This is a spacious place, I visited on my birthday , but not a favorable gathering place anymore, DJ was good👍 , security always friendly, waitress nice, mix drinks watered down.👎but the front door clerk( she receives cover charge money) not friendly or welcoming at all no smile or enthusiasm, carpet needs replacing,👎 food was ok..the energy at front door sets the tone and keep people coming or never return👎💃💃👀

The bouncer here made fun of me because my shorts were too long. It really hurt my feelings. I really wanted to enjoy a night of revelry after my girlfriend broke up with me, but I was struck down by life yet again. Ill never be back on my feet, and that bouncer is culpable.If Gary still works there, tell him to stop sending pokes to me on Facebook. I dont poke people. Not anymore.

First of all, I come on Tuesdays nights and the Atmosphere is very nice. I went on February 3rd with that being said I understand by that is the first time it opened on a Saturday night. Yall going to have to change a lot of things. Yall need to open all doors to come in and the DJ needs to be in the front. Just like yall have on Tuesdays and have both sides of the club open because some people can not handle the smoke in the back. If people want to smoke let them go to the back. I had a friend in the long line for a long time and he said people were leaving because standing in the long line. Come on the club going to be back closed again if yall dont change things. If you catch people smoking in the front tell them to go to the back and if you see them smoking after you told them to go to the back and smoke then yall put them out.

Black culture at its finest!!! DJ was on point all night. Every song was a anthem!!! Perfect place to smoke 1, drink 1, and vibe all night!!!

Its a nice place to be if you want to chill out or hang out with friends

I had 3 Coronas beers there last night at the Huffman takeover. The first 2 beers I didnt get any lime juice in them.. The third one I did.. Yall need to check yall lime juice I got sick throwing up like a foo.. I always drink Coronas when I come in that club I been coming in their since 98 never got sick after drinking 3 or 4 Coronas so last night something wasnt right with the lime juice... All the years I been in their never got sick from drinking a Corona until last night...

I love tasty Tuesday. That’s really the only time I go. I travel a hour to come to this spot. My only complaint is the bartenders at the first bar. It’s this one lady who is ALWAYS RUDE ALWAYS. Like honestly how do you think you’ll survive without your customers!?? The men at the next bar behind that bar are always so nice.

Great is a place where I can go to have fun with my friends or my husband have excellent drinks and delicious dishes

I usually don’t complain but I was here Tuesday 8/20/19 the heavyset Caucasian lady who bartends in the back there is horrible!! She had several complaints about keeping people change and kept forgetting orders, after giving her a chance, We waited patiently a whole hour until she even acknowledged us! After paying her 40$ She disappeared, she never gave us our change or even entered the order in the computer! We noticed she did this a to a lot of people! We and a few others literally had to confront her about it! SHE IS STEALING MONEY and putting it in her tip jar!!

It was ok nothing to brag about. Inside decor really havent changed in 10 years or longer. Music was ok Dj need to do more to try to hype up the people. The buffet well I didnt even attempt to get the food line was super long. When expecting a decent or large crowd they should have been prepared to run 2 buffet stations as aposed to having one with really long lines. Hell the people feet were too tired from standing in the long line to eat to dance and buy more drinks......just my opinion

Its an okay spot. Geared more to the younger and olGs. Music is nice plus you can smoke on the other side of the club. Cover was only 5 dollars and no trouble so far. A chill spot that can turn wild in various ways.

I dont like how the bartenders at the very first bar soon as you walk in treat people I stood at the bar over 30 mins and watched everyone else get served except for me even another person tried to get the bartender attention still didnt assist me it was like the bartenders had a personal vendetta towards me it was 2 light skin women and 1 white lady no one even attempted to assist Me what kind of club is this?!This is why I dont go places because of egos and ignorance!

This place sold tickets for Rick Rosss concert saying doors open at 9 PM. However, they opened at 10 PM. Really messed up the pregame. They wait until 2 AM to start setting up after the DJ has been yelling We got Rick Ross in the building tonight! since 10:30 PM. Rick Ross comes on at 2:30 AM and performs until 3:20. I legitimately saw a guy sleeping during the concert. A venue should not let a performer behave that way. No respect for Rick Ross, MMG, or Platinum of Birmingham.

I love the Platinum but I cant buy alcohol there it doesnt come out of a bottle

Fun! Be sure to check out the entertainers you havent heard of. Its all a good time. I hope they re-open soon.
