Exceptional service from the gentleman working in the afternoon on Monday, June 5th. Ole boy was waiting on the floor for us, provided recommendations without asking, helped us assess the value of our options, etc. Give him a raise. Wonderful experience. That was a real man.

Don’t go here. The people who work here are very nice. But the vapes are very fake. I got three lost Mary vapes and they were all fake. And they’re over priced. I paid more than any other shop in Boone and they aren’t even legit. Go to the place by Los Arcoios. They’ll take care of you.

The store is amazing, theyre always so polite to me, and they always have what I need. Efrion the assistant manager is an amazing person hes so funny and always great at his job, because he is so attentive. He is makes you feel at home in the store. Joe the manager of the store is just the best, he used to work at the store I frequently go to and he is by far one of the best people if youre looking for amazing customer service. My experience as a customer is beyond the best I have ever seen. He truly cares about you having a great time during the entire transaction. So please do yourself a favor and go visit these guys at this amazing store.

I strongly, strongly suggest that you visit this store. The new owner, Landon, has taken Mellow Vapes to a whole new level! One stop shop! They have tons of new vapes and honestly, Ive never been in a vape shop that had so many juices to choose from. The good stuff, too! I always ordered online and now I dont have, too! Also, if they dont carry something that you want, hell order it from his supplier. Boone has a few vape shops, but this is by far my go to! I wish them nothing but the best! Just go it and youll see. Great customer service and selection! This week I bought one of their discount juice bottles and a coil, but the juice had gone pretty bad. I came in with my receipt and asked for another bottle. Not only did they give me a better juice AND add my desired nicotine, but they gave me a new coil to make up for the nasty one. The guy was super understanding and helpful, and the new juice was fantastic. These people really know what they’re doing, and I highly recommend them.

Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had in a vape shop. Joe is not only incredibly knowledgeable, hes willing to go that extra mile to make sure youve got everything you need and tell you all the tips and tricks of any device you want to pick up. I just needed to update my already 5 star review to a 100 Starz! The 2 main people Ive seen working here are amazing and the guy who runs it is a real one I highly recommend all vapers to stop wasting you time and money at those other crazy price gouging slap in the face stores and instead go to mellow vapes. Its always the best pleasant experience and they earned every star and then some. They even helped me find the best juice I ever had recently and its the frozen fruit monster banana flavor and the berries bust especially the banana its like a punching banana runt candy! Only place I go when I’m in Boone! The store is always clean and smells good. They have several juices that I’ve never been able to get anywhere else Everyone has been really nice every time I’m in there. They will talk with you and make sure you get exactly what you want. Very friendly snd knowledgeable And helpful staff. It feels like you’re around friends when you go in!

Ive made a lot of trips to this particular Mad Vapes and everytime has been a great experience. These people know their stuff. Good prices (I mean you can always find a better deal online but I see it as a markup for knowing youre getting a legit product, no clones, and helpful customer service). And theyve got a great selection of juice and mods. 10/10 would vape again.

Joe is a great guy. He has been my vape guy since he helped me quitsmoking a few years ago. Always helpful and has as much knowledge on all the products as anyone I have dealt anywhere. Actually probably more knowledge than most. I am an older guy and he has great!!!

Most of my friends have recommended I try vaping and I was unsure of doing so. I never liked all the work I have seen them put into getting coil set up. Joe was able to help me fine the perfect low maintenance vape for me as well as knowledgeable on vape juices that contains peanuts and honest if he wasnt sure (I have an allergy) I was set up with great juice and a pen at a awesome price. I am in this store at least once a week since the store opened. Every time I am there they are always out of everything that I may be interested in. It’s always the same thing. “It’s discontinued or we are out.” We are ordering it but it doesn’t come in.” At some point the excuses need to stop. Stock your product or shut your doors.

Dillon was amazing. This store has so much to offer. The vape oil is a better quality. Plus they have their house blends. This store is the go to place for your vape. And a plus they are cheaper for your vape accessories.

Sixth visit and seems like the normal, dont have what you need or looking for. Clover app usedto work and now doesnt recognize Boone NC. Might be a clue, theyre days are limited.
