I thoroughly enjoyed my most recent visit to High Life, this was my first time in since my college days and I was greeted with such warm reception thanks to Ashley. Her expertise helped me to pick out my new vaporizer and was such a pleasure to work with. Thank yall for keeping such great hospitality all these years later!

Hunter was really friendly and taught me so much! Personally a bit “green” and had no idea what to get. He helped me put together a great first set up. I feel really good about everything I bought & did not feel pressured whatsoever to spend more than my stated budget, which is why I didn’t buy at another store, much happier I went here where Hunter was able to help! Thanks again 10/10

I was out of town from Virgina and was dying for flower. I looked this place up and went. I have to say amazing product, amazing staff, excellent prices. I was helped by a lovely woman named Saige who gave me amazing recommendations. Definitely will be telling friends about this place

Saige was beyond helpful! I was looking for some sort of pen that would help me relax along with help relieve my anxiety and depression. Considering I was fairly new to pens I was so nervous. Now I’m excited to try the one I ended up buying. Due to Saige making me feel super comfortable and knowledgeable about what I’m actually buying and using. Definitely will be returning soon. ☺️

The person who helped was terrible. The customer service was terrible and when I asked for a 10 mm I was told that they did not know and did not have a ruler or any way to measure. They gave me a 14 mm, I paid for 2 lighters that were not bagged up, and I will never go back into this shop ever again.

I was trying to buy a present for a friend at High Life and Daisy introduced me to the new Lost Mary Turbo - cherry Strazz flavor. My friend absolutely loved it. Daisy was super knowledgeable about the product and provided great customer service

Purchased a 50$ item, called a few minutes after leaving the store because the item was clogged and not firing immediately after opening, they refused to replace. Went in store to talk to them about it and they acted very shifty and awkward when bringing up an issue that THEY COULD RESOLVE. And wouldn’t really say anything other than “yeahhhh I understand, sorry you’re unhappy.” Customer service is key in a business and at least be professional when a customer comes to you calmly. Rather than shifty and awkward.

I came into high life off of one of my friends recommendations and didn’t know any information about the products, Sage got my friends and I righttt telling us everything we needed to know! Highly recommend and appreciate all the workers there.

They were super helpful with me. I bought two Hyde disposables and both of them were duds, completely dead. They swapped them out for me, no problems at all and were very friendly the entire time. Definitely recommend, but be sure to check your disposables before you leave haha.

Went in yesterdayCustomer service was rad, i was helped first by a girl in training who was friendly and then by the manager who was extremely sociable in the best of ways, knew what he was talking about, and was very friendly. Basically, you can tell the employees enjoy their jobs and that improved my customer experience big time.The manager was very honest, took his time showing me different items and explaining them, and in the end I was very happy with my purchase.

Went to pick up a few things, and they were super nice! The glass was reasonably priced and very pretty. They even let us bring our puppy inside as long as we held her. Will definitely go back!

Definitely the best smoke shop Ive ever been to in my life, and Ive been to many. The owners and staff are super nice, friendly, helpful and social, one of the owners paints absolutely incredible pictures at which they sell, one them which I feel in love with immediately (Green Bastard). I came in to buy a piece for a water pipe, they didnt have the one I was looking for at the time, however they offered me a great deal on a new water pipe all together. Just the friendly personalities of the staff is enough to draw u in over and over again. If u ever need anything smoke related products THIS is the absolutely best place you could ever stumble across.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GRADE A+ QUALITY PIERCER, LOOK NO FURTHER. Theres a lot of things i absolutely love about this shop. The owners are super nice and great conversationalist, they are the most genuine shop owners Ive ever met who arent out to get your money and make your presence feel appreciated. The jewelry and other items are pricey but for the type of material they are selling, its super cheap! But what brought me to writing this review was the piercer. Erin is so fantastic and Im blessed to have her as a local piercer, I have went to piercing shop after piercing shop to get my nose pierced and every single time my nose has rejected the piercing. ive had my nose pierced a total of four times, and this previous fourth time was my final time thanks to her! Erin pierced my nose one time before and although it rejected it, she was ready to try a new technique when I decided to come back and try getting it pierced one more time. Ive had the stud in for almost 7 months, trouble free!! THANK YOU!!!

Every time I go to high life I have a great experience. The store is always organized and everything is displayed perfectly. Customer service is fantastic here. Every time I walk in someone greets me and everyone is very knowledgeable on glass pipes. Now they also have a great e cig selection and candles and inscents. Favorite smoke shop by far!:)

Amazing place, wide selection of vape products- juices, coils, mods, you name it. Vast selection of pipes as well as other smoking essentials. The staff has been very friendly as well. The past couple of times Ive been by, one of the employees, Ash, has been super helpful in finding products Ive wanted. She also gave solid recommendations on different salt based nicotine juices, and helped me choose a new vaporizer pen.

Horrible establishment and customer service. Do not patronize this poor excuse for a business. I purchased a bottle of ejuice that was supposed to be 3mg nicotine, after the sale was made I looked at the bottle and noticed it was a 6mg. I asked to exchange it for the correct mg. The girl working referred me to an obscure sign on the other side of the room and said no all sales are final. They refused to correct the issue at all. Screw this place!

So I was just taking a wonderful mountain trip out with my boyfriend and I ran out of coils while there :/ so I looked up the nearest vape shop in town and I found this gem! The guy that helped me find my exact coils, Josh, was very helpful and I even got a new flavor that he reccomended! It’s awesomeee!!! Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

We spent $36 here buying 4 pop disposables, when we got them home all 4 were burnt within 10 hits. I called seeing if we can exchange them for ones that aren’t burnt but they said once it leaves the store there’s nothing they can do and offered 10% off to get more. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get ripped off

I came to visit my friend and realized I’d forgotten to bring my juice with me so I stopped in. Josh was very helpful in telling me his favorite flavors and what he thinks I would like. I walked out with more product knowledge and a new favorite flavor!

Over priced for poorly made products, as well as products that simply don’t work. Have gotten multiple products that have only worked for a much shorter amount of time than they were supposed to, or don’t work at all. Sometimes there’s nice employees there, other times they seem like they don’t even want to be there.

Ash and Justin were SUPER helpful when I went in to pick out a vape. I had no knowledge about Vapes and they were able to tell me what I could get for the best price. I left feeling very satisfied with my shopping experience. Thanks guys!!!

I bought a vape pen from them. It stopped working within 48 hours. They agreed it was defective, but refused to do anything about it. Passed me off to the manufacturer. They will not stand behind their products. Not sure why they wouldnt simply give me store credit and send it back to the manufacturer themselves. They would have kept a customer and it wouldnt have cost them anything. Lesson learned.

Terrible customer service!!! I visited the store while on vacation this past weekend. I left with 2 vapes that didnt work at all. Ended up having to make 3 trips back to high life because the employees really dont know the product they are selling. This resulted in me having to visit a different store to resolve my issue. To top it all off the second vape never worked so the manager of the store didnt offer any solutions for any of these issues I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this store!!

I came in curious about the shop, Justin helped walk me through alot of the products and helped me settle on some nighttime brownies, a new favorite of mine!

I just bought a $160 water pipe and I get home and see it has a crack in the stem. I will not be shopping here again since they let broken pieces sit on the shelves. They don’t accept any returns or exchanges, so be careful everyone. Very disappointing.
