True salesman in the best way with no high pressure buy now tacticsYou can easily get mass made glass here but you can also get glass.you wont find anywhere else. Old school, new school and everything in between. A MUST if you are.in the market for new glass its honestly just a cool spot to go and talk shop if you appreciate the art. They have something for everyone.

I keep saying Ill never go back but I like second chances. So I bought a glass piece that was hand made American. It has no artist signature or info and no unique characteristics. China made. I bought a torch andit was broken and I took it back they tried to downgrade the replacement. And the owner looked at me coldly and tried to be intimidating, and we finally came to a fair agreement. Then I went back and bought some butane. The lid is cracked and broken to the can so I wont be able to cover it again. Bad service. Broken merchandise. Lying salesmen.

I went to Big Al last week to get myself some dabbing tools. Since, this was my 1st time dabbing, I told so to George who was so friendly and educative. Wow, I got so much information delivered to me by someone who has done dabbing and experience a lot. He got me a pretty good dabbing tools given that I was starting from crash, better quality for longer experience.Thank you so much, the rigs, balls, etc...work great.

Outstanding! I live in the middle of a desert and there is no decent glass around aside from a 3 hour drive to Tucson. I spent the last few weeks calling a few dozen stores looking for a new tube. Most shops refuse to ship and most employees were quite rude over the phone, except for Big Als.Big Als was not only super friendly, but they provided photos and videos of the items I was curious about. For someone who shops online, this level of product insight and customer service is hard to come by. Big Als is my favorite Smoke Shop, George is my favorite employee, and the store has earned my highest recommendation for others looking for the best possible experience.

They sell to minors / under 21. I guess that’s good though if you’re looking for a puff and you’re not 21 yet. Hooray for brain development.

I have had such an amazing experience working with Big Al’s. I purchased a limited edition Puffco Peak Pro that came to me defective due to manufacturer error and Fayez went above and beyond to make sure that my product was taken care of through their Puffco rep directly. If it were not for him, I would be waiting much longer than I would have if I did not reach out and have them help me to resolve the issue. When you go to Big Als make sure you ask for George. Hes the best. Hes super helpful, super knowledgeable and takes his time with his customers and doesnt rush you.

The guys working here have been, for the most part, the same for foreverrrr, and they’ve always been super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The guy that helped my boyfriend and I out today let him test the pieces he was choosing between with distilled water to help him decide which we both thought was really dope to even offer. Overall really good experience today, as it always is :)

Worst smoke shop Ive ever been to (dont wear masks and smoke while youre there) I paid $200 for a bong (China Glass) and as I pulled the bowl out of the down stem thats attached to the piece it snapped off. Went back the next morning after purchasing and the manger told me to f off. I dont care about the service, but the quality of the glass pieces is horrible. Taking advantage of college students.

Brian and George you guys rock! This spot was actually recommended to me by a local dispensary. I dont waste time going to smoke shops in San Francisco where I live- I make the trip out to Berkeley because these guys take their time and educate you along the way. They always wrap up any glass you get from them, and I will definitely be back.

At Big Al’s, I promise you’ll get the best deal, quality, and selection. Al is a great guy and I’ve bought some incredible pieces from him and his crew. These are my guys. Super charming all of them. They always look Soo good too. Like way to win the customers over Quality in every way. Theres a decent price tiere and its also a great place for finding some amazing original glass pieces from some very talented locals. or just stop in for some quick accessories and wraps and papers or whatever. Rip off store. Will try to charge above retail on almost everything. You can check the price of anything in 10 seconds on google. Will also not take card and make you use their in-store ATM so they can collect the convenience fee. If you need something, order it online or go somewhere else so you dont waste your time or money here.
