Bought five vape from them Thursday. The off stamp watermelon, which is my favorite, stopped working that night. I was puffing all five. I love variety. The spice of life. Anyway... brought it in here today, Saturday the 4th of May and the guy working gave me the dumbest look when I explained what happened. Without looking at my orders, doing absolutely nothing for customer service, he says we dont do replacements once you leave the store. Im done with this shop. Unprofessional to say the least. I would choose another vape shop. Theres many others.

Got to go where the flavors at. New to it so Im finding what I like. Couple thing I like not tasting or smelling like an ashtray and being able to get juice without or with nicotine. Freedom. And the people they employ. Thumbs up...

The place has really gone down hill since Anthony Reed left. Its dirty and poorly managed . The only good thing is Jenn and Ezikel they are holding the place together best they can . Upper management issues has ran this company to the ground to sad really . My advice Go anywhere else for vape supplies

Worst customer service and nothing but attitudes when you ask questions. The manager needs a reality check for sure. Would not recommend going to this place. Better off going to a better shop especially when it comes to talking to customers...

I recently just started vaping to quit smoking, and three out of four times i have purchased a disposable novo i went here because of three things. First hands down the best service. The gentleman and gal that helped me were awesome and super nice. Second before i left the store, they had me open it up and try it to make sure A. I liked the flavor and B so that it worked. 💪👏👊... And lastly they are open the lastest out of all the others in the valley. Kudos to the employees here who represent this company in a manner that I would hire them myself. Ty so much.

Hell yeah, I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’ve never vaped before, like me. The Assistant Manager and one of their employees walked me through EVERYTHING, and didn’t try to up-sell me, like most people do these days. I put my trust in their suggestions, and within 15 minutes I was set up with a new device, and two flavors that that hit the spot. I don’t think we are supposed to name names, but I personally want to thank Max and Ashley for getting me set up without any pressure or problems. See ya soon.

MJ was extremely fast and knowledgeable as well as patient with me. She knew a lot about the products and did not hesitate to fulfill everything. She even told me about the discounts going on for new years.She set the mark for how employees should be. Thank you MJ.

I went to 10693 ustick Rd the Newest VAPE store in town. It was immaculately clean and very organized. The manager MJ was so sweet. She hooked me up with everything I asked for an more. She was full of knowledge and her recommendation for a new flavor disposable, was on point. Her customer service is outstanding. I recommend anyone who vapes to visit this store.

Ive been to a lot of VAPEs throughout the Valley and nothing beats my experience here. I think I may have two Google reviews under my belt. The customer service from Nicholas was so prompt and professional; it deserved a review. Thank you for your help. In the year 2022 where employees are not given enough recognition which has led to a decrease in customer service quality, give this fella a plaque to put on the wall for setting the appropriate bar.

Great staff and very willing to help, only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the fact it’s a small shop and they rarely have any spearmint or mint flavors which are the only ones that I like.

This is a small shop, but surprisingly reputable and really chill staff. Super nice people, and good selection. I quit vaping but still was a great spot.

Jennifer at store 6418 was incredible, she helped me find the perfect vape, and answered all my obnoxious questions with patience and grace! What a treasure!!

Employee was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about finding the right products for me. Very good customer service. Things are looking a lot better than years ago. Now Dec 2021, would recommend 10/10 for customer service. Not robotic and not pushy, just like talking to a friend or aquaintance.

The clerk kid was very knowledgeable and greeted my wife and me. He didnt make us feel out of place. Helped us with what we wanted. Definitely be going back.

The two men that run the store are probably the nicest people that Ive dealt with in a long time and theyre both quitting why is that? Mostly cuz the company sucks

If I could give NO STARS I would but that isnt an option! The man who helped, and use that word VERY loosely, us was very rude! Gave no advice or help in his products whatsoever!! It was like pulling molar teeth to spend money in his store. If my son wasnt on his way to work we would have gone to a different place. You can be sure that we will NEVER go back and will tell those I know about the reception and lack of service or gratitude for spending money at this business! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

So i have a LE-80 with the lifetime warranty. They break often, are universally hated, and i dont think VAPE sells many of them, will not be around much longer. Not a hot or profitable item at all.The process for swapping them has always been me handing over the old one, issue written on a sticky note, and placed in old box for disposal (manufacturer return?)I went into the fairview location 05/29 around 17:30 attempting to do this routine swap when i was stymied by ashley, a short, curly haired gal wearing an army sweater. I told her what we needed and she recited the standard return policy.She said they werent in inventory and i asked her to look in the computer to see where they were in stock.I told her this one was different about return policy and asked her to call manager to clarify. She stepped into other room and asked if they carried the le-80, what store return policy was.She comes out with a victorious smile and says its 6 months, not in stock.At that moment i saw the le-80’s in the bottom right corner of the display next to register. So i said“oh, there they are. Ive been doing this for years, i think we need to ask the manager the right questions. Can you call them back?” She said this elongated overly sweet no. I tried to reason with her but she really seemed to relish repeating no over and over.I didn’t realize VAPE was in the practice of hiring petty sadists. I mean they might as well invest in id scanners and automated dispensers cause ive gotten better help from digital vending machines.What a weird girl.

These people are so great. So kind and informative and it was a really fun experience I didnt feel talked down to or judged for my lack of knowledge or like they were trying to make a sale. This is the only place I will go!!! Best service by far than any other shop Ive been in. Awesome experience!!!

First off, VAPE is offering a discount for positive google reviews so don’t trust all the positive reviews…Had multiple problems with hardware and customer service. Don’t even bother trying to return an item to this store as their return policy is absolutely ridiculous, made worse by the fact that they’re selling outdated devices ( discontinued). Trying to email their corporate office ? Don’t expect a response. Wish I could leave a zero star review…

We have decided to never enter this store again. We were loyal customers. I took my boxmod in and show the person the exact coils I needed. The person looked at my tank which says TFV9 right on it. He sold me a box as they do not sell individual coils. I went home and looked at the box. There were 3 large 4 port coils for a T6. Huge. We went right back. We told him and he said. Oh I see, its my mistake. OK can we exchange them for the right ones? No, unfortunately the fda wont allow me to exchange or refund. But it was youre mistake..... True, but I cannot do anything. You can buy the right ones at another $25. No, you admitted its your mistake, and we dont have another $25. Welp, Im sorry. Is there anything else I can do for you?SERIOUSLY?We tried logic, to no avail. He took back the ones we bought, donated 3 nonmesh and one was fried. He also failed to provide a receipt at pos and when we requested one. We then went to a cool vape store near our home. Im very very disappointed as Ive been loyal for years. They lost a customer. He said it didnt matter. Buh-bye.

Normally I love coming here but today kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I bought a five pack of smok v8baby-m0. 1.5 and two out of the give pack didnt work so I brought them back after taking my vape to a store closer to my house they had no clue why they wouldnt work either. Went back to vape and guy asked me if I had a receipt I said no I was told I dont need receipts they are kept in there system when they ring you up and take your phone number for points. I said can you not look them up he said no hes just an assistant manager that the manager only has access. He did offer me a discount if I wanted to purchase more which no thanks. I asked when the manager would be in. This place is great but you would think the assistant manager would be able to do returns and look up accounts. If thats the case and you need a receipt I would advise the staff to not tell customers that it is stored in the system.

Horrible customer service by both the assistant manager and store manager Yasmine. Bought a brand new item yesterday and it didnt work at all so I went to return the item today and the assistant manager trys it to see if it works for him, which it didnt. So he sits theres tinkering with it trying to fix it for 10 minutes and I told him that I no longer want the item I want my money back. Which they refused to do and even started to argue with me while his manager Yazmine sat there watching on saying that the vape was used which it couldnt have been used since it never worked to begin with even the manager said it wasnt used but they considered used an open box. On their receipt it clearly states that you can return items up to 30 days if unused not that the box cant be open and juice put into the vape. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!

The manager lady is always so polite and has great customer service. I dont live by this vape but go there because she knows her products and is so pleasant

I walked in as a local business manager to purchase some batteries for some of my stores product and instead of a decent and respectful greeting I got screamed at by the workers behind the counter telling me im too close even tho I eas the only person inside not just that but if your looking to shop I hope you bring binoculars because you cant step two feet past the front door after they kicked me out my boss went over to try and make the purchase that they refused me. Upon asking to make purchase they refuse beacuse I had tried I know Im only 20 but my boss is a 40 year old business owner whom you just highly disrespected and will no longer recive any business from me or my associates. Shame on Vape for being so rude and unhelpful in these already hard times for small buisness owners

I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Today I went in looking to maybe try a new juice. The Vapista remembered my go to juice and recommended three similar juices, with a full description and recommendation, just like that. This place has it down!

Staff is not very knowledgeable about products they dont specifically sell. So if you have a general question about mods that arent sold there, they really have no answers for you. Good selection of juice is about the only plus.

I dont live in Boise, but I travel here a lot and one night at the hotel realized that I didnt have my vape juice. I googled vape shops near me and I went to Vape.They had everything I needed and the juice I like on hand. Plus, they were close enough, but if they didnt have the open sign on Google, I might have missed going there. Many of the shops close an hour before this one. I felt lucky that I could find it in the dark in a town I dont know and thanks to a web search I found the shop.Wow, they have everything. All the latest stuff and its very attractive with all the glass and mirrors it looked a lot bigger.Now one of my daughters is living in Boise and I plan too follow soon. I will be there visiting and getting to know the City.But, you can be certain that when Im in Boise and need my vape. This is where I go.Out of town lady.Yes, I do recommend this shop. Stop in if youre ever in Boise or just traveling through, itll be worth the stop because theyll have what you need...... Well, most likely..

Why one star I’ll explain! Customer service 5 stars but for the ego cigarette one star WARNING ppl do not buy product Aspire Zelos the price is $64 the silver metal shield around charging port come out after one two months and it’s gonna be very difficult to charge your Aspire zelos :( very un quality product i have exchange one time after my first purchase and after two months the second one break down too i went back to the store and they make a good deal for me without any argues to VOOPOO DRAG!!! So much better product than freaking Aspire Zelos.

This store like all of the VAPE stores in the Treasure Valley is the premiere vaping shop. Any brand, flavor and type of vaping juice can be found here, as well as a huge variety of vaping tanks, batteries and accessories. If you want or need anything for your vaping experience, they have it. The staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable.The VAPE stores are the only chain that we do business with anymore. Theres no reason to go anywhere else.

Frequent change of staff. Seems like the staff who care are the ones who leave. Although recently, some very knowledgeable and helpful people have stayed.

My only complaint is that there is always only one person working and every time my boyfriend goes in to buy juice he has to wait 20 minutes while the employee is fixing another customers vape or helping another customer test every juice in the shop...
