Ive been coming here for close to 6 years now as they are the last place that carries halo (cant seem to find anything else out there that I like as much as tribeca). The owner and her son are great and all the other employees are too. Ive never had anything even remotely resembling a bad experience here

Deleted my review in error - this has been one of the most reputable vape shops in the Valley for a long time. Tawni specializes in hard to find devices, prices are great, and service is top notch. I need to visit again soon!

Theyre so friendly and knowledgeable. They have anyways had great advice on flavors and devices. Ive been going here for over a year now, and wont go anywhere wise. Real solid good people!!

Been coming to this vape shop for about a year now and I have to say, hands down best shop in boise. Family owned and easily the best customer service. Everyone Ive ever encountered has been informative and very kind. They really make you feel welcomed! Their selection is really nice and if they dont have what youre looking for they can get it in for you! And they have the best mascot in town!

The employees are nice and helpful but man it stinks in there. I’ve been in 3-4 times and its always smelled like someone just smoked a ton of pot, or wreaks of patchouly and body odor, or both. Im not necessarily against it, but I don’t use and really don’t enjoy walking into a hotboxed business, worried that I’m walking out smelling like pot. I’ll definitely be finding another Vape shop.

I’m writing this review way to late, I’ve loved this place for years! I’ll go out of my way to buy here. The selection is huge. The owner is a genuine person, I Like interactions with happy people. 😊 AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING thing about this place is the double punch cards. If you pay cash you get double the points towards a free purchase. Seems like I’m always getting freebies here!

Everybody is so genuinely nice... walking into the shop felt welcoming. Relaxing environment...I dont feel rushed... Everyone has been so helpful for all of my questions. And a sweet little pup to greet me at the door! What more could I ask for? I have always walked out of there with a smile. I would never go to another vape shop... I definitely will be a repeat customer!!!

Absolutely amazing. The lady was sooo nice over the phone and so welcoming in person. This is the first place we have found that sells no nic juice. She even showed me the discount bin to see if I could find a juice I liked there instead of paying full price. Amazing experience and I will definitely be back.

Listen guys, I was the worst kind of customer I came in right as they had closed with a small vape emergency. A vape I had bought there was guaranteed to last 3000 hits and had dies shortly after buying. I walked in, the dude at the counter assessed the issue, and swapped it out for a new one. Was in and out in less than a minute. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone asking. Great, friendly staff, good pricing, and quality products.

Ive been shopping with Tawni and Dan at Vapertec for 4 plus years and would go an hour out of my way to shop there. It all started when I went in there frustrated with smoke shop vapes that broke after a week of use. Set me up with something not to expensive but reliable is where it all started. Tawni educated me on why they started the shop and its cause and mission. Incredibly Knowledge and fact driven information on bad stuff vs. what they sell and promote. Impressive for sure !! And nice to walk in to a Cheerful Hi Rob EVERYTIME !! Youre the best guys !!

The owner and employees are the nicest people! Between that and their selection, and the fact that they will let you special order things make them my #1 shop for e-cigarette supplies. They’ve really helped me figure out what I needed, and the lack of frustration means that sticking to vaping was easy- now I’m down to zero nicotine. If you’re already on the bandwagon, they’re great people to get supplies from. If you’re smoking, visit these guys and they’ll set you on the right path to ditching the old cancer sticks. (Side note- I tried patches, and gum. I did the cold turkey thing, and it lasted a few years. But some of us backslide, and vaping worked better to get rid of nicotine than anything else I tried. I’m not saying it’s a healthy habit, but it’s a start!)

Most friendly and helpful upbeat staff and you can bring your dog in there they got dog treats. If you have a mod you can usually sample juices for less than a dollar

I’m not a smoker but I do believe in CBD products. I had questions and they had answers. Best people in town to talk to from gummies to lotions. They have it all and knowledgeable people to help you make the right choices for you.

Great place to go if youre not a vape hobbyist. Trying to quit smoking and the folks here were pleasant and easy to deal with. Did use a bunch of big fancy vaper terms, just answered the questions I had and recommended the product for me.

The staff are always so friendly and the selection of disposables are varied. Lots of choices for flavors and puffs. Wont go wrong here.
