Service was great, store Manger super friendly and on point, downfall is she was the only one there and the store was super busy!! District managers should look into getting this woman some help so shes not running her self ragged when the drive thru and counter are swamped!!

All the staff here are SO friendly and helpful! So nice here! AND...they have fountain drinks with Bargs Red Cream Soda! My Favorite in fountain! Great Prices, quick service & the best group of staff Ive ever seen in one business! 👍🤩💙

This place has did a complete turn around! The service is great just one little problem. If you smoke a not so popular cigarette they don’t do a real good job of keeping them in stock. Even when you make it clear how many cartons a month you will buy. Otherwise if u smoke a common cigarette then their great!

Usually its not a horrible experience but not great. This time though I was asked for my PIN when paying with my card. I have been here several times, always paid with the same card and have never been asked that. The only difference is it was a different employee. I asked her to just run it as credit, she said the chip wouldnt allow her to do that. I asked her to just bring it over, she said it wouldnt reach. Never in my 32 years have I ever had this happen. It sounds like she is trying to steal my money. I am very upset about this and doubt Ill be back.

Lately the same young man has been the one working when I go. The 1st time he was rude, i thought okay maybe he is having a bad day. We are all human and have bad days. However, it seems to be that he is just rude. Whenever I ask for anything he rolls his eyes and gets a major attitude. He is the only one that I have encountered that is extremely rude.

When someone is rude the first time you go, you can chalk it up to them having a bad day, smile at them, and hope their day gets better. But the second and then third time the same lady is completely unprofessional and extremely rude, it becomes more apparent that she is just an unhappy person who doesn’t like people or her job. Unacceptable. Please look into new cashiers.

Yeah I think their prices are good but they could use a little wider selection on their products!...

Buyer beware. I bought a vape kit from here that failed within a few days. I brought it in and was told to come back during a week day for a refund. I bought a replacement kit on that promise.However, when I came back I was told they will not do refunds or exchanges for vape kits for any reason. So, Im out the cost of two of these kits.Id been buying a carton a week from these folks for months in addition to CBD oil and accessories, and they couldnt be bothered to absorb the cost of one bad product. I will no longer be buying anything from this shop.

This store is the slowest Low Bobs Ive ever been to In My Life the blonde lady that works there doesnt care if there are 10 cars lined up she is still slower than ever doesnt get in a hurry for anything and always acts like shes flustered I would much rather drive out of my way and go to Bloomington Low Bobs or Spencer Low Bobs just so I dont have to go to the Ellettsville location

They dont always have my Brand of cigarettes in and if you go in side be ready to whate because they will what on every one in drive thru first before you

I use to buy my delta and THC 0 here but when they realized I was busy 6 to 10 of them at a time they jacked the price up and I aint been back

Great prices compared to the convenience stores in the area. Cashiers are polite and they try to be as quick as the customer will let them be.
