Aromatic Spa & Massage

One of the best massages I’ve had in a while. They really made me feel relaxed and the pressure was perfect. I originally paid for a 90 minute massage and they thought it was a 60 minute massage.. I got up to dress and they apologized and told me to return to the table. I felt like the last thirty minutes was kind of rushed, like a throw away. I would have been content with the hour. That being said, this place is very affordable for Lake Tahoe, 80$ for an hour and 135$ for 90 minutes! Just go! You won’t be disappointed.

Seriously the best massage I have ever received. She seemed to find every spot in my back that needed work. She also used hot stones which were amazing. The best part is that she wiped off all the massage oil at the end so I didn’t leave feeling sticky! Will definitely be going back!

The massage was very good but I didnt like the fact that they literally forced you to pay a minimum 25% tip. They wont take $1 less in the tip.

I have had wonderful massages here! This is my go to place for a quality and reasonably priced massage. Husband and I both enjoy it every time!

Wow! Very no nonsense, straight to the point. It was amazing! They stretched and massaged me better than standard/chain massage spas for cheaper too. The hot stones are great. They don’t miss a single area! Will be back!

Asked for a 30 minute massage lady at desk very rudely said “cmon just do the 60 minute massage just a little more money” then when it came time to pay I offered $5 as a tip and she laughed at me and said I need $10 as a tip. The massage was horrible the most random uncomfortable massage you ever got it was so bad I thought I was being pranked she just flailed my arms around and put her bony knees in my back my ankle is still sore from being whipped around avoid this place at all costs Rude employees, horrible massage. If I could give 0 stars I would this place must have bought all there 5 star reviews because there is no way this place is legitimately rated. Absolutely horrible

We wish these guys were closer to home for us!! We had an hour couples massage that was fabulous! We’ve had multiple massages at various locations over the years and we both said these guys rate at the top of our list!! We’ll go again if we’re ever back in the area!!

I love coming here. Nancy has been my massage therapist for over 2 years. She is wonderful at what she does. And so kind. Its always so clean and relaxing there.

Edit: Came back to a different therapist. This time I was very disappointed....communication was very poor, massage was poorly done (a novice?) even uncomfortable at times. This experience was the worst massage Ive had. I will not be back, therapists are too inconsistent!!One of the best massages Ive had!!Same day too. I will be back!!

We had a great couples massage here for the December special. Our therapists asked our desired pressure at the beginning and maintained our request throughout the duration of the massage. We both didn’t feel like any parts of our massage were rushed or ignored. Both of our therapists knelt on the table to get better pressure, it was great if you feel like other places are consistently not firm enough. Hot stones were a great addition. Perfect temp for me, husband said it could have been hotter, but he likes REALLY hot haha. Great experience. We will be back!

At the end of the trip.l decided to have a massage before returning to California.I tried this one and was not disappointed.I hope to see you again next time.

With the intention of giving it a try, I walked into the SPA. The front desk lady has a very nice smile and kind. I choose the 60-minute service. The masseurs work hard and have excellent skills. After 60 minutes, I felt that the tight muscles in my upper back were completely relaxed.I felt that my money was well spent. I will definately come back again.

Pulled a muscle while working. Needed a deep tissue massage. Found Aromatic Spa and Massage. Was not disappointed at all. My therapist was ery attentive to what I needed and executed it beautifully! From head to toe! I left totally relaxed, stress free and What pulled muscle??!!Ill be back!

Overall, not a great experience. My husband and I usually book a couples massage when we go on trips. This vacation was no different, except that I needed a prenatal massage. When I called to make the appointment, they seemed knowledgeable enough and said they could accommodate me. However, when we arrived, the masseuses acted like they had no idea what I was talking about or even asking for. They eventually gave me some pillows to lean on, but still had me lying on my stomach. She didn’t ask me how hard of pressure I would like, which was fine until about 20 minutes in when she was still massaging the same part of my back and it was becoming painful. My husband said he had a similar experience. We both felt fine the afternoon/evening following the massage, but couldn’t sleep whatsoever that night as we were both so uncomfortable with back pain. For a couples massage, I wouldn’t recommend but they did a decent job if you prefer harder pressure. But for a prenatal massage, I would say look somewhere else. Don’t even try it here.

Very pushy to get an hour or 90 minute massage, mentioned it several times after I said I needed 30 minutes. At the end of the massage it was mentioned again that I should get an hour next time. When we got to the register I was expecting to pay $45. She told me it was $3 for the fee so… $48 and that her tip was $10. I didn’t get to choose a tip option and wasn’t asked after asking several times about the price difference I just paid and left!

If youre gonna read a review, please read this oneI booked a 60 minute couples massage. The end price after tip was $148. The massage place is located next to a Dominos and a lawyer, so do with that what you will. My husband & I walked in, & there was a lot of confusion. I dont think a 2nd masseuse was present. We were lead to a room with 2 tables, & told to undress. There was a regular size towel on each table, the table had a sheet on it. A tip: put the towel on vertical, not horizontal over your butt. We waited about 15 minutes before our massage began.Once it began...all I could think was dear lord please let this end. Now to their credit, these ladies are HARD workers. They go in with one goal: get rid of the knots. But at what cost? (I am not mad, Im laughing like crying laughing as I type this). I had to ask for gentler pressure twice, & the masseuse didnt change at all. At I think 2 points, her entire 100lbs body on top of me. I was spanked (not joking) and the bottom of my feet were participants in fight club at one point. The hot stones are HOT, it took everything in me not to yelp & fly off the table. Forget wearing any undies, it is absolutely pointless.When the massage was finally over, and the ladies left, I just burst into laughter because I couldnt even process what had just happened. Im still laughing on the drive home. Like what?!Watch the massage scene on Because I said So. I was Diane Keaton the entire time.Good Lord Almighty.We will not be back, but I am glad to have this hilarious tale to tell. Oh and btw, it was a gift to myself for my 30th birthday. Im gonna tell myself to shop better next year!!!

Great place! Nice people, very calming and relaxing. I did the 90 minutes message with the hot rocks, they checked the temp with me and it felt so good. They were so nice and respectful with where the towel was and when I turned over to my back. Great place, loved my message!

I wouldn’t say worst massage, but pretty ineffective. I agree with some of the other reviewers here. This isn’t for anyone who wants to get actual massage. It’s for someone who wants a superficial massage with some oil put on their body.I decided to give them a second chance after first time they spent most of the time putting hot stones on my back. So I got about 30 mins massage the first time. In those 30 mins they were able to only cover a back massage.Second time I went there for a 60 min massage and told them to not use hot stones.. but still I was disappointed.They changed the masseuse after 30mins. Kept coming and going out of the room to talk to someone else. Effectively I got maybe 40 mins of massage.The first masseuse was okay but the second was very inconsistent. I told both of them that I was having issues with my neck and wanted the massage to be focused on neck and head. But they still kept massaging only upper back. The room was too cold.End of the massage when I told my neck still feels sore and I don’t feel anything different whatsoever they just told me to book a 90 min massage next time. I was surprised. I shouldn’t have left ~20% tip. But at least the first masseuse was good enough.Instead of feeling calm and relaxed, I walked out of there frustrated and feeling ripped off. I won’t be making the same mistake of going there again.Edit: you can ignore their promo offers too. They just Jack up the regular price and show some discounted price. The discounted price is always available.

I just started a new job and it has been causing me back pain, I walked into Lavender Massage on a Sunday afternoon out of the blue and asked for a 60 minute massage, and was told to come back at 2. I came back and got one of the best massages I’ve had in years, my back and legs feel worlds better and my masseuse Linda was very kind and professional! Excellent service, excellent price, definitely recommend.

Fantastic massage. Linda makes sure you are comfortable, but definitely lets you relax. She gives a very thorough massage. You will feel like you’ve gotten your money’s worth. Definitely recommend.

Lavender Massage was a great experience! We called same day and saw us in the evening for a couples massage. They were very kind and respectful and it was a stellar massage! Cheaper pricing than other places as well. We had Linda and Kasey.

Such a great massage place and great location just on the edge of Centerton/Bentonville! My husband and I have gotten couples massages there and I have gotten individual massages. Linda and her husband are both so great! I love that theyre open so late as sometimes I have to put my kids to bed before I can go get a massage.

I would not recommend this place as the way they handled business today was unprofessional. I booked an appointment this morning and received two emails confirming my appointment. I showed up to my appointment on time that was again, confirmed twice to be told that I did not have an appointment and that they could not see me today. I was told their website was “having problems” and to book through Facebook, however this is not an excuse as this should be addressed to prevent this from happening to other paying customers. I will not be back and would not recommend after the way I was treated. A simple apology would have been a decent starting point for the inconvenience.
