iSpa Massage

I had such a strange experience at this place and I’m so confused by all the good reviews?? I paid for an hour long “massage”, which basically was just someone rubbing lotion on me. I told her that she could use more pressure but she did not. Her English was very broken, so I’m assuming she just didn’t understand me. But I would be very surprised if she had a license to massage at all. Like it legitimately felt like a “massage” from my four year old. It was extremely hot in the building, and smelled like stale garbage. All I was given was a tiny towel to cover up with that barely covered anything. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt awkward. The lady was nice and I didn’t want to be rude, so I didn’t really say anything. When leaving I couldn’t wait to get out of there. But as I was walking out of the building, she stopped me and asked me to give a tip, which I thought was very unprofessional. I told her to charge $16 for a tip, and she proceeded to change my card for $20, which was well over 20%. The whole thing was pretty bizarre and I’m just weirded out. Not what you want when you pay for an $80 massage ($100 after tip), and expected to walk out refreshed and relaxed.

Serena did a wonderful massage.Really needed the massage due to stress from a death in the family and being away from home. It was a much needed therapy and Serena did a great job.

My fiancé and I went to iSpa for the first time the other night for a couples massage. Staff was extremely friendly and did a wonderful job on us both! We both like hard pressure and they did not disappoint! Not all places use hot stones but they do here and it makes the experience so much more enjoyable! Great way to end the day or to spend a lunch break to relax!

Had a relaxing spa day. Ana is really good at it. Will definitely come back and I would highly recommend this spa.

I cant rave enough about this experience having a massage here. If you are needing to get in last minute they can make it happen too! The service was a deep tissue with hot stones for 90 minutes and I give it 5 stars! The stretching was a surprise and honestly what has me still feeling great! It was just what I needed and I cannot wait to come back!

I had a good experience here not great but good. There a few minor things they could do to improve the experience. A full sheet and blanket vs. just a towel would be good start. Not answering the phone while they are in a session with someone would be the other. There shouldnt even be a phone in the room. For the price and the quality of the massage it was still worth it.

I booked a couples massage at this establishment based on the glowing reviews and reasonable prices, as a treat for my wife and me following our wedding.Personally, I found the massage enjoyable. My masseuse was excellent, quiet, and truly applied her strength in addressing my stress points. Not being a particularly shy individual, I didnt mind the more open nature of the massage. The experience of being fully undressed with our legs spread and receiving a glute massage felt wonderful, but it was slightly overwhelming for my wife. Her masseuse, who I believe was the owner, displayed unprofessional behavior by answering multiple phone calls during the session, attending to customers in the front, and leaving the door open while we lay there exposed. Additionally, she began my wifes massage at least 5-10 minutes after mine had started, even though we were in the same room.My wife described her massage as decent but not outstanding, and she was left with some bruises due to a few uncomfortable and painful moments during the session.When it came time to pay, I handed over $200 for a $180 service and told them to keep the change. However, they looked at me in disbelief. The owner mentioned that they typically expect tips of at least 20%. I gave them another $20 without issue, but I hadnt anticipated the demand and would have preferred the extra charge to be included in the initial massage price.In conclusion, some people may find satisfactory massages at this location for decent prices. Just be aware that they expect a minimum tip of 20% over the massage price and it may not be the ideal choice for those seeking a highly professional experience in a more private setting.Edit: As you can see from their response to my review, professionalism is not their strong suit and they do not understand how tipping works. This is definitely not the nicest, most professional facility in Bentonville. We will not return.

I have been here several times without issue. However, the last time I had a male masseuse who has no business giving massages.He missed my muscles so much, pushing on my spine, rubbing across my shoulder blade, and pressed hard on my jugular and lymph nodes. He had no idea what he was doing.Additionally, he bent my leg to stretch it, which is customary, but he pushed really hard on my socket and the hardest pop Ive ever experienced happened. It continued to hurt during the whole massage and is still hurting 4 days later.He started late and charged me extra saying we went over time. When the massage was over, it was exactly an hour.Do not recommend.

Good experience. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the therapist was talented. They accept credit cards which is convenient, and the prices are affordable. Also their English is above average, good communication. Very happy, I will likely be a repeat customer.

My son and myself came here for a 1 hour full body massage. We had Tina and Kelly. This was the best massage we have ever had. I’ve had massages all over NWA and I will never ever go anywhere else. We will make monthly appointments from now on.

Finally, a place where we can come back. The people seem friendly. There is a language barrier but not too bad. Scheduling is quick! I wanted the name of my masseuse but didnt get one. Overall, pressure and technique were satisfying. Definitely more involved and more coverage than other local massage shops of the like.

Had a great massage from Una today. Each area (back, shoulders, legs, arms, head/neck) got the right amount of pressure and attention in the 90-minute session. Will definitely be back again.

The booking was easy and quick to get appointment. I had a 1 hour deep massage. She is very polite and professional. The massage was good. My back muscle relaxed. She got strong hands. I paid cash $60 for 60 mins and gave her a good tip. Will be back.

Love this place! I have gone to get a couples massage twice!! They do a wonderful job. Full body, hot stones, and all. Great service, and the ladies are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this spa and I plan on returning again.

We have been coming here for over 2 years. Always great massages. Kelly, Angi and every masseuse give wonderful massages. Kelly has been done my last few massages and she was great. Will continue to get my massages here.

I’ve been coming to this business regularly for about a year and a half. They have always been professional, clean, and extremely easy to book appointments times. I ALWAYS ask for Tina and I have to say she as beyond amazing! I brought a friend with me awhile back and now they come regularly as well- Sophia is who they use and they say she is every bit as good as Tina. I just can’t say enough how thankful I am to have found this establishment!!!

I wanted to get my wife a nice one hour massage for her birthday and I ended up choosing this place based on the reviews. I went with her to the appointment and when we were greeted upon arrival it was very confusing because nobody spoke English very well and we seem to have a hard time confirming she had a 1 hour massage appointment. Then they stood there talking to each other for a while before finally saying something to us to take her back. We just stood there awkwardly looking at each other wondering what was going on. I came back an hour later to pick up my wife and luckily she came out with a smile and said while the massage was actually a little awkward to her she did really like the lady who gave her a massage and she did feel a lot better. She liked it enough she would want to go back to this lady. So even though it was a little awkward I decided to take her back a few weeks later for another appointment. I called ahead and requested the same lady which once again over the phone the English was so bad it was a hard time even making the appointment and I didnt feel super confident it was set up correctly. Sure enough we show up the next day and told them we had an appointment with this certain lady and we were told she had already gone home! No apologies or anything, she just looks at us and says well how about somebody else? We kept saying how we specifically called and asked for this lady and we just kept getting told well sorry shes not here. She could care less. Well you finally decide to go ahead and say okay to somebody else so then she keeps getting on her cell phone texting and once again were standing there looking at each other wondering what in the world is going on. After several minutes of silence she finally tells us there is a lady on the way and she will be there in about 10 minutes. We just about walked out at this point but I talked to my wife into staying so she goes in the room to get undressed and wait for the lady to arrive. What do you know it was 25 minutes later before she gets there! The masseuse even told my wife later that she was in Springdale at the time she was contacted. So essentially we were lied to saying it would only be 10 minutes. Theres no way you can make it from Springdale in 10 minutes. My wife said she was very nice but didnt give as good a massage as the first lady. I went to pay when she was done and gave a $5 tip which seemed okay at first but then another lady who initially greeted us when we got there came up to the front and she then proceeds to tell me something about my tip that it took me a while to understand. Basically in the end she was trying to tell me it was customary to give a 20% tip and I did not give 20%. It seemed like she was trying to force me to give a 20% tip. I was beside myself that I was being told basically I had to give a certain tip. This did not happen the first time we went there. I only had four more dollars in my wallet so I went to get that out to give it to her and told her thats all I had but then she pushes it back in my hand and says never mind and just keeps the money I gave her and walked away rudly. It was all very awkward and rude and we could not believe how this one lady up front was treating us. Even though the actual massages were pretty good with nice ladies we will not be back with the way we were treated at the front desk. Oh and by the way when we went back the second time the whole place literally smelled like somebody had peed on the floor or something. It smelled really bad. Another reason my wife almost walked out because it really stunk. I dont know what happened it didnt stink the first time but it really did not smell good this time. Not a relaxing environment to get a massage. We will not be back.

Me and my husband took a couple massage session, the massage was complete 60 mins and it was relaxing. It was a bit hard to explain the amount of pressure due to language issues but once I was able to explain the pressure, it was an amazing experience! The masseuse was able to open all the knots on my shoulder area which was my pain point!I wish they could talk less between each other and it was a bit disturbing and was not allowing me to enjoy the relaxing music and the calm in the spa.

I called to check pricing they told me it would be $90 for a 90 minute massage which is very average for this area and totally fine. Once the massage is finished she told me it would be $100 when I told her I had called and she had told me the $90. She huffed and puffed and said that was the cash price , Which I had asked about on the phone and she had made no mention of. She then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip , I left a tip and she told me that it was not enough of a tip and proceeded to charge my card more than I had given her permission to. It’s not honest Business practices, and it’s not integrity on their part. So no I would not recommend them and I will not be returning.

Went for a massage and have never felt so violated. My masseuse walked in on me changing and instead of apologizing put her hands on me to undress me. I do not think there is any excuse to touch someone without permission and eventually had to yell at her to get out. After I was on the table she proceeded to take off clothing that I chose to leave on, completely disregarding my boundaries. She also answered two phone calls during my massage. I understand there may be a language barrier but everything about this experience was extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend this place.

But this spa is very professional, clean and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.Summer was very careful to ask for specific pain areas to focus on. So glad I tried this place.I recently found out this spa is under new ownership with new, very qualified girls on staff. This will be my go to for a real massage. Five Stars!!!
