Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. ALWAYS get my coils here. They also have 12mg flavors I havent been able to find anywhere else. I recommend imperial ice, its been my favorite for almost a year.

The owner is AWESOME. He educated me on new brands, etc. I will only buy my vape from HIS store. Very friendly place. Good vibes.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This store keeps a lot of products in stock, so its my go-to when I cant find certain coils or juice.

I haven’t ever been here till today. Super great atmosphere and they didn’t make you feel dumb. Very nice and love the new mod kit and juice I got. Very impressed and I will be coming in again for sure. Glad to be vaping clouds without having juice come up the center. Good prices too.

The guys working here are the best. Theyll make sure youre taken care of, and back their products if they break. They also dont rush you out the door and will talk you through their different options. Ill go out of my way to shop here, nowhere else can compete.

My vape was spitting juice, and Nate, the shop owner, took the time to sit down with me and explain the power my mod possessed and matched it with an atomizer that was intended to be powered by my mod. Those were things that were looked over by other vape shops. Nate, was extremely accommodating, did not push sales, and looked everything up for me on the computer to explain what I needed to know so my vape operated smoothly. It was a good experience overall, great customer service. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was on the product he was selling. It is my go to vape store now. Cool, friendly staff that know their bizness! Lots of good products to check out. Prices are pretty much even all around the valley. However, I like earning perks, (stamp cards) still for being a returning customer. Not many places still do that.Bonus, its open later than most other vape stores. (Thats how I found them originally. They won me over, so Im sticking with em!)

Place was decent however bought 3 esco bar disposables and had issues with all 3. Try to take a drag and they would shut off and start flashing all Within 5 days of purchase. I go back in because they have always been solid about taking care of defect devices. Whatever manager tried to help said ill take 7 dollars off new ones. Thatll be 55 bucks please. No way i spent 100 dollars 5 days prior and got bad devices. Lost a cutomer for good unfortunately

I came in today looking for some help and I was given all the attention I needed and informed on a bunch of different things that were important to know. I got a great deal on some new gear, a military discount, this shop has been by far the best that I have been to. Very friendly and knowledgeable service, very nice selection of premium juices at very good prices. I will definitely be back to give them my business. Im floored, just flat out excellent. Other shops should aspire to emulate this shop.

Great store! Ive been going to them for years and always leave the store satisfied. Awesome selection of flavors with something for everyone and a variety of mods for beginer to higher end ones. All the staff knows what there talking about. Do a great job at selling newbies what they need and not give them a bunch of unnecessary up selling stuff. I recommend this place to all my friends and plan on continuing to go there for any and all needs!

I got introduced to this shop by a co-worker. What a great place! Very knowledgeable staff, great selection and they offer our military personnel a discount. This shop has a little more mature atmosphere than most vape shops so if you are looking for a shop where the people (and customers) are a bit more mature, this is definitely the place to go! 2 thumbs of for John and Nate, great guys with fantastic customer service. The guys were super helpful and didnt try to upsell me at all. Gave honest info and let me decide on what would suit me best for my situation. They steared me away from buying unneeded parts to keep the cost low and gave me advice on liquids to save a bunch of money in that regard as well! They were amazing. I would highly recommend this store. Great products and great employees. I’ve gone to several of the vape shops around Boise/meridian and this one is by far the best! Skip is so knowledgeable, kind; patient, caring and the shop has great prices. They have the most variety of disposable vapes compared to every other shop. They also always have Hyde’s in stock, which is hard to find at other shops. 11/10 would recommend if you are searching for quality, and a caring staff who wants you to be happy with your purchase.

The guy at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while teaching me about the new products. I wish Id had the money on me to buy the tank he recommended. I will definately return. Also, their prices were slightly lower than other vape shops I have frequented.

I would not shop here for devices... The staff is friendly enough but I bought a sourin drop 2 and was told if there was any defects to the product to bring it back because of 30 day manufacturer warranty. The device did not work properly so I took it back and was told they could not do anything about it because the device worked sometimes. The device will work one puff then the next puff it wont do anything seems like a manufacturer defect to me.

These people are awesome. I walk into there store nearly every day just to chat, and where i prefer to do my business. They are very knowledgeable of every aspect of vaping, and any question you have to ask concerning vaping tools, they know the answer. Almost every time i walk into there store, they have new products. They are well supplied with nearly anything you may need. Customer service is excellent. These guys are real pros. I buy all my vaping toys from these guys.

Theyre always up-to-date on whatever crazy laws have recently passed regarding vaping and all the employees are No B.S. if youre trying to decide what to purchase. Theyre not about the upsell, they want to make sure that youre going to love the product you get so there is never any buyers remorse. But theyre also happy to make things right if (somehow, on the rare occasion) a wrong does occur. Unbeatable selection, customer service, and experience. Amazing shop to visit, with a wide variety of products that can fit anyones needs. Atomic vapor has it all. Found them to be rude and condescending. First time I went in I was new to vaping and asked the lady working at the time if they had any of the small vape pens like I had been ordering and she said in a rude tone, No. WE dont care stuff like that! And then turned to another customer. I didnt hold it against her because we all have bad days so after some research online I decided to go back and upgrade my vaping. The kid who helped me was nice and considerate and explained how everything worked. Then a week later I went in because I was having problems with the coils I purchased. The owner was there and I tried to explain to him what the problem was but he talked over me and never fully understood what I was trying to say so I left and figured out the problem I was having on my own. Then a couple of weeks ago I went in to purchase a new battery for my e-vod. I wanted to purchase the 1100 and the owner told me he only had blue and white in stock. I told him the blue would be fine. He rang it up and I left. When I got home I opened the package up and found not the 1100 but the 600 battery. I wasnt able to go back to the store for a few days but when I did the owner was there and when I tried to explain the problem he told me that I didnt have a receipt so for all he knew I bought it somewhere else. I told him I had the card I used and knew the exact time and date I had gone in, he told me that they dont keep records of their sales. He then asked who helped me that day, I said you did, he said well I dont know you from the 150 or so other customers who come in here everyday.I went to another store (The Vapor Lounge) today and told them all of this and also to check the battery that Atomic Vapor sold me because it wasnt working very well. They were so much nicer and much more helpful AND their prices were a lot cheaper with a larger variety of products.

Worst shop in town. Do not buy CBD cartridges from here, first one they sold me was empty and when I brought it back the second one is leaking juice and broken too. Also sold me a burnt disposable nic pen too. The guy says all sales are final and when I tell him to stop selling busted carts he says “yeah you’re right” Sketchy business doesn’t care about customer service only about making a quick buck. Choose any other vape store but here not worth losing your money.

I have been a customer for about a year and a half now, couldnt be more pleased to do business with these folks. Always a great selection of juices and mods, plus the staff are always happy to explain a new product or lend some advice for vaping issues. There are closer vape stores to where I live but there are none better than Atomic Vapor.

Bought a smok prince set up and the very next day I brought it back due to it leaking at the bottom and spitting WAY to much juice while vaping. The receipt shows 30 day return for manufacture defects. However when you take it to the owner of the store he says if its working its working. Refused to exchange. So spitting hot vape juice, spitting WAY to much while vaping and the tank leaking apparently is normal in his eyes. Even after smok has me returning to them due to it being a manufacturer defect. The owner is rude, told me to get out of his store and never come back. Called me a fat b**** and said f*** u while I was walking out. He is seriously a piece of work. I wouldnt recommend EVER going to this store. Avoid at all costs!!! Who treats people like this?

This vape store is hands down THE best !! The owner Nathan is awesome and he stands by his products with a 30 day warranty... I had a little string of bad luck the little piece that holds the vape in place cameOut of the vape and he fully replaced my vape and tank everything .. and 5 days later the new one I got (possibly my fault for using a too strong of a box charger) froze up while charging..I went in and he completely replaced my vape againNow this is 110$ vape he has now replaced two times .. I was coming here for a coupleYears then moved so I switched places .. bought a couple dud vapes about 90$ an it wasn’t even a month I had it an the store did nothing for me so I bought another An from the moment I opened it and charged it never worked ...... and THEY DID NOTHING for me ...... (clearly I shouldn’t own a vape)Haha..Anyways point is if you want to be takin care of and get your moneys worth and have piece of mind your not throwing away money on a product that’s just going to stopWorking in a month and have to replace it hundreds of dollars later ...I’d suggest you check this place out!An just to top it off Nathan and skip are really chill!!

Real solid vape shop. I used to go to a few others, and I stumbled upon this one because it was close to a buddys house. They always have just what youre looking for, and the prices are great. Ive gotten two new tanks (Aspire Triton 2 and Aspire Cleito 120) from recommendations from them, and theyve both killed it. Currently loving my new tank, and they always have a great idea of what flavor profiles are, and how juice will taste in an RDA versus a Tank. I always come in on the weekends, pick up a new juice or two, and before I even throw it in my vape I know its gonna be great because Ive either sampled it or they have enough knowledge to let me know itll be nice. 5 stars, a great vape shop! Anybody in the Treasure Valley looking for a dope place to go, this is it!

I called to asking them if they found my license I couldn’t find and they said the didn’t see any license there. Even though I have looked the streets, my wallet, my car, everywhere it could be and was hoping it was there. I wouldn’t be so upset by this but when I called they were very rude, and was making it seem like was just stupid. Even if i was the one to lose it I was trying to ask if they’ve seen it. This place doesn’t have the best costumer service, if you know what you want this is your place. If you want help or opinions or feedback on products you have to pull it out of the employees.

We have literally been to every vape shop in the Treasure Valley area, and this is by far the BEST place we have been. The customer service is outstanding (even if youre new to the vaping hobby, they never look at you weird or act disinterested in your noob questions), the mod selection is top notch (they have a wide variety of quality brands for beginners and vaping veterans), and their juice selection is the BEST. They carry the Suicide Bunny (Mothers Milk, etc.) and The Vaping Rabbit (The Milkman & Churrios) line. Always ready to let you test flavors, theyll never say Sorry, we dont have that for a sample. You can come in, sit down at one of the diner-like booths, and always feel welcome. All of this, and they honor U.S. vets and active military with a discount.Best place in Boise, hands down.

The best place to go for vapor supplys in Idaho they have the best selection of juice and they have a great amount of modzs to choose from they have them in any price range the same with the juice if you only have a little bit to spend you will still be able to get something,
