Amazing! Ohmies has always been my go to vape shop. This was my first time in this location and the team was so professional and helpful! They helped my mom get exactly what she needed and answered questions I couldnt for her. Helpful enough I went back an hour later for another vape and juices! Found myself a new location!

Go here now!!! I had visited other Vape Shops in the area and had terrible experiences, people being rude and short with me... My friend recommended this place and she was right! I wanted to get a RDA and I worked with Chris (I think). They got me hooked up with all the right equipment and gave me pointers to get going. AMAZING customer service! They even helped me rebuild my coils when I was having issues with my mod.

This is my normal smoke shop. But I will no longer be coming here. The NEW staff is extremely rude and uneducated. I asked questions, and they looked at me like I am dumb and bothering them. I have spent a lot of money in this store and will miss your selection. I am the customer and your staff should be nice and happy and helpful. Do better! You work at a smoke shop!

I would not recommend coming to this store cuz youre going to be followed and eyeballed by everybody but not talked to. When you go to purchase something, ex: 3-inch ashtray tagged $8.99 but barcode rings it up for $11.99. We walked out after they refused to sell it for the marked price of $8.99 even after pointing out the pile of ashtrays with the $8.99 price posted.

Great selection of glass. Prices were astonishingly low. Got a really nice super thick bong and 3 accessories, the nicest torch Ive ever seen, a can of butane and the total was only 126$. The bong alone in Atlanta would have been 200+.

The second I walk in, every week mind you, I’m badgered for my ID.. I’m a bartender so I understand the importance behind this, but atleast wait for me to order something. This place needs to realize that there are vape stores every few blocks and to treat their regulars with some respect.

I used to shop at Vapor world but when they sold me a device that didn’t work & refused to give me a refund. I decided to try you guys. Staff is very friendly . Although you didn’t have my favorite juice she spent 45 minutes helping me find one similar in flavor and it’s cheaper than vapor world. I drive 45 minutes to get to your bentonville location bc I won’t go anywhere else

Ok this review has been long overdue. Yes I am rewriting my review from a few years back. I did decide to return to Ohmies and Im glad I did. I love the staff and the service here now. So much better. Ohmies has become my go to shop. Just wish they carried more rebuilds Les and supplies but beyond that my Wife and I love this place!

I went here to get my disposable vape upgraded to a reusable one. The place was clean well organized and had some cool cool unique merchandise. The staff answered all my amateur questions very well and helped me select a good cheap option of Vaporesso. After I returned to replace my pod I dropped in water (the battery survived full submersion 😮) and they got me fixed up for

My husband has been going here for several months now. Yesterday he replaced his mod because he suspected it was leaking and they don’t have replacement pods for it. The new mod he bought isn’t working and the offer from the shop upon calling was troubleshooting, 20% off a replacement or contacting the manufacturer for a refund. Really not an ideal policy. He ordered replacement pods online. Unsure whether he’ll continue continue buying coils and liquid here or if he will just switch to online. Definitely wouldn’t buy a mod again in the future unless the policy changes. Obviously I don’t know the businesses’ bottom line but I would think they ought to be making enough to do better by their customers.

They’re maybe below average compared to their Fayetteville location. They never have grape jam monster and if they do it’s possibly out dated. Employees are nice as can be but sometimes it seems more of a liquidation store.

Shameful customer experience. Went in and spent 45 minutes explaining what I was looking for, got sold a device that I was assured would work to replace the MTL pod system I already had, but was in for a rude awakening. Not only do the .15 and .3 ohm coils not work for salt nic, its downright dangerous and this setup can lead to nicotine poisoning.I called and explained, and was told to come in so they could make it right. However, when I went in, I was told that they wouldnt help and that they wouldnt even refund the unopened coils and that I would have to come back another day and talk to a manager, but they couldnt confirm what day or time an actual manager would be in. My girlfriend and I are first responders and spend an average of $200 a month here. No longer. These guys want to lose customers over a $65 mistake on their part.

I only have experience with their dab nails and pens, they are great quality. Usually the customer service and staff is awesome, I can’t remember his name but the guy with the long hair is awesome and so knowledgeable. But the last time I went there was a new guy and he wouldn’t listen to me I felt like or take me serious. I told him I need a new coil for my pen, he gave me the wrong size and I told him i was pretty sure that’s not the right size. Went and tried in my car, wrong size. Went back in and told him and then he gave me the cart adapter and I asked him are you sure this isnt the one you have to mix and make a liquid? I already have one of these that came with my pen for free, and he said no it’s the right one, just melt it in there. I just gave up and left. This was like 2 weeks ago, but I’m going back later to see if the usual staff can help me lolStill have 5 stars because usually staff is awesome, everything is great quality and great prices.

The Girl behind the counter took forever helping a customer talking while I waited. Another customer came in and waited. She finished. The phone rings she answered a question and then proceeded to talk about someone having surgery. I went somewhere new. I wont go back Ohmies

I find this to be a pleasant store to visit. I would say its primarily a head shop but they do also have some vape gear for those looking to simply vape nicotine ejuice since its far more healthy than smokes. The only downfall I experienced was the lack of selection for nicotine salt juice and the prices are not great however Im sure they have huge overhead as its a big building. Overall I would suggest you check it out.

Went to Ohmies in Btown a while ago. Good selection. Grant it Im the indecisive type, it took me a hot min to choose a piece. I believe some old salor worked the night I went. Guy was a Hilarious and knowledgeable on banger sizes and vape coils for a rebuildable vape mod. Super thanks.

I was harassed by the manager and was assaulted by officers for looking at products I intended to buy. Never going to this store again. I suffer from Aspergers, Adhd, Ocd, Ptsd, Social Anxiety, and scoliosis. I hope others with similar disabilities never have to go through what I went through.

So my review is not negative or necessarily positive more concerned. I Purchased a CBDTKO product basically CBD that looks like marijuana. And the guy told me you can 100% smoke this product with no problems for my drug test. But all the reviews online say different and this is pretty important! So when I called back with that information to the store and he tells me he’s had personal experiences with no problem and that’s a lot for me to go on considering it’s for my job so I just hope the information 100% accurate that they’re giving out

Honestly one of the absolute best vape/glass shops I have been in. Great variety of product. Basically, if they dont have something you like, nobody will. Add to this an excellent staff that know what they are talking about. If this kind of place is for you, it is a must stop when nearby. A+++

I was looking at some vape tanks last night and after being showed two or three I was asked so what are you gonna do? I said Im not sure yet. I was then told well you gotta make a decision you cant hang out all night when I wasnt in the shop for a full five minutes. I told him Id just order a tank online and then left the shop.Ive had great experiences in this shop in the past but the owner really needs to check the attitudes of the 18 year olds hes hiring. This is only the second time in my life Ive had service so bad I felt compelled to leave a review.

Im removing stars because of the website. You cannot shop online even though there is a button to Shop NowTypical. They start up in an area and are focused and competitive but get comfortable when they get a few regulars.I dont have time to name all the others Ive seen come and go but Ohmies will be on the GONE list soon.

Another customer and I were in Ohmies looking at vape selections. I had bought a battery and decided to look for a new vape. Stefan decided we couldnt keep looking and talking about good vape choices and kicked us out. Supposedly he messaged Chris the manager and he said he could kick us out? Im confused as to why we needed to be kicked out for shopping and talking about different vapes.I do not recommend.

Came into the shop, there was one other customer at the counter. Salesman turned to me and said “hey man, what’s up?” I started to ask if they had a product (responding to “what’s up”) and was immediately chastised and talked down to because he had another customer at the counter. He took a solid 15-20 seconds to inform me that I was being rude and my behavior was unacceptable. He explained how a conversation works and that I was interjecting in an apparently present one. I left soon after and won’t be back.Edit to respond to owner: that was not the nature of the conversation whatsoever.

The only vape shop my husband and I will ever go to. They have the best selection in NWA. The employees are knowledgeable and always provide excellent customer service. We are long time, satisfied customers and will always choose Ohmies.

Horrible service can’t refund anything always told talk to the manufacturer I bough am Enail it was the last one and it was the display I get it home it charges for hours come back try to use it and it shorts out. Try to bring it back and the employees are extremely unhelpful was told to come back to talk to the manager Monday. I bought it the same day and it was defective. If I wanted to contact the manufacturer I would have bought from them and waited for shipping and skip out on the crazy high markup at the shop.

Blonde girl and redhead girl were the most rude employees I have ever had here. Not coming back if they are there. Being belittled isn’t a good way to have customers come back. Vapor World will now have my business.

5 star service. Up until recently I never felt judged and the employees were helpful. But all good things end...minus 2 stars because the manager (as I was told) decided it was appropriate to say “yeah she’s a tweeker” to his employee thinking I wouldn’t hear them. Not only did I hear him, but so did a friend of mine.Im not upset, just think it’s hilirous that he couldn’t at least wait until I left or said it to my face since he can’t whisper. Don’t sell a certain product if you’re going to judge a person for buying it. I would rather not pay you to insult me or anyone I’m with.For the record, I lost someone close to me that day. So no I was high or tweeting. I was sitting in my hotel crying for 6 hours. Next time I’ll wear makeup I guess.

Every time a show up jeff is hustling. Ive seen him reorganize entire cabinets while still being more than attentive to customers! Hes amazing at picking out perfect flavors no matter what my request is, and i hope to see him every time i show up!He isnt afraid to joke and be genuine with customers either! This place used to be great but the new staff now isn’t as educated about glass or vapes last visit referred me to a different vape shop. Edit, went back 9 months later, same employee was just as unhelpful. Have tried this place out multiple times and I can’t get a good experience.

Came in sat to get some king palm minis and like usual you where out of them and then I saw a Butane lighter piece that was 12.99 and got that and after about an hour after I bought this thing it stoped working all together would not hold any fluid and when I called to ask about this thing I was told I would have to call back becasue the person I spoke to said they knew nothing about this thing. All in all very disappointed in the service and quality.

Took my vape in to get replaced. Vape is in perfect condition and they wouldn’t take it back because it “was dropped” horrible customer service. Didn’t try to make me feel like a valuable customer as I spend hundreds of dollars here. Poor management and employees. Now I have a cheap vape that doesn’t work and they wouldn’t even replace it!!! My vape has never hit the ground!!!! Very unhappy and with this customer service I will never shop here again and I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends who shop here. Let’s just BLAME the customer who spends hundreds here. You just lost my business.

Terrible customer service, went into the establishment to buy product with a friend and realized I had forgotten my ID but my friend had his.Feeling foolish I went back down the road to my house to acquire it and come back into the establishment and was immediately denied buying anything form the store and was told to “come back another day” the clerk acted as if my ID wasn’t good enough then but would’ve been valid first thing the next day. Baffled by this concept with my perfectly legal ID in hand I decided to leave my 2 cents. 99% sure there is no such law in Arkansas. Won’t be bringing my money back for business

Imagine driving 6 miles to the only open store only to be told you cant buy anything even though the sign says open. What are you open for? Conversation? Only reason its not a one star is because ive had positive experiences here. But i mean come on. Why can i go inside a store if i cant even buy anything? If you cant make any sales at least turn off the sign.
