As a local business owner, very disappointed with this store. Been buying my vapes here for the last 2-3 months. The first 2 times I had a great experience (hence the 2 stars) however after my 6th visit I realized as soon as I opened up my vape it was burnt out. So I went elsewhere, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt 2 weeks later because I really did like that store, I go in buy an Elf bar, and as I got to work I realized it was burnt and gross. I wasn’t offered a receipt. I wish I paid with my cc so I could dispute this payment. I didn’t have time to go back to the store that day, so I waited until the next day. I informed them about my issue with the vape and I was told that there’s nothing they can do for me….. And that I should have tried it before leaving the store. I said very nicely oh no one had told me to make sure it works before leaving, if you had told me I defiantly would have tried it. The owner was on FaceTime with the employee and the owner started laughing saying I have signs all over the store. So I start looking for the signs. Didn’t see ANY. and offered me 50% off the next time I come in. I wasn’t upset until he started laughing over FaceTime… You had your second chance you don’t get a 3rd. Defiantly not giving you another dime of mine. You lost $150 a month from me because you couldn’t replace my broken vape I purchased at your store. Defiantly will not be returning.

This store was open a little after midnight and I was able to get my roommate his vape. Kudos to them. Thank you guys!

I have never been here since im too young, but you shouldnt go here as smoking is bad for you and will make you more susceptible to lung cancer.

Decent customer service. The main acctraction is the amount of inventory they have. They have something for every walk of life.
