Super disappointed in the company - messaged and got an appointment mid day on a Tuesday for an evening appt. - I got a text an hour before my appointment that Ms. Steele was running a 1/2 hour behind - before I could respond to that text I then got a text that her son unexpectedly needs to be picked up. So she is canceling the appointment. Ok I can manage that. Family first.I rescheduled for the next day “asking specifically for a good time that she would be available” and she said that 12p would work for her. I scheduled for the next day at 12p. I received a detailed text from her with specific instructions and I followed the directions (which among a few other things asks you not to knock on the office door just text) I did so at 12p on the nose - then at 12:15 I get a text “awesome!!” A couple min later I get a call from Ms Steele - “ I got out of my other job late and can you wait another 15 min for me to arrive?” That would make her over 35 min late to my appointment. But at this point it is not possible to trust her time mgt in my view. I could not give her another 35 min of my time. I have appointments that I am NOT going to be late for due to her. So I canceled the appointment.I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT WASTE your time - I have lost over two hours of my personal time within less than 16 hours due to Ms. Steele. I texted her and said l “please remove me from your contact list” - her response was “No worries. I try to fit everyone in. But life happens. Good luck.” She did not meet her commitment - wasted my time and I still do not have the massage I wanted.“Life happens” - I would Love to able to say that to my clients!

I found Cholena on Google after searching for a message therapist that wasn’t some cookie cutter therapist. After reading the reviews I had to try her. And boy was it amazing. She was so in tune with my body. I weight lift and play hockey so I am extremely tight and larger. She knew exactly what she was doing. She followed energy in my body as it flowed to the spots issues were stemming from and worked on them. I scheduled a 90 minute massage but she worked on my for almost 2 hours. She wanted to make sure I was in a state to leave and not just be done cause time ran out. She explained everything she was doing and was very easy to talk to. I definitely plan on seeing her again, not only for deep tissue therapeutic like I did but for more relaxing style massage as well. Thank you again Cholena.

I have been seeing Cholena for the past six years for a bad back and does her aches and pains. Shes the best I live in Utah and come up to Boise once a month for at least two visits. Shes always been able to work around my schedule and work me in even if it means working Sundays or off hours. And I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

I’ve been going to Cholena for almost 2 years now, and each time she does a fantastic job working through knots and tight muscles. These massages aren’t very relaxing in the moment because she gets deep into the fascia to release the tension at the source. I usually feel a bit sore afterwards, but my muscles are noticeable more relaxed for a few days.

I Highly recommend this place! I walked in, feeling like the hunchbacks half brother, and walked out feeling like a brand new man! Very professional and relaxing environment. Very affordable pricing and well worth every penny. Easily the best place to get body work done in Idaho.

I had a recent appointment with Ms. Steele, I advised of muscle tension due to my job. After a single session, my muscles were the most relaxed they had been in years. Her professionalism, clean environment and knowledge in her field have made me a repeat customer.

I’ve seen Cholena probably ten times. Always a top notch massage. I see another reviewer was unsatisfied. I understand. However their experience, in my experience, is an abbreviation. Cholena has a strong customer service ethic.

My wife and I have both gone here. After being stuck at a desk 40+ hours a week sometimes I have issues with my neck and shoulder. Cholena is great at getting those knots out so I can enjoy life.

Wow. Thank you so much. Cholena I did t think i would ever feel good again after my car accident many chiropractor appoinments and always hurt the next day. After my first session my back was nearly pain free I didnt have to lay flat on the floor at lunch time. then after my second I havent felt that pain in months. Sorry for my late review but your the best. Wish I wouldve known how good you were wouldve saved me lots of painful days. Thank u

Cholena is absolutely amazing! She worked on me for 120 minutes and it seemed as if she entered into a trance state and her energy and movement never faltered…she did such a great Lomi Lomi massage that I felt like I was floating as I left the studio/office! She is definitely passionate about what she does…highly recommended her for anyone wanting a great professional massage!

I am thankful for finding this therapist at the clinic. Her ability to communicate stretches and things I should do post massage was always helpful!!

I have been recovering from a spinal cord injury and she has changed her massages to meet my needs. Cholena is very in tune with me. She puts me at ease, sometimes we talk and sometimes we don’t. She is intuitive and understands my needs. Her holistic approach is both relaxing and therapeutic. The environment is comfortable, clean and super relaxing. She also noted that I needed chiropractic care because of my injury… I was skeptical… but after I see Cholena, I often see Dr. Knowles and the two services together has me on the road to recovery much faster than the PT that was my only program for the past two years. Met Cholena a few years back when she bought a keyboard from me off of FB marketplace.. stumbled upon her card and gave her a call. I wish I had called sooner!
