Beach House Day Spa

I got the Day at the Beach spa package as a surprise from my husband. This included a massage, facial and mani/pedi. The overall experience was nice and relaxing. Massage and facial were wonderful. But the nail portion was only slightly satisfactory. The experience was nice, but the fact that 12 hours later my nails are chipped and look awful, I now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I highly recommend getting a massage and facial here. But if you want your nails done, go somewhere else.Update: I originally gave this location a 3star review. However, I did receive a call from the Director who listened to my experience and apologized profusely, even refunded part of my visit due to the experience. This was very much appreciated. Although I will not got my nails done here, I will still emphasize the amazing experience I had for the Massage and Facial.

Ive been going here for maybe the last 2 years. Ive gotten a massage a few times and it was excellent each time. Erin is a sweetheart and and makes you feel so comfortable when getting waxing services! The front desk is always welcoming and the complimentary coffee and mimosas just top it off.

I have been a loyal customer of Beach House since they first opened. I have had services done by almost all of the staff members. Pam is my go to for nail services. She is great and always takes her time and does a great job. Erin is the best for facials and waxing. I cannot say enough good things about this spa! Highly recommend.

I booked this spa for a bachelorette party. My group of women spent most of the day here. We had the charcuterie and mimosa bar which was beautiful. We loved having our own space to connect between services. The staff was very friendly and consistently asked if we needed anything. I appreciated the strong communication between me and the event coordinators leading up to the party. It helped ease my mind that everything was setup perfectly. My only small complaint was that some of the girls that had mani and pedi in the early morning felt they were rushed and would have liked to enjoyed the services a little more. Overall, I would recommend this spa as it was clean, beautiful and the staff was friendly.

I have never had a bad experience here!! My boyfriend did a hot stone massage and he loved it and I had a facial and I felt great after. The vibe is nice and relaxing. The staff is great. Never a bad decision to come here!

Yesterday I came here for my birthday and really enjoyed the experience. The staff made me feel welcomed. The sauna was great and the massage from Suzy was top of the line. I also enjoyed two mimosas. Ill definitely be back for a facial, manicure, pedicure and a massage.

I booked a massage with Sam, she is a sweetheart. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field of work, I have not had a massage this good in a very long time. I also learned a couple of things about my body that I was unaware of. I will definitely be back to see Sam, and I highly recommended her to anyone looking for an excellent massage.

The ambiance is fabulous. Pam is my go-to gal for my mani and pedi. She is always professional, polite and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my service. She has a great sense of humor and always has a pleasant conversation if you are in the mood to talk. Pam always provides A-1 service and I never feel rushed, even after my service is over, I am allowed to rest until my nails and toes are completely dry.

Had the best massage of my life with Maureen. Talked with her before my appointment to go through my problem areas and she went above and beyond with the service. I booked my next appointment with her immediately. Absolutely fantastic!!!

Booked a pedicure and massage. Rebecca was my massage therapist, and she delivered high level therapy - very responsive to my pressure preferences and target areas. She provided a very comfortable and relaxing environment, speaking very softly and managing the other stimuli (e.g. sounds, temperature, table height). All around great job! Would definitely recommend both the spa and the therapist. 5.5 stars.

I had an amazing experience with my girls! We all loved how professional and nice the staff is, they took great care of us. We felt luxurious and pampered. I had a massage with Lisa and she was spot on and made me feel absolutely wonderful. I also had Shannon do my pedicure and she did a great job as well. Overall, a great experience, definitely recommend it, and we will be back.

Honestly, my safe haven. Every single person here goes above and beyond the call of duty to services I cannot get anywhere else. I am spoiled here, like royalty. And like family. Ive been seeing Pam for years and Ive never experienced another nail tech that takes such time and attention to the little details. & Her movie insights always intrigue me and keep us up to date on whats new and happening. I dont live very close, over an hour away. But every time Im here Im reminded how worth it, it is. I love you Beachouse Day Spa. I am grateful for all you represent.

I Received a generous gift card for my birthday and I’m 6.5 months pregnant so I booked a prenatal spa package. As one reviewer stated, I also never received any sort of forms about my health or pregnancy or what kind of skin I had. My prenatal massage was amazing and I was so impressed that they had a pregnancy positioner so I could lay on my stomach. I then had a mani/pedi and had my included lunch on a tray balanced on my lap. I felt the service was rushed and had a bunch of top coat and polish on the skin around my toe nails. For my gel manicure, the polish was applied right up to my cuticles and side of my fingers that now, 1 week later it is peeling and coming off. Looked very sloppy and amateur for a spa of that caliber. For the price of a mani/pedi at a spa, this should not be happening. When I was done with that service, I then sat in the relaxation room for almost 40 minutes waiting for my facial. My facial was very relaxing, but she felt I didn’t need any extractions, which when I got home was not the case.My spa day overall was nice, but i was disappointed by the mani/pedi, having to balance my lunch during my pedicure and the wait time in between my last 2 services. The whole package should’ve taken 3.5 hours, and I was there from 12:15-5. I ended up having to pay for childcare longer because I was there longer than expected. I don’t think I’ll be back to this spa. And hopefully they can improve for someone else’s experience.

Came in for a spa day . I got a facial , massage, pedicure and manicure. Mj did my facial and it was a great first time experience. Dagney listened to my concerns and gave me an amazing massage. I had lunch as well and it was a delicious wrap. My snack plate was perfect during my pedicure/manicure with Anna . she was so sweet. Can’t wait to come back.

This place was not worth going for beauty appointments for vacation as a teen, or in general !! I was looking for a place to get my waxing done for my spring break appointments and the place looked perfect, I booked it and didn’t see anything on having a adult in the room with while getting a wax. When I arrived we signed forms and I still didn’t see anything on having an adult in the room with me while getting my wax done. When I tried going to the room, the woman who was going to do my wax told me I needed an adult. Which I understand because I am a teen, but I’ve never experienced in my wax appointments having an adult with me in the room. My mom had places to be, and she was confused because the website never said anything about having a parent in the room, and she didn’t know. The woman was very determined to have my parent in the room, and even was inferring many times that the wax was intimate, and I was too young to get this mature of a wax. After my mom had to explain many times she had to pick up my sister from school, the woman finally let me go in without an adult. Overall the wax job was pretty rushed and an uneven job, and I thought the spa could’ve told on the website that minors should have an adult accompanied with them during these “intimate” appointments.

Rebecca is pleasant to work with and I feel her previous work experience really helped in understanding issues with my body. I highly recommend her!

Fiona was amazing! She gave me the best facial I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of facials throughout my life. She made it relaxing and enjoyable and still got all my black and white heads out. The spa was beautiful and the customer service was great. The glow I got from this facial was next level. I did the signature facial with the peel off mask for reference. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Don’t want spend a lot of time writing a chapter about my experience here so I will just list a few things:Parking: There’s no valet parking as described on their website. The 15 spots in the parking garage were full and street parking is a max 2 hours .Forms: Typically, Spas will have forms to sign a release of liability, or a fill out a questionnaire describing your skin type and issues. There was no forms provided to fill out.The steam machine whistled on and off in my ear while I was getting a facial. The facialist had to run the water for five minutes in order to get hot water.Bathroom-toilet seat in bathroom is loose and slides aroundSoggy sandwich for lunch which was served on my lap during a pedicure.Upon departure we checked out at front desk and only question was how we were going to pay for the services. No one asked us how we enjoyed the services.I won’t be back .PS They got one star because the locks work great in the locker room.PSS I am more than happy to discuss my experience with management if they care to contact me.Update: kudos to Beach Spa management for contacting me and owning issues and detailing plans to address them

The moment you walk into the spa, you are transported to a place of peace and tranquility! The atmosphere is nothing but relaxation, from the sights, to the scents, to the sounds. I have been there twice. The first time, I had an anti-aging massage, and today I had a Swedish massage. Outstanding care and service - where you feel pampered every moment. Definitely put this on your list of places to check out; youll be so glad you did!

My daughter brought me here as a birthday gift. I have been getting semi regular massages for decades but Kareese gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! Quality, class, ambiance…this place does not disappoint. Can’t recommend Kareese enough!

Having visited the Beach House Day Spa salon, from the first minutes I was not very impressed with the mood of the girls at the reception to the client. The girl from the reception took me to the waiting room for my hydrofacial procedure, this room describes itself as a relaxation room. Well, what can I say, first of all, the room itself is very dark and the doors to the offices are open, you sit on the sofa near the toilet and watch how the salon employees caring dirty and used linen in front of your face and throw it in the room behind you. Well, this is already my first impression... The girl from the reception asked if I wanted tea and I said yes, she went to get a hot water somewhere since there was none in this room, and brought me half a cup of warm water so that I could make myself tea, what I didnt do because which tea you can make in a warm water?Then a girl came into this room and called my name and told me to follow her into the room for the procedure (without introducing herself). I follow her into the room for my hydrofacial procedure, I enter the room,and my first impression is a massage room, the room itself was dark and there is a machine for the procedure. This is the first time in my experience that facial cleansing somebody doing in a dark room. Shouldnt it be more light so you can see reaction of skin?I decided to ask the girl questions about how they keep their mashine clean and about the safety and sterility of the procedure... the first thing that really irritated me was the appearance of my girl- master, she was constantly chewing gum while chomping loudly, and secondly, she didn’t really want to answer my questions and simply took the spray in the bottle in hand and began spraying the screen of the hydrofacial machine. I also wanted to make sure that the attachments were new and to clarify what the difference is between all the types of hydrofacials that they have on their website, in order to understand what is best to do and feel comfortable. I told the girl that I already had a bad experience and I would like to make sure and feel comfortable during the procedure. Well, the girl simply answered me: “If you don’t want to, we can do nothing.” Of course, after something like this, you don’t want to do anything when not a single question has had a clear professional answer. You can just understand from the attitude that it doesn’t matter on client feelings, as long as another one comes for after. I decided not to do anything and left the room, told the girls at the reception about my experience, there was zero reaction, there was a manager nearby, I repeated this to her, and respond was like well, we will not gonna charge you for this and take it from your account, without an apology and other things. It’s a shame that with such high prices for services in their salon there is still no price-quality ratio. In a place that calls itself a spa salon and where people come to rest and relax, you don’t get what you want.Just a shame and waste of your time. People shouldnt be afraid to ask a questions and get a proper answer. Its our health, our time and our money.

I had a wonderful facial with Fiona today. I had previously had facials from her at another establishment and she did such an amazing job that I had to follow her here! Amazing pressure and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. The spa itself is beautiful, complimentary mimosas and free parking in the structure was a huge plus. I rebooked with her and am excited for another facial.

Had a premium pedi and gel mani that were so wonderful. Pam did an excellent job on my very neglected feet and hands!

The word tranquility comes to mind. Not only is this place absolutely beautiful, but the staff is so pleasant. I received the gift of “A Day at the Beach” and I am receiving a massage, facial, mani and pedi. Im only half way through and can’t stop telling all of my friends. Everything about this place is serene, calming and just fabulous. Even the locker and changing areas are nice. You receive a wrap and comfy robe to use, as well as slippers. This has been the best spa experience I’ve had by far.

Beach House hosted my mom’s birthday party. There were 5 of us in the private room. They were very accommodating with all of the communication prior. The room was beautiful. The services were phenomenal. Every single technician we had was outstanding. Overall it was a really great day. Thank you, Beach House staff!!! We will be back!

Very nice women and the relaxing room with mimosas is a nice touch. It is good for getting joint pedicures but wish that room was seperate so it was darker and quiet. Overall its a very good place and highly recommend.

This is my absolute favorite spa. The ambiance is incredibly relaxing and the space is always clean. Brittany is the best massage therapist. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and non-judgemental. She can always tell exactly where my tense areas are and uses the perfect amount of pressure on them. I always look forward to my massages with her and her helpful tips!

I had such a lovely experience at this spa. The lady who did my CBD massage was very knowledgeable and empathetic. The atmosphere was delightful and I was even given a glass of champagne after!

I had a wonderful pedicure from Ingrid this week. The spa itself is lovely, clean and decorated beautifully. The staff is friendly and upbeat and I felt pampered and well-cared for. Ingrid did a fabulous job and left my feet feeling refreshed, soft and pretty! Highly recommend and will be back!

It is so welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. My husband and I came for a couples retreat morning, and it was wonderful. Everyone who worked with us was so friendly and really good at what they do, and both the massage and facial were tailored personally based on questions we were asked. There is a room to relax in between appointments and they offer you a wide array of beverages from water and tea to mimosas and wine. Every room you spend time in is relaxing with dim lights and tranquil music. We also ate a delicious lunch while getting pedicures. My husband had never been to a spa before and the experience at Beach House definitely made him a fan. He said many times throughout the day that he didnt know it was possible to be that relaxed.

I had an amazing massage with Rebecca, followed by mimosas in the relaxation room! The staff was also great and surprised me with a wonderful birthday treat! Thank you Beach House!

I had a Hydrafacial, and it was wonderful. My face felt snatched, my skin is glowing, my pores are not as noticeable, and the massaging was relaxing. Leanne took very good care of me and explained the procedure thoroughly. I was very surprised they are open on Sunday. The ambiance was calm and relaxing. The Hydrafacial is something I should add monthly.

My boyfriend purchased a couples massage from this Spa for my birthday in November. Everyone we interacted with during our visit was wonderful and our massages were absolutely amazing!

A DREAM!!! I cant say enough about this spa. I visited for the first time and had the Day at the Beach Spa package. From the moment you walk in, I immediately felt relaxed.. the environment is so nice. They offer you coffee, tea, mimosas upon arrival. Each technician was so nice and friendly, everyone went above and beyond! Few things to note for a first timer - they have a relaxation room to sit in between services .. if you get there early you could enjoy your drink of choice in there, they also give you a robe to use for your time there and a locker to keep your things in. Cant wait to come back - thanks for a fabulous day!

Every service I’ve received here has been fantastic. I’ve gotten deep tissue massages, lymphatic drainage massage, facial, spray tan - all have been a fantastic experience. My husband and I had a couple’s spa day together that was so relaxing. Don’t rush out after your service! Bring a book or magazine and chill in the cozy relaxation room afterwards. Absolutely love Beach House and would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing day out.

From the time we walked in the door we were treated like royalty.We enjoyed the calming room, the staff, the means for securing our belongings & the complimentary beverages waiting for us.Jessica & Maureen gave us our massages. They provided us with five star treatment. It was the best massage we had ever had & a great way to spend our time relaxing as a couple.We ended our experience with time in the calming room with chocolate and mimosas.We definitely will be going back for another massage.

My go-to spa! I go here occasionally for massages when I’m stressed or extremely tight. Mentally and physically, I feel 1000x better every time. The environment is like stepping outside of reality for an hour. I’ve also done their Day at the Beach package and it was amazing!! I’ve never been so relaxed anywhere ever. Also, make sure you go early to chill in the relaxation room with your drink of choice :)

I received a 60 min prenatal massage at 6 months pregnant by Stacy. I’ve been having a lot of sacral issues, back and hip pain. Stacy did an amazing job on me! She used a perfect amount of pressure and got deeply into all of my sore muscles and knots. I felt very relaxed and comfortable afterwards.My husband got a massage by Maryanne and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. He said “it was very relaxing!” We were given an adjoining room for a true couples massage even though something got messed up with our original booking. They made it work!The atmosphere of Beach House was very soothing and relaxing as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. It even smelled wonderful inside, and they gave me chocolate before leaving.We truly enjoyed our experience and will be back again! Highly recommend!

Best facial I’ve ever had. Maeci is very sweet and took her time. She has a returning client in me. Jessica my masseuse did exactly what I asked for. Great massage. Thank you ladies!! This was hands down the best massage my wife and I have ever had. The heated tables were SUPER relaxing. Maureen and Bree did our massages and we both highly recommend them. The free memosas and chocolate were a pretty nice perk as well. We booked future appointments before leaving.

I received a facial and derma planing as part of a gift package. I am so happy I did. The best experience. My technician Rina is absolutely amazing and I cannot express how satisfied I am with the services rendered. Worth every penny and you will feel like a new person when shes done. Every person needs experience beach house spa once in your lifetime. I have been to countless spas all over the United States and this one is the best in customer service and their services they offer are first class. From the moment you enter the door you will feel the stress melt away. I have been coming for over 2 years and my friends swear I get injections in my face. Incredibly relaxing! I had a sensitive fascial - I never had a fascial before and the woman who worked with me was very helpful with guiding me through it and asking me what my needs were for improving my skin. Cant wait to go back next month for a body wrap!

Beach House is the place to go for impeccable manicures and pedicures. She always does an amazing job (my pedicures always last over a month) and the staff is super friendly. They also offer you mimosas if youre really looking to unwind. I also used to love going to the Sauna regularly (pre-pandemic of course), which the staff would preheat for you. Cant wait to be able to go back for those sessions as well.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I could have stayed their all day. You truly feel like your at the beach. Very romantic and calming. You get drinks, a rob, and slippers. Erin did such a great job on my facial. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Even gave me advice on what I needed to help my skin out. My face was so soft and glowing. Booked my best friends Bachelorette Soiree here and I couldnt have been more pleased with the staff and service. They had a simple table decorated very cutely for us upon arrival with mimosas at the ready and plates for our snacks. The entire staff was extremely tentative to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Erin, who did my facial was extremely knowledgeable about skin and skin care. I learned a few things from her. Brittany who gave me my massage was wonderful! I did not expect to ever meet someone who could iron out my first time mom knots but she delivers. I LOVED Ingrid the nail specialist!! Her in tandem with Lauren who did the bride to bes nails, it was hilarious and so laid back. We didnt even know that Lauren was the owner until it was mentioned... thats how laid back she was. You can tell she really cares about her guests by the products they use. Great place. Perfect price for the quality of service inside and outside services received. I highly recommend.

I first came here to treat my maid of honor to a spa day and continue to come back! It’s a wonderfully relaxing, professional, and clean place. I’ve gotten a facial, pedicure, massage and even had their spa lunch. Loved all of it. Highly recommend! :)

UPDATE: unfortunately the owners response is not the truth. I did tell her my skin did not react well and I was unhappy with the product. It’s really unfortunate that an establishment would lie.I came in for a facial on my birthday. I thought the atmosphere was nice and the facial overall was ok. Not the best that I’ve had. My skin didn’t feel as clean and radiant as others in the past. She recommended some products that I purchased l. Upon trying them for a week and a half, I was unhappy with the results. My skin was reacting with whatever was in the products. I called to see if I could return them (I remember the aesthetician saying I could do so). Come to find out I couldn’t and the lady on the phone said I could buy different products if I would like but can’t return or exchange these. Haha no thank you. I’m not going to continue to waste money with no guarantee of satisfaction. Very disappointed in this spa.

Came here for a Brazilian wax, left feeling fresh and super happy with my results. Erin(?) I believe is the tech who worked on me and she made the session super easy, comfortable and as quick as possible. Love her love this place will always get my waxes done here

When I called the Spa, they seemed very nice and welcoming, however, when I walked through the door, I got weird looks. After I spoke to inquire about a tour, only 1 person offered to assist me. I will see how things go when I go to my appointment.

The Beach House Day Spa is very attentive and great communicators which is so important for planning a spa party! My party was a dream come true. They will help set up anything brought in for the party(games, party favors, prizes, food) and display them beautifully! Everyone at the spa is amazing at what they do! I have not yet been there, but I wanted to review their AMAZING customer service/front desk/receptionist. I called earlier today (7-13-2020) to book the couples retreat package for my husband and I for our 3 year anniversary. When I called and gave 3 days as an option to book with full availability on my part, they informed me they would be closed 2 of the days for the Dream cruise, and the Monday they only had 1 Esthetician on hand so the facials wouldnt be given at the same time. The nice lady whose name I forgot told me she could see if they could get another esthetician to work that day and would call me back in a couple days. To my surprise, she called me back in 3 hours the same day and told me what they could do is strategically schedule our facial and massage to rotate, but the rooms would be connected so we would still be together. I cannot believe she went above and beyond to accommodate us, I was so impressed. I cannot wait to leave another review about their services. If its anything like their customer service, it will be another 5 star review. There were so many different spas I could have booked at, but I am glad I chose this one because front desk service can always be iffy. Thank you Beach House Day Spa!

Oh my gosh- what a treat today was! My husband got me a package for Christmas because I love getting massages, and I can honestly say this was the best place I’ve been to in my 28 years of life. I had the privilege of working with Maria (massage), Mikki (manicure), and Michele (facial). Those three are truly rockstars! Everyone I encountered was upbeat and friendly, and I even got a snack mid-way through YUM!!! I will 100000000% recommend this place and send everyone and anyone I know to go. Ive been going to BeachHouse for over 5 years now. Ive had pedicures, waxing, massages, prenatal massages, facials and everything from almost all of the staff there. I cant say how much I love this place enough. It is so clean, so relaxing and the staff are AMAZING. I just left an eyebrow waxing and I felt I needed to leave a review while I was thinking of it. Maecci was so great and informative on other things I was thinking of having done in the near future. Ive gone to Michelle many times for facials and I leave every time so happy and refreshed. You literally forget youre in Michigan when youre inside there. Love it. Love it. Love it!

I came in for the quick day out package and mistakenly thought that it included a pedicure. When I asked to have the manicure switched to a pedicure, they quickly pivoted and I had a great experience.

Got a last minute couples massage with the hubby and it was amazing to say the least. A little bit smaller facility than I’m used to, but they had an attached parking garage with free parking. Rachel did an amazing job and we will definitely be back in the future! Had champagne and sweets after the massage and it just made it that much more perfect. Thank you!!!

My sister, friend and I had services this morning. They both had facials and I had a mini pedi and mani with Ingrid. My sister and friend both said their facials were awesome, very relaxing and their skin looked and felt great after. I also was very impressed with my nail services. Ingrid was very professional (as were all of the employees we came in contact with) and I am very happy with how my hands and feet look / feel. I also was pleasently surprised with the personal snack tray that was given to me to enjoy. The entire spa is clean and well staffed. I have been working in the Spa industry for several years, so tend to be picky, and was very impressed. I had an appointment for myself and my daughter at 9:15 & 9:45. We arrived at 9:08 and was taken to the relaxation room and we waited until 9:30 when I went to the front desk and asked what was the delay. Jenna (the Manager) then told us that Maeci S. Wasn’t there?? So all that time the front desk person who checked us in didn’t know she wasn’t there. And the front desk person walked in and out of room and saw us still waiting. Jenna apologized for the inconvenience and offered us complimentary service’s if we would come back. That’s a “NO” I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. And I was referred there by someone. Wish I could give ZERO STARS.

Did their day at the beach spa package with a massage, facial, pedi and mani. My favorite was my facial, would definitely love to go back again and get that done again - it went by super quick and wasn’t an full hour between getting put in the room, changing and waiting. The massage was average, nothing special - I did add hot stones which was nice. The mani and pedi was very basic, not what I was expecting of a spa. I was expecting an foot massage, an option to do hot stones or an foot mask or something, but it was a quick simple pedi. Then the mani was the same, and I was told I couldn’t upgrade to gel. However she was very nice and easy to talk to. For a long day spa package, it would be nice to have an option to have some type of snack/food, by the time I left I was starving.

Maureen was wonderful, she really helped my shoulder pain/ stiffness. I will be back!

Maeci is GODSEND! My skin is happy and radiant, and I am glowing! I first came in with really bad acne along my jawline and after a couple of Hydrafacial sessions with her, I have completely CLEAR skin for the first time in years. She is so lovely and also very knowledgeable, answering every question I had. My mom and I both go to her for Hydrafacials and we both cant say enough positive things.

I absolutely love this spa. The relaxation room allows you to decompress from your day to day stress before and after your services. The staff is very professional, kind and friendly. I highly recommend you to book your services if you want to have an Amazing experience.

Its a nice spa. The only thing is you cannot get what you want for weeks if you want several services in one day or you have to cancel your appointment. They only have one or two therapist who specialize in certain services, so theyre usually booked out so far in advance due to them only being there certain days. Not convenient for customers with regular schedules or occupations.

I love this spa. Its not easy to find a spa that is so welcoming and comfortable to be in. I never feel like my service is rushed or that they are trying to cram in clients daily. For most services you are welcomed to relax in a robe with drink of your choice before or after a service. Staff is friendly and services are always top notch.

Only one bathroom to change clothes in. Lockers are behind bathroom door which makes it tight squeeze - also staff constantly going back & forth thru massage waiting area/lockers. Came out of bathroom in robe to find older gentleman in sitting room waiting fir his wife staring at me. Also had 2 other men changing & in waiting area....really need separate area for men & women. Massage wasnt worst ive ever had. Therapist just seemed rushed. Would prefer to change in room & not have to traipse all over in robe & leave belongings in locker. Probably wont be going back & will stay with my go-to Schendens in Troy.
