Robin was amazing. This was my first lymphatic massage and it will not be my last. I already booked my next appointment. She is a very gifted and intuitive massage therapist. She made me feel very comfortable from the start. Her oils and salves are also amazing. I highly recommend this service and this salon!!!!

Just discovered 89 & Ivy recently and have had the chance to get a few massages there with Marc. This location is very nice, clean, and peaceful. They have done a great job providing a relaxing environment. The booking experience is very easy which makes the experience even better. Marc is a fantastic Massage Therapist; he always asks good questions at the beginning of the session and provides a nice, consistent experience throughout the entire massage. 5 stars from me for the location and for Marc!

Robin is, without a doubt, the best masseuse I’ve ever been to. I used to have a membership at one of those chain places, and while nice, the massages always felt really canned, like everyone gets the same 60 or 90 minute program.With Robin, she really listens to what I’m in for, whether it’s something specific, or just general stress relief and relaxation. She finds knots I didn’t even knew I had and customizes my massages to take the absolute best care of me. I always leave in so much better shape, thinking to myself, “now THIS is what a massage session is supposed to be like.”Do yourself a favor - schedule a massage at 89 & Ivy. Right. Now.

Robin was an absolute God send! I have had so many musculoskeletal issues & hormone issues & today I feel absolute amazing… Stress & pain relief finally!!!I also was lucky enough to have a facial & my skin soaked up her products! Robin is amazing at what she does. She is an expert when it comes to lymphatic massages, listens to any of my concerns and works the areas needed. Meg gave me one of the best experiences I have had to massage. I am new to getting messages, only had one years ago. She talked to me about my needs and how I am worried about an exam coming up. Not only did she help me relax via massage, she let me talk it out and made the experiences so much more relatable. She listened to what my body needed but made sure to ask throughout the session if the pressure was enough, or if she needed to change it, and threw in some stretching of my neck and shoulders. I went in a nervous wreck and went out laughing, smiling , relaxed and booking another massage. I highly recommend this place, and Meg. Very personable and the down to Earth.

You should get a massage from Marc at 89 & Ivy. I am a difficult customer to please when it comes to massage, and Marc is one of the best massage therapists Ive had, truthfully. Ive been getting deep tissue massages for a few years now & Marc was top notch. Very skilled in pressure release and relaxation of knots. Light stretching was also included which allowed for deeper work of tissue. Will recommend to anyone in the area.

We called to cancel the appointment 24 hours before services yet they attempted to charge. If the timing was within 24hours the person on the other end had zero courtesy to even mention that was the case. If they had we would have looked for a way to make the appt work. I found 89 & Ivy while researching for a service to help my friend with her pain and it took alot to convince her to try a masseuse. Jess has been great the few times she has seen her; on the other hand the person who answers the phone (owner or someone else) needs basic customer service and communication training. I’m paying you for a service, it’s not the other way around.

89 & Ivy is fantastic! Robin was instrumental in helping me recover from shoulder and back pain that had limited my mobility and prevented me from completing normal daily activities. Prior to finding Robin, I had received massages elsewhere, but they were not able to address the underlying issue so I either had no relief or relief for only a few hours. Robin addressed the root cause as she understands anatomy.

I tried to call 3 times and didnt get a call back until several hours later from someone who wasnt Jess. They charged me $95 with no option to reschedule. The lady who called me had terrible customer service skills, had no intention on fixing the problem and HUNG UP on me. Predatory cancelation practices are disgusting.

I saw Robin for an ankle injury, she did ultrasound therapy on my ankle and hip as well as a massage and it helped me tremendously. She is very knowledgeable and truly passionate about her craft. I highly recommend!

I use the sauna 3-4x per week and Robin always has the room ready to go and set up with towels and a water bottle waiting for me when I arrive. Extremely relaxing and Im already seeing huge benefits just several weeks in. Robin is extremely responsive when it comes to scheduling as well which makes it easy to come back regularly!! Couldn’t be happier 🤗I have had a a lifetime of experience with massage looking for relief from chronic back pain - some good and effective therapy - but Robin, by far, is the best therapist I have found. Always on time, professional and attentive to all my issues, she makes me feel like I’m her only client! I purchased the membership with no regrets and will continue therapy with her as long as she’ll have me!

I have been living with major knots and tightness in my shoulders and mid to upper back for years. I chose a deep tissue massage with cupping in hopes it would start to loosen up some of those muscles and give me a bit more flexibility in my back. As soon as Robin started cupping I noticed a difference and this morning is the first time in years that I didnt wake up with a super tight and stiff back. I definitely recommend Robin. You will feel better for it!

Robin is excellent at deep tissue massage. She is very holistic and integrated in how she releases muscle tensions. She also explains the physiology behind the causes of your knots and contractions. I learn so much while having a relaxing treatment. Her space is very soothing too. She’s busy so book in advance!

Decent massage. Dynamic cupping wasnt what I was expecting. I prefer hands over a theragun during a massage. Massage techniques differed and werent symmetrical from right side to left. 3.5 stars.
