I had high hopes when booking an appointment with Lisa, given her positive reviews. I was eager to find a new facialist to regularly help with my skincare needs. I arrived 15 minutes early, but no one was there, so I waited. At my appointment time, I called and left a message, and texted. Eventually, I received a response that she was running late.When Lisa finally arrived, she explained that she had car trouble and asked if I still wanted to proceed, mentioning that we would need to fill out paperwork, which would delay the appointment further. She asked if I wanted to cancel, suggesting that the energy was off, which was confusing to me. It felt more like she was upset rather than the energy being off.I tried to lighten the mood by expressing concern about her car trouble, but she ignored me. I then asked if she was sure she wanted to continue, as she seemed more upset than I was. Her response was terse, stating that I could cancel if I wanted to.Her demeanor was quite upset, short, and somewhat rude, leading me to decide not to proceed with the appointment. This experience was very unwelcoming, and I will not book another appointment with her. While she may have been having a bad day, I believe clients should not be treated this way. It was very unfortunate and left me feeling quite upset.

Lisa is a highly skilled massage therapist and aesthetician. You will surely be pampered when you are graced by her touch. I come to Lisa after long hours at my office job with lots of tension in my neck and shoulders after a long day of computer work. I feel rejuvenated after an hour’s session. I have received compliments from my coworkers about my skin after stepping in for an appointment.

Was in town and needed a facial badly. Skin was congested and dull. Made an appt and so glad I found Lisa! Had a couple deep spots which she took the extra time and care on. Skin feels amazing with no scarring. Will definitely be back.
