I bought 3 cartridges from here and I started smoking on one an I noticed every time I smoke my stomach started hurting then as I tried again it begins to give me a headache. I tried it several times and realized it was the cartridges. So I went to the store to let them know what I was feeling and I had a complaint. The guy there wants to tell me about they have not had any complaints, very rude. I had purchased 3 . One has been open the other 2 had never been open an he was rude.. I wasnt trying to get no refund but an exchange would have been ok 😞but to show no concern really bothered me when ppl have had all kinds of health issues because of vaping, cheap cartridges and all. I want bother shopping there anymore.. SO BUYERS BEWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. SHERITA MINES, BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA

Never heard of the place. Brother and sister recommended. Came in unsure of what I was going to get. Matt was eager to help! Such a great employee! I was undecided about a bunch of things and really unsure of what I was looking for. With personal experience and a lending hand, Matt informed me, the pros and cons, of glass pipes and silicone pipes. He taught me about the filters and how they make ones experience a cleaner one. I really appreciate the insight that was given and the warmth that Matt Shaw offered. Give him a raise! Great store, great manager! Will definitely return!

This place is great and exactly what the northeast area of the city needed. Always friendly, reasonably knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Zero pressure to buy something expensive if you just want the cheapest bottle of liquid, and twice now Ive elected to double my purchase because the cashier gave me a 50% discount. 10 stars if I could, and I really like doing just about everything you can use stuff in this store to do.

I had just woke up and went down there , the lady has perfect customer service skills ,will recommend it for anybody, best customer service in birmingham.

Went here tonight and had good convo with worker there. Already knew what I wanted and asked for such…well she gave me the wrong strain and I didn’t notice which is my fault also. Got home saw it was wrong went back and wanted to exchange and there are no exchanges after you’ve left the premises. We are both at fault but they get to keep the money and I’m left with a strain I don’t eve smoke. Who’s the real loser?????? Won’t be coming back because of it.

My experience was awesome! Austin was very informative on all the products. He not only taught me about my vape but also sold me other useful products and he even set it up for me. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!!

Great place, helpful staff, and plenty of merchandise. The employees are always eager to help answer any questions concerning the glass or vapes, especially Matt, hes the man to ask when your not completely sure on something. Truly a one stop shop for all your smoking and vaping needs.

Great smoke shop! The Roebuck location is by far my favorite they are very accommodating the manager Matt is very professional and helped solve any issues I had with my vape.

There were 2 people behind the counter one was a lady who actually helped my friend with his purchase the other 1 was just too busy dancing around in his chair to the ghetto rap music that was playing way too loud and there was no inclination to turn it down. Im not against music in a store by any means but when it is blasting to loud to talk to the clerk and all you hear is ni#ga over and over.... Not at all debating music or rap... But that is way past what anyone should have to be exposed to in a retail store.

Nice little shop. They have a good selection, friendly staff, and depending on the piece a decent prices. Will return.

I went in and ask a employee for a vape that gave off a good amount of smoke she shows me this flat pen called suorin i hadn’t even pulled off yet and went to return it I literally had just walked out and they said they couldn’t give me my money back cause they would be loosing money keep in mind The only reason the oil was open was because the employee opened it so now I’m sitting out of a 104$ for a pen that gives little to know smoke she said what she had to to make a sale I will not be returning

Its a nice enough shop, but it is aimed at vape users and those who, um, prefer glass pipes. There is no pipe tobacco, and a modest selection of overpriced cigars.

The store was BEAUTIFUL clean the was very helpful and knowledgeable i would definitely recommend anyone there love it.

I went in to buy supplies for my hookah and the girl gave me a weak torch lighter that want light the coal she suggested ..she forgot to give me my disposable tips I paid for with the supplies I bought I had to go back to get them but I showed her while I was there the torch didn’t light good an she attempted to put some fluid in it an it still didn’t torch any higher then she told me “that’s the best I can do hun” instead of her refunding my money she tried to sell me a $60 torch lighter so I was stuck with the weak torch.
