I love this place! My husband and I usually go all the way to San Francisco for Korean bath and massage. Now theres no need to go across the bridge because we have found our spot.Bee was my masseuse and she was amazing. I had certain pain points that she addressed in a way that wasnt torture but left me with pain relief for several weeks.The staff was so accommodating and also rescheduled my appointment after I came down with a mild virus.The environment is calm and quiet the minute you enter. The hot tea before or after your massage is a must. We will be coming very frequently.

What a wonderful experience this was. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the wonderful staff. The spa was very clean and peaceful. There were complimentary treats and delicious herbal tea to help us relax. Our masseuse therapists went above and beyond to ensure we not only felt comfortable but that our aches were tended to. Our therapists used every second of our 90 minute sessions to work. I could tell we worked them indeed. If you visit, please tip well. These ladies are doing true healing work.

Ive been going here for a few weeks due to some pinched nerves in my neck and upper back. I had B for my 3rd session and wow...she did an amazing combination of the office and Thai massage, plus she found the nerve in my neck! It was painful, but today I almost feel back to normal. Highly, highly recommend B and kneading Thai wellness overall!

I just got the most amazing massage from Pim! It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed a business but I have to share. It was so good that 10 minutes in I had already decided that I would be returning here every month. The vibe of the space is peaceful and cute. The massage tables are so soft - I didn’t know that this was something I’ve been missing with other massages.I’ve been having horrible neck and shoulder pain. My deep tissue massage with Pim left me feeling so much more open through my shoulders and incredibly relaxed overall.They have complimentary tea (delicious) and candies on the way out. And they have a loyalty card - once you hit 10 massages, you get $50 off your next one.I loved this place.I highly recommend!

I always receive a great massage here. The staff are very friendly too. Today, Nikki gave me the best massage. She was excellent at finding the tense areas and loosening them so professionally. I will definitely recommend her to anyone!

I updated my review after a miscommunication with scheduling. They had reached out and offered to make things right, and I’m so grateful they cared enough to do so. Amy and Pim are incredible. Their massages complement my strength training exercises to help manage my sciatica pain. I don’t know what I’d do without them!I highly recommend calling in to book instead of using their online booking system, otherwise you may not get the masseuse you booked.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Pim and Ill definitely come back for more. My upper back and neck felt so much better. The facility is nice and clean, the price is very reasonable, and theres a free parking lot right in front. I cant ask for a better experience.

Such a wonderful spot!I’ve had massages with Amy, Pim, Laya, and Nicky. All have been excellent. I appreciate the calming atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the private rooms (real rooms with doors, not curtains).If you are seeking help with alignment or muscle tension, this is the spot!

I love coming to Kneading Wellness! I have been twice already and it has made a difference in the way my body feels and my sleep. Amy really took her time and worked on all the areas I needed her to. I would recommend trying the add ons too. The hot stone is my favorite. Scheduling appointments are very easy and all the staff are so kind.

A great spot for deep tissue massage. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and skilled at massage therapy. We come every two weeks as part of our overall wellness care. Amy and staff are wonderful and we always leave so incredibly relaxed.

Great Thai massage. Great therapeutic massage to my neck and shoulders. Left feeling relaxed and able to bend without feeling back pain! Highly recommend

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I got a 60 minutr Thai aroma therapy message. They were so kind and accommodating, and made me feel super comfortable. They checked in a few times about their pressure and tense areas, which I really appreciated. Also, the complementary herbal tea is absolutely delicious! Overall would highly recommend

Pim was excellent, very good deep tissue massage with strong pressure (hard on my calves so I told her to go easier on them and she instantly did).

I booked a therapeutic massage with Pina and it was PHENOMENAL!! I was in serious shoulder and neck pain when I plopped down on the table, but after 90 minutes I left feeling much looser, extremely relaxed and pain free. Pina made sure to check in with me regularly during the treatment and created a relaxed setting. The place is clean, cute and very calming. I already booked 2 other sessions with her for the time Im around.

Amy was so sweet and accommodating — she gave an excellent 1 hour full body massage using different techniques and adding a little extra focusing on the areas where I had pain / tension

Wonderful experience! The booking process is very easy. The spa is calm/relaxing. I came for a Thai Aroma Massage (nice selection of essential oils!). The masseuse helped with a knot in my shoulder. The massage was relaxing and left me feeling much lighter. Location is really great, close to restaurants, shops, cafés. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!!

Just finished a thai combination massage, and it was AMAZING. Such wonderful stretches and pressure that left my whole body feeling just fantastic. Options of different styles of pressure and massage, as well as what part of your body youd like to focus on. I highly recommend! Enjoy. 😁

Been seeing Pim for years now, and am so happy she now has her own practice. The service here is exceptional. I have never had better massage!She is also extremely versatile. I like really deep massages, getting into those knots. I also love the even weight of stepping on my backs and legs. My spouse, however, like really light and targeted massages, and he too, loves Pim and Amy for that!In summary, this place is perfect for everything!

Had the best deep tissue massage with Nicky - didn’t even have to tell her where my issues where and she gently but firmly got me squared away. Definitely a monthly thing to keep me feeling like myself.

Visted this place on a whim and it was very much needed, layla was amazing and kept checking in to make sure i was okay and that the pressure wasnt too hard. would definitelygo again and highly recommend

Just had a great massage, was very responsive when I asked for stronger in certain areas. Space felt very clean and comfortable as well.

I must say I found a place that truly exceeded my expectations. First, the atmosphere was very pleasant and immaculately clean. I Came in with some muscle soreness after exercising in hopes of getting some relief. My masseuse was very professional and attentive to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable.After the massage my body felt amazing! I felt energized and my muscles were relaxed. I am happy to say I have found my new massage spot.

I had been searching for a new massage place after the one I really liked closed. I tried many studios for at least one appointment until I found Kneading Wellness. So far I have tried a few different massage styles, and they have all been great. The staff is very well trained and the rooms are private and clean. Very highly recommended.

Kneading Wellness has excellent ambience and skilled masseuses, I got massage from Amy. She is amazing, She helped me with my soreness and muscle aches from playing tennis. I will definitely come back. This place will be my favorite massage place. Everyone at Kneading wellness was ever so polite. Great name for the biz too

Love this place! I’ve gotten traditional thai massages from several of the masseuses and always walk away feeling 100x better. I never need to worry about who’s available since they all do a great job, balancing therapeutic healing with relaxation. Even great ambience.. needless to say I’m a big fan.

I live in Oakland, but came to this place after seeing my dentist, who is nearby. I think I’d come here every week if I lived closer. They check all the boxes: clean, comfortable, very nice people, excellent massage, and easy parking.

Ive been to most of the Thai massages in Berkeley over the years and have to say that this one is now definitely  one of my favorites. Easy parking, nice facility, and excellent massage.

I just got back from a vacation in Thailand where I treated myself to massages almost every day. I found this place accidentally and while, like everything else, it’s a little more expensive than what I was used to, it’s every bit as good.

I found this place when I was shopping across the street, I saw the sign, so I decided to give it a try it was great experience massage, I got office syndrome massage, I feel so much better on my neck and shoulder, great massage.
