Ive been a loyal patron of this establishment for quite some time now, and recently I had an interaction with one of their staff members who recommended trying out the Ghost Spirit blend gummies, priced around $30-$40, for a more enhanced experience. However, upon encountering an issue with the product, I was disappointed to discover that their customer service fell short of my expectations. Despite the employees efforts, the situation required the intervention of the owner, highlighting a lack of accountability and product support that is uncommon in businesses of this nature. Regrettably, this experience has left me questioning the integrity of their practices and has resulted in my decision to take my business elsewhere.

First time customer today! Amazing employees and environment! The guy that helped me was extremely chill and courteous. Prices were extremely fair! I will most definitely be shopping with smoke rings and I will also recommend to them highly!

My wife, tried getting a vape from this shop and the guy inside said she can not come in with our child. I do not feel it is right for them to tell her she has to basically leave him in the car in order to get a vape. Not right at all.

I bought a water pipe from smoke rings and since it was a week old I couldn’t return it. It had a little crack on it. I didn’t know it was broken. I never even used it but one time and realized that it was broken. I’m not going to smoke they wouldn’t let me trade it in. $150 piece. Thanks a lot

I had to go in this place to get me some tips for my Lookah device. I have a lot of selection of water pipes and to my surprise they had a brand new thing and it just came out that day which was the microdosing mushroom bars. I havent tried them yet but Im hoping to have a great time with them hopefully well do what I need to do but I was very surprised and pleasantly and very happy the woman thats working with really nice and help me get what I needed to get. Its by far one of the better quality quantity and nicer products that Ive seen in a smoke shop in a long time. Smoke Rings was recently running a deal were if you bought two Hyde 4500 puff rechargeable vapes you also get a 2500 puff Hyde for free. The only reason i decided to go through with the purchase was because i was getting another vape for free. Great deal right? Wrong. I essentially paid full price for both vapes and recieved a “free” vape that’s juice looked like old maple syrup and the juice tasted disgusting and burnt. When returning to smoke rings to see if i could exchange the vape I was told by the young man working the front “sorry that’s why they were free” and when beginning to feel frustrated by the lack of help I started asking questions about the initial deal and was told off again by the young man saying “ you got your free vape bro, get out!” This young man should re-evaluate if he wants to continue working in a customer service profession. I’ve never had an issue before with Smoke Rings but now after this experience i would advise using caution when purchasing from them or to take your business elsewhere.

Love this place - huge range/variety of products, beautiful/unique displays, highly knowledgeable/friendly staff. Always a special experience because there is so much to explore. Highly recommend. One of the most premier and exceptional smoke shops North Carolina has to offer for sure, you wont be disappointed! :)

3 in the afternoon today we went in and the female manager aggressively reprimanded an employee for her own mistake. Extremely unprofessional. I dont wanna know how she treats them when customers ARENT around. The rest of the staff was great, even the woman getting fussed at.

Very nice! Cool, unique and neat merchandise to choose from. Staff are nice, professional and willing to help with anything. The prices are sometimes a little steep but thats Boone for you.

We came here on recommendation of the staff at blue flowers CBD up the road. They had a ton of selections of pieces for exactly what we needed. The staff was exceptionally helpful and chitchatted with us as we shopped. Loved the experience.

Place has been on a downhill slope for a very long time, more and more China and less American blown stuff. The Chinese stuff has always been there but it’s almost like that’s all they have anymore. I for the most part really like all the employees but it’s my guess that management is pushing them in this direction of buying the cheapest possible glass and putting a huge retail price on it. For a while I have continued to patron this store for items like butane and papers and that kind of thing due to the good service, but after the last time I went in and saw Glass Labs 303 had taken up a hefty section I have decided I will no longer be doing business with this location.

I love going into this place it such a beautiful place and the people are absolutely amazing so nice and kind. The employees are amazing at teaching you about the products such patient people.

Great place to get about everything you need to smoke whatever, lol! You will not be let down , its a phenomenal place to go to get any and every paraphernalia you ever needed. And their prices is very reasonable.

Was looking to update my glass. The staff was very helpful in explaining all the variety of merchandise. Bought several things and was able to get a discount.

Bought a glass pen, and their cheapest torch. Tested out both last night while moon watching. Both are holding up well, and the staff were very helpful.

This review is only if you came from the cigar search. they seem like nice people, but they no longer sell cigars. If youre looking for a cigar place in boone try smokes n more. It does not come up on the cigar search, but they have a nice, if limited, cigar selection.

They charge a visa card 3% of the purchase. They profit off charging more for no reason. I will never go back.

Smokes Rings was the place to go. One stop for everything. Dude was a big help and Handled everything very professionally even with the shop full of people. I appreciate a place we can go in in there happy to help you.
