Absolutely fell in the love after my first visit! From the staff, to the atmosphere, to the care. As someone who strength trains regularly, I will definitely start adding this into my routine for muscle recovery! Would and will recommend this facility to all! Will be back!

I’ve been going to Dr Silvio for a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. He’s an amazing chiropractor but also does my cupping&needles. He’s EXTREMELY knowledgeable & I’m so thankful for him.Peyton is friendly and both his massage girls are so talented. Deeeep tissue & consistently good! Silvio is an outstanding chiropractor!! My posture and back pain has dramatically improved since I started seeing him a couple years ago. I also highly recommend Pontip for deep tissue massage. I come here for Botox with Nurse Ashley! Ashley is always so patient, personable, and professional. She talks through everything with you before even setting up/starting. You always know exactly what is going to happen and what to expect every step of the way. She truly does what she can for you to get the results you are looking for! Even if that means trial and error to find what works best for you!She is also super flexible and great with communication. If you need to change an apt or need a sooner apt, she is always willing to do what she can to get you in to be seen!I love the environment of Be Well, it is inviting, comfortable, and relaxing! The Botox appointments are quick, and you never have to wait long after you arrive! I would highly recommmend going to see Ashley for your Botox needs!!!!

Came in for an appointment in July 2022, all good, everyone was very nice. The issue was with billing. The service should have been covered by insurance but they never filed a claim.After calling the office about the bill I received in the mail a couple months after my appointment and being convinced that I just needed a referral from my PCP, I had my doctor fax that over. I never heard anything more about an outstanding balance until over a year and a half later they sent it to a debt collection agency. I got the first letter from them in November 2023. I’ve already paid the debt collector so it wasn’t sitting on my record and he said that insurance could refund me. I’m a college student living on my own supporting myself so I had to put the charge on my credit card.Turns out after getting ahold of my insurance they definitely cover the service (without a PCP referral) but it’s now past the YEAR deadline to file a claim because they waited so long. So I’m $430 in debt for something I never should have had to pay. I’ve been working with them on this for the last couple weeks and the receptionist can’t tell me anything but billing hasn’t been available. I don’t know what to do.

I always feel welcomed when walking into Be Well and always feel better when I leave. I had heard amazing reviews about the massages, and couldn’t agree more. Tight muscles are targeted knots are worked through. I’m new to Chiropractic visits and was well informed and made comfortable. One of the best places I have ever been to! The staff is amazing, Silvo has the gentlest adjustment and the massage therapists are amazing! I have seen Surpanee a few times and her massage is like a yoga session without the sweat!

Went in for colon hydrotherapy. A little nervous because it is way out of my comfort zone but the staff was welcoming and answered all of my questions. While I was there another customer tried getting loud with the front desk staff. She was polite and composed and resolved the issue quickly. Way to go!

I did feel better after being adjusted here two times. But make sure you ask about how much it costs before you are seen. I saw the chiropractor for 2 very basic visits and received a bill for $721. Fortunately my insurance covered $450 dollars of it but i was still left with a bill of almost $300. Imagine if I didn’t have insurance? I have been to many chiropractors before and always paid out of pocket when I didn’t have chiropractic insurance and I would have never ever expected a bill this high. Truly disappointing as I won’t be able to continue to visit here. Otherwise the doc was great and the office is nice.

After injuring my lower back on a vacation, I tried many remedies and it wasn’t until Silvio began working on my back that I began to feel better. After a few sessions, my pain is completely gone and I’m back to my normal activities. Silvio and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I’d recommend them to everyone!

A very relaxing and amazing visit here at Be Well. Several different options of food, smoothies, bowls, and coffees! Everything I have had personally from here is delicious. Friendly environment and kind employees. I definatly recommend the Acai bowl or the Slim smoothie. So far have not come across one thing I dislike from the menu! 10/10 recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Silvio at Be Well for almost two years now, and have been very happy with all the care I have received including adjustments, physical therapy, and massage. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I find it necessary due to the circumstance . Let me start by saying I made an error and showed up to the wrong address for my appointment ( be well lifestyle center) . I told the receptionist I had an appointment at a specific time for acoustic compression therapy, she proceeded to ask for my information, put it into the computer and asked me to wait. So I waited and then was taken back to a room where I was given a chiropractic adjustment, I thought it was strange so I mentioned that it was not the appointment I booked and that I had booked a different service, he said “this is part of the process”. Afterwards I was asked to wait. While waiting I received a text message (from the place I was supposed to be at) asking me if I was still coming. So in this moment, I realized that instead of simply telling me “you don’t have an appointment scheduled with us today”. They knowingly still took me anyways. Honestly, a bit my fault.. but it’s so weird that they would just take me anyways, for a service I did no ask for… $$$$

I have been a patient at Be Well for well over a year now. Silvio is absolutely fantastic and really listens to his patients. When you leave you will feel better and feel heard, which is uncommon. I’ve also been seeing Dim for massages. I know not everyone likes to talk when getting a massage but I can’t help but chat the entire time. Peyton and Elizabeth are always friendly and do a great job following up. Try the bagel or smoothie from the cafe.

My first time to Be Well I was completely impressed. As a matter of fact, I raved about the cafe. Today I arrived and the floors were dirty. The server had chipped nail polish with dirty nails and a filthy apron. Bathroom floor was dirty and no tissue. This is concerning because the store had just opened. I wanted to have a colonics, but I’m concerned about hygiene. This is disappointing to me.

Dr. Cozzetto was fantastic, I cant say enough about the service he provided. He took time out of his busy schedule to fit me into his clinic, which made a significant difference in the pain I was dealing with. Shortly after working with Dr. Cozzetto, my pain is completely gone. Thanks again!

Be Well Lifestyle Center is an amazing facility. From staffing at the front desk all the way to the top. This facility is the perfect place for physical therapy and relaxation techniques. The massage person whose name is Suprenee Cooper is totally amazing. All personnel there are amazing. I have been going for a month and am recruiting more people who are in need of this service to attend. I am hard to please, but am enlightened by Be Well.

Absolutely amazing experience. My first appointment was out of absolute necessity of a chiropractic need over the weekend but I look forward to returning again and again. The vibe in the office was fantastic, i felt like it was a place I would like to spend time or could even just hang out - unlike any other medical or massage center I’ve ever been to. The staff, from receptionist to the doctor, could not have been nicer. This will be my go to place for any and all services they offer. In regards to the café, I had never eaten there either and grabbed a smoothie and a wrap after my medical appointment - thought it was top-notch. I would highly recommend any and all services Be Well offers. Look forward to many more visits.

Supranee is by far the BEST massage therapist Ive ever had. If you want the best you gotta request Supranee Cooper. I limp in and can almost do cart wheels after. She uses multiple techniques that provide a unique, relaxing, beneficial experience. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. You will not be sorry. I wish I could afford to hire her privately. Can not say enough great things.

I went into Be Well this morning to have a consultation and adjustment. Having worked in a Chiropractic clinic setting for a number of years, I am often quite critical of the experience as a new patient. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about Be Wells staff and Dr. Silvio himself. The front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The office was clean, the paperwork was easy to fill out, and all materials were properly sanitized. Dr. Silvio is warm and easy to talk to. He assured me that he could adjust my spine in ways that are more preferable and comfortable for me. He is earnest and makes the process of care collaborative. That kind of autonomy given to a patient can be rare in an office and it is much appreciated. His adjustments were precise and strong, just as they should be. There is a lot of impressive technology and services within this office which is great, but in my opinion the core of Chiropractic should be the adjustments which in this case are spot on. I am looking forward to my next visit already!

This was my first experience at a chiropractor. I was honestly pretty nervous because I dont like being touched. But the doctor here is very professional, tells me everything he will do and why before he does it, and has a very gentle touch. The combative of front wasnt a great experience but they let me know about it ahead of time and offered to walk me through directions on how to navigate it. Above and beyond expectations for me!

By far the best chiropractic place I have ever been to! The entire staff is amazing and Silvio is a miracle worker! I was in extreme pain and in one visit feel so much better. I would tell anyone that this is the only place you should go if you want the best of the best and top notch results!

Being pregnant, I was really hesitant on trying a chiropractor for the first time. But with Silvio, I knew I was in good hands. I came in due to a recent injury while working out, and felt immediate results after just one session. While I still want to remain active during my pregnancy, Silvio even provided me with safer alternative workouts to still achieve my fitness goals!

So I booked an appointment to get everything (iv therapy, message , chiropractic, and colon cleanse) I got there about 30 minutes early no one was at the front desk to great me so I sit there literally being ignored until 11 which was the start time of my first appointment, first thing I did was iv therapy with Ashley she was awesome, but the website says 1hour IV therapy it was literally 25 mins for $190 for the “quench”, the facility was very cold so it was a little uncomfortable but I did bring my own blanket, my second service was the chiropractor who also might be the owner or manager because he was doing a lot around the location, he was great but he only cracked my back and neck not full body , my third was a message and she messaged my whole body with her whole body and cracked more of my bones then the chiropractor..lol now my fourth service was my colon cleanse, so mind you I’ve been at the facility since 11 my 1hour colon cleanse is at 2 right after my message I had to wait until the water was warm which took over 20 mins , which in my opinion should have been ran while I was getting my message so I could of walked right in and enjoyed my full hour because I have to leave by 3, NOPE I only received yet another 30 min service for a 1 hour colon cleanse for $105, so the “chiropractor “ is the one who ran my water I was trying to cancel the service since it was not ready on time and I wanted my full 1 hour because that’s what I paid for , he tells me you only need 30 mins! So my over all experience I give it a 5 out of 10 but I wouldn’t go back, and no you will not find my name in your system, and yes I was at your facility.

*Update* I did get a call back and they were able to update my bill and take off charges. I would stand by that the services are very good and Sivlio is good at what he does. I would just be very careful with the billing. This was the second time I had an issue.***Original Review *Be very careful. They will over billl you for their services. Even charge you for services that are not received. I just received a $405 bill for two appointments. One in which the table he put me on was broken and there is a $85 charge for the treatment on broken equipment. Then a charge again for the not used broken equipment on the second day. Be very careful with the billing and know what you are getting into. I will be disputing my current bill.*

Scam alert! This place has charged me for no reason. They showed up to my work place and gave me a voucher for free massage. When I went to redeem it, they charged me $30 co-pay. Even though they said its free massage, they still ended up charging me $30. Pretty pathetic bait and switch business. Never will I trust another chiropractor in my life.

Wonderful, welcoming staff. Very professional, the ambiance is amazing! Very calming and peaceful environment, with a very clean scent of lemongrass when you walk the door that makes you relaxed. Dr. Sidd is awesome, his treatment in just two weeks has helped relieved my neck pain.

I was a little taken that I was asked to pay for a service before actually getting serviced. I went in for hydrotherapy and was asked to pay in full before the service. This was not my first visit and was surprised because this never happened before. I am African American I pondered if this was race related in which why I was taken by having to pay first. Felt very much uncomfortable and unwanted there. Will not return.As you read their comment back to me very rude! And passive I was NOT 20 minutes late I was on time and had to WAIT for the water to warm and that was 20 minutes within my appointment! I hope this establishment get exposed for the way they treat minorities! I am not the only minority that has said they felt uncomfortable! Believe the bad reviews! There is a way to speak to customers and that response was extremely rude. Could have explained the situation further to me than belittling how I felt.

Great place for Chiro and a deep tissue massage. I had some pain in my shoulder and the massage therapist did a great job relieving the pain in my shoulder. This place does a great job of giving you what you need to get your body back in top shape. I definitely recommend this place. My wife and our family are regulars of Chiro and Massages.

Be Well provides a warm atmosphere and truly is a one-stop shop for self-care and good eats. I have received physical therapy after a shoulder injury, consistent chiro adjustments, and pretty regular massages and each experience was stellar. Silvio provides the highest level of patient care and it feels like a big family at Be Well. The açaí bowls and wraps are fresh and delicious. There’s Jessica’s Granola, too! It doesn’t get better than Be Well Lifestyle Center and Cafe!

This place is nothing short of amazing. The doctor and his staff were very friendly and accomedating. This was one of the very few walk in clinics that would help me with my back locking up today. I was in complete excruating pain to the point I was in tears all day. The doctor and staff did a tremendous job the whole time I was there. And needless to say I already feel way better than when I came in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!! They have other services here too like massages etc. I will definitely be coming back in the future and I will be bringing my fiancee in here for her back pain soon also!! Pretty disappointed with this place today. I love the smoothies so I invited my husband to get a smoothie. It was 3:15pm, they had couple people waiting for their drinks, after 5 min waiting told us the place was closed so basically they denied the service. When we got in the car and I checked the web to see at what time they close on Sundays and for my surprise it is at 3:30pm.Great service guys!! Thanks!

When I need to pamper myself from a rough week of physical work, I go see Dr. Silvio for an adjustment, followed up by a massage from one of his amazing therapists, and then I finish my visit in the cafe with a freshly made Acai bowl. Pretty close to a perfect morning.

This is very very worst place!!! They just working for money!!! They only see the patient up to 5 min max, where the other place takes at least 30-60 min for each patient taking care.The assistance of Dr. Silvio name I think Elizabeth, she dont know how to treat a patient!!! Dr. Silvo is the best. He knows your issues just by evaluating your spine without you having to say a word. Warm cozy vibe you walk out of there feeling like a brand new person.

I had a surf trip planned and three days prior to the trip my back went out. I fell to the ground in pain, took me 30 minutes to crawl into my house. I had to lay on the floor for 3 hours until my wife got home, it took us another 30 minutes to get me on the couch. I spent the next 36 hours immobilized using meds and ice. I went into Be Well, Dr. Silvio Cozzetto did some movement tests to see if there may be a ruptured disk. Once it was determined that the disk wasnt ruptured he did some adjustments and set me up on an electrical muscle stimulation machine. The following day I flew to California, woke up the next morning and was able to paddle out and surf! Thank you Dr. Cozzetto for your help and I look forward to starting PT at your center.

Ive asked them multiple times to take me off there contact list but years after Ive stopped going there I still get texts from them! I had no negative experiences in the actual clinic. The staff was polite but their constant messaging is very annoying. I dont even live in the area anymore.

I really wish that they would inform first time customers that they have no parking and that you can sign up for an app to pay for parking with a credit card. I would have liked to just come in and fill out paperwork, which is why I came early. Had I known about them not having parking I would have left even earlier.

Everything they do is top quality and tastes amazing. Best part is the people. Everyone at Be Well are always smiling and laughing. Always a great start to my day.
