Gallery Smoke Hoover

Ive been using this place since 2020 and never have I had a problem going and them being out of everything I get. Im a regular! Since the new manager they have now seems to be confused on how to order things. For the past month they have not had my vape juice or the pods I use. So my money will go somewhere else.

We usually have a great experience. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful finding new or the best product. They seem happy to be there but tonight the person didn’t seem to care or know anything. It’s kinda annoying.. it’s your job to know and care a little. Or even know what’s the most popular. I go here because they’re nice even tho they’re a little expensive. Other places make you feel awkward and unwanted

Wonderful customer service! Friendly and helpful every time I go there. Also, I recently needed to refund a product I accidentally purchased, the refund was initially not processed correctly but my experience dealing with their customer support was impressive! Quick responses to every email I sent and a quick, effective resolution to the issue, they really seemed to care about getting it resolved as quickly as possible. I will never consider going anywhere else for vape products!

Good product, but watch out. Some of the clerks wont ring up the current specials or deals unless you ask... kind of messed up when youre a repeat customer... as in, had just been in 15 minutes beforehand, bought 2 products, and no deals were mentioned. Come back, buy 2 more products, ask if i have any points the second time, and theres magically a buy one get 50% off one deal. Same clerk too, she treated me like i hadnt just made a purchase minutes before and was a complete stranger.

It use to be a great place for THC-A but the prices jumped from $16 after tax to $21...thats wayy too high for something thats cheaper than real delta 9 thc every other store has better prices and flower yall are gonna lose a lot of customers

I just have to say I think there is definitely better places out there.

I would give zero stars. I spent over $300 in this store 2 days ago and my vape pen button is sticking. They accused me of smashing in the button. There is not a scratch on the pen. They say they have a sign in the window that states All Sales Final. It was just being hung as I walked in!!! Like I never even saw the sign!!! No where on the receipt does it state All Sales Final. DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY SMOKE HOOVER!!

Vape died this morning, so needed a replacement, stopped by here. Didnt have my preference yet was able to show me the runner up, and now I am good to go.Fast, friendly, fair service. Only place open like this around before 10.

My first time to this store (actually any CBD store). I was so impressed with the staff there. Chase was the one who helped me, and he was so knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He’s great; ask for hIm when you go. Truth is, the entire staff yesterday was friendly and helpful when I asked their opinions on some products. I’ll definitely go back again. Thanks for the top-notch service!

I didnt catch the guys name that helped me but he was absolutely awesome! He had longer curly hair so if you see him, talk to him because he is full of knowledge. The atmosphere was very welcoming and was very clean. Ill definitely be back to visit even if I live 35 mins away. I was very impressed.

Pretty rad shop! Has quality glass that range for any smokers need. This is a new shop in Hoover and seems to be the best one in the area I’ve been to. Will shop here more in the near future. I forgot the woman at the counters name but she was really helpful and made smart suggestions to my needs. Hit this shop up for your glass needs.

Im an open-minded and extroverted person but the guy running the store had a lovely 30 minute conversation that included scoring percocets for a customer while I stood there waiting to buy 2 things. She left him her name and number on the back of one of his business cards, I recorded the conversation. I almost walked out but the off-brand D8 cart prices are hard to beat as far as local stores go. I wont be back (shrug)

Very helpful staff, unlike so many stores in the area. My new favorite place for anything vape and tobacco related! Again, very knowledgeable staff with a great positive vibe!Vape juice prices are fantastic, and hardware is a reasonable price for a brick and mortar store. Plus you get to actually see devices and products before you buy. The staff offer honest opinions about various products, and know their stuff about the products they carry. Who says its hard to find good help these days!?

Came in with my popss and they asked me for my ID because i corrected what my dad said to the man. So he could not purchase what he needed. Weirdd lol.

So my very first experience visiting Gallery Smoke was not good at all. Salesperson I had was terrible at selling. I left a review about my experience on January 8th with only 1 star. The HR of Gallery Smoke seen my review and sent me an e-mail regarding talking to me about my visit. But after I sent an e-mail I never followed up with her again. I live right down the road from this location, so today January 31st, I needed some more e-juice so decided to stop here and give this place one more try. I didn’t mention anything to the saleswoman that was helping me (Jules or Jewelz) with my purchase today. But she was so helpful and seemed so enthusiastic and really interested in helping and selling me what I wanted. She was amazing!!! So when I was checking out at the register I asked about setting my e-mail up for future discounts and she asked for my name. When I gave her my name she automatically told me that Shelley the HR had a $50 gift card ready for me in my name!! I was so surprised. I was really not expecting anything more regarding my first visit and experience considering Jules was so amazing with me today. But I ended up leaving so happy and so pleased with this company! She even gave me a free coil that I had needed also. So I paid only for my juice and left with a free coil and $50 gift card!! I will forever be a future customer after that!! So happy I ended up visiting again today! Thank you Shelley and Jules!🤗

First time Ive been there. Young Man behind the counter was very polite and helpful.bill board advertising on both ends of the road Lots of advertising on the radio, its located on Lorna road close to Golden corral. We drove past it twice kinda have to look for the sign on the building. Decent selection of vape mods, some tobbacco mostly glass wares not quite what I was expecting. But what theyre selling, they have a lot of. Store was well lite and appeared clean and organized.

The one and only place I go to for all things related at this store. The best selection, the most variety, and all kinds of accessories bonuses papers concentrates cbds vape pins etc. They have what you need and the store is so nice and clean and easy to browse. Its a wonderful place and they even work on glass blowing its really cool these guys are great and should be supported go visit them for real.

I would give more stars if I could! Every time I go in they are so helpful and friendly! I have called about products as well and are so nice and informative! Wish other stores were like they are!

Came here for the first time this past weekend. I didnt catch the name of the associate working that Saturday evening, but she was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Both the selection and quality of the products offered is unmatched, and the location itself is easy to find. I would recommend Gallery Smoke to anyone of any backround interested in or curious about CBD, as well as all tobacco smokers.

Great location for heady glass and tobacco products here in Hoover. Staff is very well educated on their products and their use. They have reasonable prices and have some very beautiful works of art displayed on the wall.

Best smoke shop in a 50mi area. Store had alot of the newest latest and greatest stuff. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, was very easy gettinf carried away and spending a hr up there. If theres something you want that they dont carry just talk to the staff and they are super helpful. Definite repeat customer

Had a good selection of vape supplies, but when the battery died on my boyfriends vapor cig a week after purchase and would not hold a charge, their only suggestion was to contact the manufacturer directly. They would not exchange it. Pricey item to only work for a week.

Had a problem with a couple of vape batteries I purchased from this store. The ones I purchased were just $8 so i didnt expect perfection but customer service was still quick to respond and resolve the issue.

This store was the best helpful store Ive been to Ed and kate was so awsome and sweetest as good be even tho I walked in at closing time. I will say this company should her proud the have them as impolyees.

Tried to go on my hour lunch break (even took lunch early to specifically avoid the rush) to find a vaporizer I was told theyd have in. Spent 30 minutes waiting for the lady to get off the phone. She spent that whole time on the phone telling the person literally everything she had in inventory. I dont know but usually when theres a line of people in your store and the person on the phone doesnt know what they want, go ahead and answer the peoples questions standing in front of the register.... I wasted half of my lunch hour to find out the shipment didnt arrive and was a day late and still not there. Wouldve been nice to know that before i waited that long. Ill just find it at one of the other 4 vape shops on the same road.**The people in front of you are ready to buy!! The people on your phone are shopping around for prices!**

First time visiting Gallery smoke and the experience was excellent. The selection of products they offer was amazing and the staff especially Jennifer were super helpful. Definitely will be back.

Tried to go in here to buy a pipe and something to smoke, vape or imbibe. I had to use the bathroom rather urgently but they would not permit me to use any they had on premises. Had to go to the Hispanic grocery a few doors down ( whose staff was very nice and suggested a tonic for my stomach). Came back. One guy on staff, talking forever to a dude about some glass. I think the gentleman may have been selling rather than buying. I had enough time to peruse the inventory, look up some stuff on the internet to make my decision, Pick up my purchases, and then stand there for fifteen minutes waiting on someone , anyone to check me out. The podcast I was listening to ended, which I took as a sign that this guy was never gonna make eye contact with me, much less check me out. A simple Ill be with you soon, would have been nice. Anywho, I suggest finding another head shop unless you are friends with this guy and can get his attention for service.

Went in to get a a few stocking stuffers. Great selection, high quality and very helpful and friendly staff. Jennifer was knowledgeable and a great representative for the store. Definitely recommend this place.

We bought a silicone water pipe. When we got it home, we noticed that if you squeeze the bottom of the pipe, the bottom came off of it. If there had been water in it, it would go everywhere. Terrible design. They would not let us return it, even though it was unused. We called the day before and they said that they would give us a refund.

Tried to buy some rolling papers and was denied bc I’m not 21, I’m 20. It’s illegal to sell rolling papers to folks under 18, and me, a 20 year old, was still denied a purchase. Please inform your employees of the laws on rolling papers.
