I buy all my vaping needs from here. Staff is knowledgeable and will even show you new stuff they think you may enjoy when they get to know you. Excellent flavors of ejuice.

Great place to go for your vaping needs. Always has a wide selection of inventory on hand, and prices are better than most places. Staff is super helpful and great to work with. The owner Brian an his staff are wonderful, for example: if you vape an have a juice recommendation bring it to them an they will look into it an give it a try, if it’s a popular opinion it will stay. Very knowledgeable staff and great with customers. Don’t think about it, give them a try, you won’t regret it.

This has been my favorite vape shop for years. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and care about their customers. As someone with severe anxiety, I appreciate how welcome they make you feel and the individual time and patience they give to their customers. Great people. I will always choose them first with my vaping needs.

When it first opened. I met the owner. Seemed like a very nice guy. Attentive to service and knowledge about products. My last visit. A young man serviced us. He seemed to care more about the female he was working with than us. He had an air about him that made us feel like he was doing us a favor by servicing us. Not sure what is going on there now? Hopefully, the owner will be there more often. As for the products. He does stock many parts that others do not.I will be returning. I still believe in loyalty. If you need help. Suggest you wait for him.

Such great service. Staff is friendly and honest. They dont get impatient with a million questions. Brian and Aaron are the best and so knowledgeable. I recommend this shop over any shop in town. Tha is guys!

Excellent place, huge selection of flavors, very friendly employees and very helpful. I was new to vaping and I felt welcomed and comfortable. Was shown all the different options but didnt feel pressured. Got what I needed quick and easy and he even filled it for me to show me how its used. Great experience!

This is now the only place I buy juice. The owner is the nicest, most helpful guy around, and he does an excellent job hiring knowledge staff and keeping the store stocked with new, trendy, discount, and classic flavors. You can get way more than just juice here as well; definitely a must-visit in the world of vaping!

Above and beyond customer service! Not only did they build me a tank,because Im such a picky vapor, but when I dropped it and broke the glass the owner replaced it... FOR FREE!!! Yep... my vape place. Always greet you when you walk in and takes time to help satisfy your vaping needs.

I am from out of town and my machine wasn’t working. Stopped in to see if I needed a new machine. The guy working was soooo nice and professional. Fixed my machine and I was so greatful. Anytime I am around Bloomington I will be coming here. Very organized store and a great selection. I will be back. The most organized vape shop I have seen.

Brian and all the other guys here are always fantastic to deal with, even if youre having problems with stuff you got other places. Pricing is great, especially on juice, just lowered prices on all juices and are a great stop for all your vaping needs.

July 2017 Update: This is hands down the best shop in town. I have a favorite juice and I mix a 0mg and 3mg together. Other shops told me it did not come in a 0mg. Smoke rings went out of their way to hunt down and stock exactly what I needed and will now keep it on hand for me. Personal service at its absolute best!!! If you havent given their shop a try, do it now!From the very first visit to Smoke Rings, I knew it would be my go-to vape shop. This shop and its employees are absolutely amazing. When I walk in, they recognize me and know what I want. The amazing service, variety of vape suppliea and knowledge makes this shop hands down, thw best in Bloomington.Keep up the work guys and thanks for always having my 1.8 coils!!!

If you park in the clearly marked parking spot directly in front of their store, you will be aggressively approached outside and verbally assaulted by their employees.

I wont be back here.....i baught a hex ohm 3.0 and i have had to send it 4 times in less than 2 yrs it has been gone more than I have used it and its broke again and they will not do anything to help me. I used to like this place. Dont buy Mods here go somewhere else.....
