This is my second time having a facial with Hailey. The experience was amazing, again. All their summer products smell, feel and are indeed really good. I walked in with dull skin and walked out glowing and felt my skin ten times more hydrated. For reference, I have hormonal acne that has gotten worse during pregnancy. Hailey always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them with different products.On top of her great skills and knowledge, the hour I spent there went by really quick because she does a great job talking and connecting with you as a costumer. She has made me want to get facials more often! I think their prices are very fair and they always have some sort of deal going on. All the products are locally made and with clean ingredients. So all in all, you get a wonderful experience AND you support a local business. 🩵I can’t wait to go back.

Emily is truly the best esthetician around. Ive been getting waxed by Emily on a consistent basis for the last few months, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Her expertise and gentle approach make each session smooth and nearly painless. Not to mention how much happier my skin has been with the studios hard wax they use. I got a facial with Savannah today. It was by far one of the best facials I have had. Savannah has the perfect touch. I love the atmosphere and the smells are amazing. She used there new summer line on me today and yes some of the products had to go home with me. Thank you so much for a much needed relaxing afternoon. 😊

I’ve been getting Brazilians and underarm waxes with Hailey for a couple months now and I was TERRIFIED my first time, Hailey was absolutely amazing, she is definitely an expert and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. Will definitely be going to Hailey for all my waxing needs in the future! I highly recommend ❤️

Update :This was for back in April and our original review would not post or was blocked or erased.This place is so cute and conveniently located to where I live. My partner and I were going into the clay store across the street when we saw this place and looked it up on Instagram. We saw a special for DUO or bring a partner massages. We were celebrating that weekend so we looked at each other and asked if we should do clay painting or try and get a massage. So we spontaneously agreed lets go in and see if they have availability. When we walked in we saw the hours and that they would be closing in an hour at 4pm, this was a Saturday. Once inside the lady behind the counter didnt seem very happy to greet us. Greet us she did, but Ive been in customer service my whole life and pick up on body language and vibes. This isnt it. She did ask what brought us in or if she could help us, I cant quite remember because I was so put off by the vibe. Her attitude just didnt match the esthetic of the place. Maybe thats just how she is, really rough around the edges but we didnt feel welcome. So we just opted to look at products then leave. However before we left we did ask about couples massages and the lady said she is the only massage therapist so there isnt a way to do massages at the same time. She gave us a pamphlet and said there are some outside also. I doubt she smiled the entire time, it definitely felt like we were interrupting her phone time or she was just ready to get out of there. Needless to say, I wont be going back for services but I would have liked to try their products at least.

I have been going to Sarah for at least the last 15 years and I could not imagine going with anyone else. Opal Gene is the perfect place to pamper yourself and get the best relaxation. I cannot recommend enough! All the ladies are absolutely amazing and truly want the best for you and your skin ❤️

Today I had the most amazing facial with Hailey. It is usually very hard for me to relax for anything and I knew instantly when she first started that I was going to be pampered. The face massage, shoulder, arm and hand massage was just what I needed in my life. Not to mention my skin is GLOWING!! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you again so much for pampering me Hailey!

Best spa ever the products are my favorite her own skin care line is what I been using for at least close to 10yrs doing there membership facial faithfully and I just live it got my kids to ho with them too and even my husband and we all love it.

This place is so adorable! The decor is lively yet calm, tons of plants and amazing products! I got a facial yesterday from Emily and it was a lovely experience. I had one of the best Customer experiences with opal gene!! Not only do they create beautiful, healthy products, but I had never ordered from them before, and on my first order, I was given several free samples which Was incredibly kind and thoughtful! Whenever I get the chance to visit Emily, she is wonderful. Always does a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and taking the best care of my skin. She is kind and always helpful with any questions or concerns, leaving me with top notch advice on how to take care of my skin at home. I’ve only ever received 2 facials in my life, and I know very little when it comes to skin care. With Emily, I was in heaven! Not only was my skin feeling better than it’s ever felt, but Emily kindly went out of her way to help explain to me products that will be beneficial for my particular skin type. Last week I went and saw Emily for a dermaplane facial. I don’t have a lot of knowledge in skin care and it was my first facial so i was a little nervous going in but Emily made me feel so welcomed and calm! Love this place! I was not really into facials until I got one from Emily. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to what I need for my skin. I have very sensitive skin and she takes the time to make sure the proper ingredients are used for my facials. Her hands are magic! I will be going to Emily for all of my skin care needs!

I came in for some local product and Emily helped me out. I told her what my skin goals are and she provided me with options for different products and educated me on each one. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, kind, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back for more product and booking a facial with Emily soon!

I went in a couple of months ago for a facial with Emily Mattingly and let me tell you, her hands are magic. Not only did she make my skin feel brand new but she had WONDERFUL recommendations for my skin. I have oily/combo skin and she knew exactly how my face would react to certain products and gave in-depth explantations on how to keep my skin happy and healthy. It has been nothing but beneficial to me. I bought the vanilla bean cream mask that she had used on me because I couldn’t believe how NATURAL and delicious smelling it was. Deluxe ionic foot bath with foot treatment was equal parts fascinating, disgusting (if you know, you know) and exactly what my sore feet needed! Justine was wonderful and I cant wait to go back! Gorgeous spa, incredible service and top of the line, small batch products.
