amazing.

The staff is always polite and I have never had a bad experience. I always feel more relaxed afterward. They accommodate the massage to what I need, relaxation or more focused work, either way it is always an amazing experience.

Got a massage 💆‍♂️and I have to say this place is very relaxing. Got information about how kind my muscles more relaxed and heal my shoulder. The people there are very nice and helpful. I have another appointment to go back. Prices are a little high but their work is good.

The front desk staff here are very friendly and helpful. My regular massage therapist, Madison, is a miracle worker who is always more than willing to tailor the massage to the individual client each session. I have gone into her massages in significant pain (headache, neck ache, leg pain, etc.), and by the time the session was over, I felt 100% better (often with the problem completely resolved!). I highly recommend LaVida Massage, and Madison in particular.

I contacted 4 massage businesses based on friends recommendations. Only 1 seemed safe enough for me to try during the pandemic: La Vida Massage. The friend said that she and a mutual friend see Brendan, so thats who I chose. The website made it easy to read about the services they offer and the prices, and to schedule an appointment. Brendan was professional (i.e., I never felt any degree of weirdness), he checked the degree of pressure, and he didnt talk much (which I appreciate). I was aware that theres a membership program, but I didnt feel pressured to join --I appreciate this!

Shawn was very professional, softspoken, and friendly. She created a very comfortable environment and helped me understand in what ways the therapy were benefiting me. She also asked more about the problems I was having with tension and headaches to best suit the therapy to the symptoms.

Its easy to sign up for an appointment online. Both therapists Ive seen (Brendan and Shawn) were caring and treated me as an individual, and both front desk concierges with whom Ive interacted were friendly and knowledgeable.

Overpriced in my opinion. First person I had was great, second person not so much. See like they have some newbies working here and for $85/hour I deserve a pro. Sure the place is nice, but surrounding places arent quite as expensive so Ill probably be trying somewhere else.

The manager here is not helpful and extremely rude. I have been working on getting money refunded from a gift card I purchased here for months now. They messed up my appointment and when I wanted my money back they promised it, but clearly are now holding it hostage. Their corporate office doesnt answer the phone OR return calls. What a nightmare. Do not use this company. A company that cant stand by their word is not a company I ever want to spend my money with.

Issac is a great recommendation. Very professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and offers insights into how to improve your overall muscle health. Staff is helpful and polite. Very clean and well run.

Great place to get Massages as long as you book your appointments well over a month in advance. Frustrating to sign up for membership and have to wait so long to get an appointment. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
