Crazy Smokes

I go in here 1-3 times a week and spend plenty of my hard earned dollars Expecting non malfunctioning products.I buy vapes and delta products only. But every time and I mean every time i go to this store my products malfunction.And most of the time if you take your product back they will try to get out of refunding you or they will give you the exact same thing you just brought back to them (knowing its about to do the same exact thing as your 1st one)Over all Im a very dissatisfied customer because the issue of the matter has not been fixed and it keeps repeating

The owners and employees are really nice. They have a large selection of just about anything you would be looking for in a tobacco shop. Their prices are pretty good. Similar to other tobacco shops in town.

Excellent customer service and professionalism, I was in today when a fellow customer was berating the gentleman behind the counter Zach, even though he was doing everything he could to help her, his attitude in dealing with the blatantly disrespectful customer showed his maturity and restraint that I do not have myself, I see she wrote a negative review on here and I wanted to do my part in shedding some light on the actual encounter that took place. I would 10/10 recommend this store to anyone who would like to support a friendly and local shop.

Best tobacco store in Boone hands down! Will never go to another store in Boone again, this place has it all and beats prices on every store in town. Moe is an amazing manager with great employees and makes everyone feel welcome and at home, extremely knowledgeable on all his inventory. 11/10 experience every single time!

The second star is for the good service I’ve received in the past. Frequent customer. I returned a product the last time I went in because it had a one year warranty. I was told I could refund or swap out and chose to swap out upon the promise that I could bring it back again within the year warranty. I went in this morning and Zach was there. He told me he couldn’t do that but I could come back in an hour. I told him I couldn’t could he contact whoever needed to approve it. He called Mo who said it was too far out - the receipt is for October. I still have it with the one year warranty. He yelled ‘HIS WORDS NOT MINE!’ When I said I understood but was disappointed at the customer service then tried to serve another couple that came in behind me because he didn’t want to ‘deal with it’. Horrible customer service.

Been here multiple times and every employee has trouble understanding what you ask for, Ive asked for several popular brands of coils I have 13 different tanks and they dont have any of them , they always say can I see or what size is that, lol ,sub ohm coils dont have sizes. They are brand specific and they have no clue what brands they have or any clue on vape products in general, the only reason they are getting 2 stars ⭐⭐ is because they are friendly otherwise it would have been 1 star ⭐

Muhammad is a great manager!! Works hard and shows enthusiacst customer service. Words doesn’t account for how great he is!!! He deserves a raise hands down. I’m a business manager, and without doubt would give him his own store. Please acknowledge this, he is hands down the best!

The manager Moe is the coolest dude Ive ever met. Every time I go in there hes in a good mood and asks me how Im doing. Not to mention, he will order something for you if he dosnt have it in stock! Id go in there and want a certain flavor Airbar or Rellos and if he didnt have it he would the next time I went in there! Id honestly give this store 10 stars if I could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice little smoke shop, guys that work there are helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vape, or accessories. However if you are buying some glass ware or anything like that, save your money. All the glass ware is overpriced. Now if you know how to haggle, you might get some off of the sticker price. Unfortunately if you have a need for a essential oil vaporizer (O.B.) the $14.99 is a firm price. For those go to smoke rings, $2.00 all day, and if you buy in bulk then they will hook you up. 😉

Muhammad is a very friendly and customer service focused store manager. he has great selection and prices of products and always wants his customers to be pleased. This store should be your first stop when looking for a smoke shop.

I love this shop. I stop here for both tobacco and vape products and have never been disappointed in either department. My experience is always quick and pleasant, as the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help each customer find exactly what theyre looking for. The owner spends a lot of time in the shop and really seems to care about fostering good relationships with his customers.

As I stepped through those hallowed doors of the store, I felt a feeling of overwhelming euphoria wash over my whole body. I saw Zach, through my teary eyes, standing friendly and hopeful, behind the gleaming glass counter. The opulent product selection was almost too great for a mere mortal like me to comprehend. But Zach, stepping from behind his crystalline throne, was my holy guide in this magnificent space. He laid down the path for me to follow, my destiny. We engaged in the age old tradition of currency exchange. The exchange was, dare I say, spiritual. I proved my age to him, then he bestowed upon me my prize, his boon. I thanked him, then thanked our creator. I turned my back on him and headed for the exit. Before I reached the threshold, I turned around, and mouthed thank you, to which Zach shaped his body into a low bow, smiling. I stepped out into the cold evening, still tingling with the remnants of my experience. Thank you Zach of Crazy Smokes.

Great place to shop with plenty of selection and a staff that really works with you. I’m picky, and when they didn’t have the brand I wanted I was expecting no help. Everyone in the area has been impacted with supply problems. Instead they went out of their way to let me sample different liquids and even let me return a liquid I had just bought in favor of another one until I was happy. I’ll be a customer for life!

Very convenient location for students and people who live by Ingles. Wonderful staff and they do awesome discounts on specific items for students and seniors and military members. They sell mostly everything youre looking for. Cigars, Vape products, and all tobacco products including glass. Really great shop with an awesome variety.

Dont know the guys name, but I bought my first vape stick there he was super helpful. He showed me all of the simple vapes and answered all of my questions. Love this place, will definitely come here often.

I go to that store every day and buy stuff and was refused service today i told the clerk to call his manager because the owner of the store knows me very well and knows that i am 23 all i had was 7 bucks and my pjs on and he refused to call his manager to confirm who i am cause and told me to leave if the managers are reading this know i wont be back for a while .i mainlygo there because of the cool owners not for some kid to tell me to leave.

The owner is nice and helpful I purchased the wrong coil for my ecig he exchanged it and helped me find the coil I needed I will make more purchases here I am still purchasing my ecig juice and coils for my ecig here there hours are nice and the employees are super helpful check it out they also carry cigars and lots of other items they have the salt juice ecigs and regular mod boxes lots of different flavors and brands to choose from they are open late 11 p.m. or later own the weekends especially which is nice if you need to get something for your e cig if they are busy sometimes they stay open later its very convenient and I dont have to go all the way in town they are located in the Ingles shopping center own hwy 105 I used to get affordable and quality products from crazy smokes but for the last few months I have had trouble I purchased three TFV16 replacement coils and only 1 out of three this last time worked its getting adgervating I have had lots of coils that were the smok TFV16 replacement coils that I didnt even get to use they have been bad before the are used and I couldnt get any help at all actually they knocked 2 off my next purchase Ive Vaped for six years or more never had this much trouble with smok TFV16 replacement coils I had a smoke mag and upgraded a couple years ago to the updated version of the smok mag it would be nice if they would offer to reach out to smok or me or there customers

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. No matter who is working, they usually have a smile on there face. They have a large selection of tobacco products, faily priced too!

Love this store. Great prices and has everything you can think of,as far as cigars,wraps,water pipes,cigarettes and so much more. Plus a great location.

Googled the hours and online it said it was open until 12 am but when I drove there, the shop was closed in the middle of the day.
