The one person that is always there when I go always has patience with me when I have problems electronically or cant find something and does their best to help me... very nice and friendly

I always am treated so kindly everytime I come. And there is one worker who is ALWAYS so kind! He is welcoming and talks and remembers me. He is one of the best workers there. Never a bad experience going there.

So either they don’t have the correct hours or they are splitting early. Arrived at 10:17 pm when stated 10:30pm as closing on google. I arrived and as I was getting out of my car I was told by a gentleman worker awaiting an Uber they were closed.

The people who work here are always wonderful. Ive been coming in here every couple of days for the last 2 years. They always have what I need.

Had a great experience! Assistant manager was very helpful, funny and enjoyable. We need more people who go beyond to help the customer as she does. During my visit it was evident that many people smiled and knew her.

Called Big smoke, had the nice man Philip answer my call. I believe it was store 108. Had questions about finding the product Delta 8. Philip helped me continue my search for the product, and pointed me to Honey Pop CBD for my best bet. Thank you, for making my call to Big smoke enjoyable and reliable.

These folks never cease to AMAZE me! I just cant say what a pleasure it is coming into this store! Always greeted with a smile and always a thank you after the sale. Not to mention they have pretty good beer prices! Keep up the good work Broadway Big Smoke!

Sure they may sell tobacco and alcohol. Both of course, vices too; but a very friendly, quick stop to get the cigarettes and alcohol or high quality cigar of your choice. I wonder though if management understands our East Boise community? Its not what they sell at the smoke shop that makes it exceptional, its the quality of the employees.Youll find that just when theyve made a point of learning your first name and your preferences, the management rotates them out of the store which is of course a poor decision.

Really glad Brittani is now at this store. We knew her from Garden City. Store is already looking cleaner and nice to see a friendly face. I think its what this store needed.

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me, even offering personal monetary contribution. I know they wont every time nor should they it isnt fair however they definitely made an impact because they were WILLING and able. Thank you guys/gals again!

Watch out. The lady at the register gave me change that included a $1 bill with one end chopped off - totally unusable. Didnt notice until I had driven home already.

The store is a great stop for what they carry and the staff is exceptional. I can always find what I need plus a little more. Easy in and out.

This store has seriously improved the past few weeks, Smells better, always stocked and very friendly and efficient staff. The new manager has really shaped this store up!

Ive been coming here for years. They were out coils that I needed as usual, except the full display package and one on top of that. Refused to sell it to me. Wasted trip, gas, time. What a joke. Go somewhere else

All stores are great Tobacco Connection and Big Smoke except Tobacco Connection on Boise Avenue and protest. Was there Saturday night and both employees were very rude!!!!

Not a huge selection for vape products but what they do have is decent..the customer service is what earned the 5 stars
