Never a bad experience when I come in, the only thing I hate is when I need a certain size coil for my vap most places dont have it when I need it. Other than that, u guys are my first choice in vap shops.

Sterling helped me find the perfect gift for my dad. He was patient and knowledgeable and showed me several pieces until I found the best one for dad’s unique needs. I love finding stores that feature local products from local artists, so this is a great place for glassware if you like to shop local! Will be back for sure!

I went there for bitcoins and Im not happy with that machine cuz it make it diffcult to buy or let me in. Not happy with it

Excellent customer service and honesty! I recently left my wallet on the counter of the heights location and didnt realize it was missing until the next day. In a panic, I called b-town vapes, and they said they had my wallet. Not knowing what to expect, I rushed there to find out no cash was stolen, and no cards were used! The staff there is the best! Its a rarity to see people do the right thing anymore! Big shout to the dude that returned my wallet.

Just left B-Towns Vapes second location its so awesome ! They did an awesome job on this place, Im so happy there up in the heights now, but I would still drive to the Broadwater one for the best customer service/ products/ and for all they do for the community. The heights location has awesome great different products plus still has what I love. Congratulations you guys the heights people are so lucky to have you up there now! The place is so cool and the customer service is over the top just like you would expect. Its great that your in two locations because I live in the heights and work on 24th Street so now Im set you guys made my life so much easier your the best 💕💓😘🥰. Worst vape shop Ive been to. Employees are more interested in what they are doing or avoiding older customers all together. Never again will I ever shop or try to or would I recommend them to anyone. Cloud V.apes is the best.This has nothing to do with past employees or drama, this is my own personal experience.
