I was having a rough morning looking for cbd, Alex was very informational on products in store. She is courteous, beyond a typical role. Also had a good conversation that picked me up. Check this company out, great people

They do sell hookahs here and shisha but everytime I’ve went for some shisha the past few weeks they are always completely out of. Other than that I love the atmosphere here at all hours of the day ! So welcoming and anxiety free , for me personally at least .

This place is trash! Not only has every piece of glass I have ever bought broken...like super easy and there clean outs have failed every time I use them I even had a thermometer for the lab created and didnt even pass a simple dip test. I.e they sell expired stuff and there glass is cheap and over priced. When confronted its not our issue and your 86ed . Lol dont go here go to 406 glass at least they honor there sales.

Rusty is debatably the best shop owner in town. I love visiting his stores, excellent selection, good employees, and Rusty really knows what he’s talking about. Anytime I’m looking for any sort of smoking merch or anything of the sort, I go straight to Discontent. Anytime someone asks me where to go, I tell them Discontent. There’s definitely other good stores in Billings but not better than this one.

Discontent lifestyle store has a very chill atmosphere when you walk in! The shop is good. But I Got swindled by one of the new discontent shop boys. Was told the glass piece was going to be 40 bucks. The guy was going to take ten bucks off. Get up to the counter add a can of butane and the guy basically didn’t take what he said off. The more I got to thinking about it. The piece he gave me was not what I wanted. He didn’t even take any money off either. Just said the price . I looked at him baffled .. Quick tactic pressure sale. I paid full price. All I Went in for was a quartz nail. Somehow got a Chinese nectar collector. Done going to this west end store. Thanks for my 50 dollar Chinese bubbler. The one that will most definitely break soon because it’s so terribly designed

Horrid shop, sells faulty products, cheaply made glass, you want a reliable shop go to 406 glass, no social distancing or covid policies in place in their establishment either, also if you like your workers STRAIGHT, NORMAL AND BELIEVING THEY ARE THERE LEGIT GENDER, again 406 glass

A really outstanding store. They have a lot of great stuff to offer. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. I personally would not buy a skateboard anywhere else in Billings. :-) Shawn especially and hermany are awesome. 10/25/22

Excellent selection of many needful things. The shop smells delightful and instantly put me at ease. The live plants give the place an extra boost of relaxation energy. The staff were so chill and happy to help. Instantly found what I needed, answered questions knowledgebly and without hesitation. Small talk was jovial and light. Highly recomend.

Great workers, but 2 of the three vapes I’ve bought there work for about 10 minutes and then won’t charger or anything. $40 down the drain 😢

Just top notch everything! Staff is chill & very honest about their experience with products. I have bought quite a few of them . In the rare case that something is wrong with one, they make every effort to make you happy.

Really love this place. The guys here really take the time to explain things if you have questions. They obviously have things to sell but their not forceful just informative and laid back sales tactics. I come in at least once a week. If you vape or smoke you def need to check this place out!

Went in there to shop around kid asked to see my id I showed him medical card my card shows my identification and birthdate and address I showed it he said sorry not a form of identification I haven’t had a problem in there before with it but today there was a big deal I did not like the kids attitude at all probably not coming back
