Its just not a place to purchase a cigar. If you HAD to have one and money was no object, yeah theres a cigar there. But its a vape shop. Could be excellent for that, I wouldnt know.

So Ive been in twice while Chris was working. NEW BEST FRIEND. Dude said I was being just a lil difficult tonight.... He didnt stop until he found the absolutely perfect mod for me.This is now my go-to place. Do not let the small shop size fool you. It has TARDIS Technology. Its much bigger on the inside than the outside.This has to be hands down the best vape shop in Birmingham.

I feel so bad writing this review but Reviews are for customers to express their experiences. I been going to this smoke shop for over 2 years now. Since the new hire of an employee, she has been closing the franchise early more than 15-20 minutes before closing time. I never experienced this until she started working there. I shop at this store more than 5 times a week, always when this particular employee is working. It’s just bad customer service all around, she doesn’t greet you upon entry like the other employees, not work driven giving the company a bad reputation. I hate that I have to write this but employees like that ruin business and run away good paying customers.

This is not a cigar shop. The presentation in the picture is not what they have. The staff working was excellent professional and friendly but it is not a place to get a stick at all.

I like the shop itself, which has a decent selection (despite the cramped size) and reasonable prices. Employees are generally friendly and helpful.EDIT: Ive bumped up my review a star, as the problem I originally detailed below seems to have been rectified since the time of writing. Good work!/** Original complaint (No longer applicable) **/However, I am curbing my high rating due to the fact that store hours seem to be largely aspirational. As a morning commuter, on several occasions when I have stopped by to purchase something near opening, I have waited up to 20-30 minutes past the opening time (9:00am) just to eventually give up and leave after no employee turns up to open the store. This waste of time and gas is irritating, if not infuriating. If a store cannot reliably open by the times they themselves post, they should simply set a later opening time in lieu of inconveniencing their own customers.

By far the cheapest place in town for any vapes or anything like that,. By like 1/3rd.Quality also seems to be excellent and service is amazing

Savannah was awesome!! She was super cool for us to talk to, and she was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me buy exactly what I needed.

Im only in the city for the night and I was hoping to find a place in passing that had cigars. I was thrilled to find this small little store.They have cigars, vape products, cbd products, vaporizers, and all sorts of health tonic/remedies.Melissa was the person there who helped me and even when I asked for obnoxiously specific stuff she didnt happen to know, she immediately looked it up online for me to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I dont know how many times Ive had an employee of somewhere do that for me, but man was it nice how incredibly helpful she was. Great energy for the store too, definitely 10/10 would give raise to.Service 6/5Options and store 5/5Im almost sad Im here for just the night cause this store was so cool. Thanks for being so great!

The staff does not know the stores return policies. Management cannot decide on the stores policies. No Refunds -- Even Unopened Items with Receipt is NOWHERE posted. Three trips to the same store and three different stories only to be shafted by these clowns. Just trade somewhere else.

Chris N and Chris T showed great customer service. I had plenty of questions and left with all of them answered. Lots of inventory to choose from and they showed endless knowledge of the material. Will definitely be back.

Normally this would be a 5 star review because I love the shop and the people that work there but unfortunately today I had not so great experience. Ive come to love the CBD oils the sell and get the regularly. Today I made a plan to go my scheduled refill and I found myself to come to the store front, open sign up and lights on, but the door locked.Ordinarily this wouldnt be a huge issue but I was on my lunch break and did not have time to wait around. If you are CLOSING FOR LUNCH you should PUT YOUR CLOSED SIGN UP and probably turn your lights off too. Thats just misleading. Disappointed...

First time here nice little shop and the young lady that helped me was super cool and friendly next time I travel here this will be in my stop list.

Horrible experience, bought the infinite CBD pre filled vape pen, expecting it to last a week or two the next day all the liquid had leaked out. Went to the store and all the guy could tell me was no refunds or exchanges. $50 product I never got the chance to use. On top of that just found out the infinite CBD themselves sell the pen for only $24 on their website. SMH

You’re expected to haggle like you’re in Arabia. Everything’s too expensive buy one get one is actually more expensive than just buying one avoid at all costs go to Royal smoke instead.

Chris and q were excellent they made my nine working vape work again. These guys are very knowledgeable of all products and would recommend them to anyone

Friendly atmosphere and great prices. Its a small place so not the best to bring a group of friends but great for 1 to 2 people to shop. Definitly worth checking out!

Well anybody knows anything about a smoke shop knows why you go there lets just say I smoke Delta 8 and things that feel like it both natural and man-made and this is the place where I go to get all of my supplies and all of my utensils and paraphernalia#420 until the day I die

Staff tells everyone that they’re only allowed one customer at a time, but when I tried to walk in it was 3 customers inside at once..then proceeded to tell me “it’s fine they’re all together”..they should not reside on the southside, customer service is terrible

This place was not open at 9 I’ve been waiting along with a few other people to get into the store. I was leaving Alabama to go back to Atlanta and was waiting to get vape supplies for the road. Been over 30 min after supposed open time and no one is here. Very unprofessional.
