This place is WONDERFUL!! This was my first time visiting and I was very impressed. The service and accommodation is top tier. The build and women’s locker room is clean and tidy. The whole atmosphere is very soothing. My deep tissue was 10/10, left the spa floating! Will be back!

I was in need of a massage to ease some back pain stemming from my desk job, so I booked at Woodhouse. It was a fabulous experience from check-in to check-out. The changing room and quiet room were nice and comfortable. Becca was my therapist, and she was so kind. And my back feels better than it has in days! I hadn’t been to Woodhouse before, but I will definitely be back! I will have to try some other services in the future too. I can just imagine it would be a great place to relax for a few hours.

Fabulous experience! Beautiful facility! Staff is so sweet and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process, you can order all your services online. I had my nails and eyebrows done plus a hot stone massage. All amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Dandi is amazing, every time I book her I leave feeling so refreshed. She is very thorough and gets your problem areas the most. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing from the moment you walk in. I had a 50 minute pedicure with Milah! She was phenomenal in every way, she definitely has that special touch!! I was also with a group that had facials and massages, every report was glowing with excellence. The atmosphere is soothing and professional, highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. The booking process was very simple to use and even easier to tweak options in spa. I loved the very personal services addressed to suit my needs for facial. Sophie explained everything clearly and executed professionally.I then had a massage by Ollin. Best massage in a very long time. He took the time to listen to every need. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. This will be my new go to spa.

This was gifted to me by my spouse as a special/Christmas gift! It was my first time ever being in a spa, being serviced, and getting a massage. I was booked for the Mommy to be massage and holistic pedicure service. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm, the dressing rooms are clean and nicely decorated, along with the refreshments and drinks they offer all the guest.I must say Christy did such a great job on my massage she was so accommodating and attentive to my needs and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable!!!! Elaine did my pedicure she did an amazing job with the service. Elaine was very kind, pleasant, and very professional along with us having great conversations! I had a body and scalp massage. Being postpartum has placed a lot of strain in my back. Becca did a fabulous job at working in my area of main concern. The best massage experience that I’ve had. I would highly recommend this place and Becca.

Wesley (aka Big Wes) was great! I’m a triathlete and normally deep tissue massages help a bit, but this was the most effective deep tissue massage I’ve ever received. Wow, so good! Thanks Wesley!

Came here for my first Brazilian wax, the staff was AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make me feel as relaxed as possible and were very tentative and kind. Katie was amazing, I will definitely be going back.

Its a nice place to go with some friends and have a relaxing moment while they are spoiling you, and when I went I didnt need an appointment, so they attended to me immediately, that was a positive point, and my daughter enjoyed a lot to have that Mom & daughter special moment with me. The staff is kind too, I just consider the prices are a little elevated.

ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY experience here! I was treated very nicely by the staff at the front desk. I was shown around, taken to the lounge to prepare for my massage, and was able to relax from just setting foot into the locker room. Never before have I had a massage on a heated bed- it was the best I’ve ever had!!! The experience in the lounge and shower were fantastic as well. My body and spirit were rejuvenated and it gave me a new lease on life. Special thanks to Adriana, my masseuse, and the young lady who showed me around- I forgot her name. Next time I return to Birmingham, I’m coming back for round two.

First time visit, the spa is clean, well stocked with supplies and spa style gifts. The Spa treatment was one of the best facials I have had, and I have had plenty of facials over the years in many different countries. Lexi was thorough, prepared me for each step of the way and explained what product she was using and what that product did for my skin, very knowledgeable and professional. Lexi was top of my list in “ excellent spa service” She was an absolute delight!

Oh My! The experience was awesome. I got my gift certificate for Valentines 2020 and was finally able to utilize it.. I needed a stress reliever and this was a a good option. They are COVID aware and practicing guidelines.

Casey had the quickest response I have ever seen, and I greatly appreciate it. She was pleasant, and she is a very cool person.I had the tranquil stone massage with Kristy, and it was absolutely amazing! The products she used were not overpowering but just enough to have a calming effect. She was thorough, applied the perfect amount of pressure, and paid attention to the areas I described on the intake form. The stones were amazing and not the same as just placing them on your back; it was a genuine stone massage for your body. She was a delight, had a great personality, and was highly skilled at what she did. I will definitely book with her again.The spa has a very serene feeling behind the doors, a relaxing atmosphere, and everything is very organized. They walk you around and show you your main areas, which takes the stress off immediately, so you are not guessing what to do once you get back there. The lockers have your name and a name plaque next to your intake form. It is a truly stress-free approach. No one rushes. The building is immaculate, and the service is top-notch, A++. They are punctual, which is super important, so if you want a quick massage during a break, go for it, you will have enough time (but treat yourself to a longer one when you more have time, you will not regret it)!

I had the best time here! My husband treated me to an 80 minute hot stone massage for my birthday. The staff was amazing. You are given your own locker, and provided a robe and sandals. They even ask how you would like the robe to fit! You are able to relax in the relaxation room before and after your session. There are snacks and drinks available. The massage was absolutely wonderful! They used sea salt hot stones instead of the typical lava stones. It was so relaxing and the masseuse took extra time to address areas where I held a lot of tension. I highly recommend Woodhouse!

I had good experiences. Today I’m leaving work early because I’m sick. I called to reschedule -not cancel- so I wouldn’t make the staff sick. And they still charged me for half the service. I guess next time just go and make people sick. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I didn’t know this place existed until I received a gift card. The staff are super nice and helpful. Very tentative as well. Everyone we met was extremely informative and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. The facilities are nice and clean and very peaceful given it’s a spa. I would highly recommend going. Our masseuses (Kristen and Adrienn) were fantastic. Made sure the level of service was meeting our expectations, which it absolutely did. They were great.

I had a 50 min deep tissue massage with hot stones added. My massage therapist was Joseph and he did an absolute amazing job! I am 37 and this was my first professional massage ever 💆🏻‍♀️ I literally had a few tears stream down my face because the relief of pain was so intense and wonderful. Ever single staff member was excellent and the environment was calming and relaxaing. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! Had a Swedish massage, and for the first time in my manly azz life i had my feet attended too. Guys, please start taking care of your feet... makes a huge difference in how you feel. I will be back on an occasional bases

I had a massage with Darryl and it was amazing. Hands down, best massage I have ever had. The entire experience was terrific. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Get there early so you can enjoy the quiet room in your cozy robe, you won’t regret it.

Coming to the Woodhouse was a birthday surprise for me and I enjoyed EVERY minute! The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was calming. The robes were so soft and plush and the mimosas were refreshing I had the full body sugar scrub massage and it was amazing!! I had the most amazing experience at Woodhouse Spa today! This is my go-to place for self-care! The spa is pristine and the staff is so helpful and friendly! Today’s experience was, by far, the best massage I’ve ever had! I have always used female massage therapists and was apprehensive when I was scheduled with Joseph H. Immediately upon meeting him, I knew I was in great hands! He was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job listening to my trouble areas and working with me to relieve tension! He used the perfect amount of pressure and somehow knew exactly what I needed today. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, nor did I have to ask for anything. He is PHENOMENAL! Each visit at Woodhouse has been great, but Joseph made this visit spectacular! I highly recommend Joseph, and have already booked my next massage!I also made a last minute decision upon check-in to schedule a pedicure. The staff was very accommodating! Kamala was amazing! She was friendly, professional, did an excellent job, and I felt as if I made a new friend!Such a great experience today at Woodhouse! I can not recommend this spa highly enough! Everyone was very thorough in making sure I had everything I needed from the front desk(Gina) to my Therapist - Kristen C. I had the Warm Spice Mud Wrap. KristenC. did a great job explaining what to expect during my visit. I will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family.

The place is really nice, clean and peaceful. The front desk is very polite and helpful, they really make sure you are good! I booked a package for my husband (massage, facial, pedicure) for his bday. I booked myself a massage and facial.SOPHIE WAS AMAZING for our facials. When we both walked out we both looked at each other and said facial was our favorite.****I couldn’t get a pedicure but the reason I’m rating 4 stars is because the only reason I booked him a pedicure was so he can experience the good pedicure with good deep massage. I was told pedicure was 50 minutes and would have a longer massage than a normal nail salon. My husband had Nila I believe and he wasn’t taken to his pedicure until after 12:05. I’m not sure of the exact time because I left for my 50 min facial. He had a 12pm pedicure and I had a 12pm facial. I came back from my facial at 12:50 and he had already been back at the relaxation room for about 10 min. So he pretty much had a 30 minute session instead of 50 (approx). He said he only got a brief few minutes of leg/feet massage and that it felt as if they were trying to rush through his pedicure.******We had Dandi and Christi for massage and it wasn’t what I expected.I really just wanted to give my husband something to feel relaxed. But thank you to Sophie he did enjoy something from the entire experience.I really wanted to rate this place 5 stars because it was such a good environment with great front reception staff. The place was clean and relaxing.

At 9:48AM today as I was walking into the spa to get a much needed massage they call me to cancel. Unprofessional and they just lost a repeat customer.

This was a wonderful place to relax. Brittany M gave the best hot stone massage I have ever had and my roommate in college was a massage theripist. It was so good that I booked another appointment because it is worth the 2hr drive to get pampered for a day.

Woodhouse Day Spa - Birmingham used to be my go-to spot to recharge, but after what happened yesterday …. I’ll never go again. After being admitted into Children’s Hospital with my two year old daughter 2 nights ago for a severe case of bronchiolitis with low oxygen levels & a 103 temperature, I called first thing the next morning to cancel my PREGNANCY massage appointment for that afternoon as we were still at the hospital for observation. Even with me explaining the situation, with my daughter crying in the background AND records to show I’ve been going to them for years, they charged me anyway for not giving them enough notice. So don’t go to them. Support someone local instead who has compassion on other humans, like I’m going to do in the future. Never ever going back and I’m hoping all my connections and their connections in town do the same.

This was hands down, the best massage I’ve ever received. My masseuse was kind, patient and found all of the areas that were bothering me without having to tell her. I felt pampered and zen...exactly what I needed! I’m booking an appointment quarterly because this place is good for the soul!!!
