Hong Kong Massage & Spa

So I just came in today to get a massage. The lady says that I have to pay outfront. I hand over my card and the card did not work. She said to me, I don’t have money. I said to her, I do have money. She said you no have money. I said I have money. I opened my account and showed her the balance.. She didn’t keep saying no money no money She was very rude and unprofessional This is not right I think somebody should check it out. Maybe she did not give me a massage. Maybe she tried to give me something else and I said no.

Stop by last night after leaving casino and the lady told me no service. They had no customers at the time. Never happened in Nashville it makes me wonder was it the color of my skin. Its their business so I guess she had the right to deny me but it doesnt make it right. Wonder if anyone eles had this experience at this establishment.

Terrible service. They tried to make me pay a tip before I even paid and got the service. And They shorted my time. The massage itself was mediocre. She was “chopping” the back of my head, my brother was “punched” instead of “chopped”. All in all you feel very pressured into tipping $20 for each massage that I got for only 30 mins. I’m no expert on massage but I don’t think they did it right. Could be wrong and I may just need to keep going to different places

So I’m a truck driver been to a lot of them every where I no this game very well i don’t like writing bad reviews unfortunately this can’t be avoided I saw two lady’s in there when I came maybe the other lady is better but the one that gave me massage dose not no how to give massage properly her hands are like sandpaper so the very little massage she gave was not good at all and when she pressed on my head way to hard this can be DANGEROUS her skill is lacking HUGE she should not be giving massages If it was just this I would not write this review at all because like I sad I don’t like doing this because these REVIEWS affect them hugely however there more and this is why I’m writing this when she was done she left the room I laid there for another 5 mins getting ready to get up then she comes back in demanding her payment I told her let me get my CLOTHES on and I’ll come out and pay you I really think there is something WRONG with her I speak a little mandarin but she stands there for like 5 minutes while I’m still on the bed I keep telling her wait let me change 1st she acting like I’m going to run out and NOT paying her she was basically demanding money I had to wrap a towel around me and stand up grabbing my wallet to show her I have money before she back off and give me two mins to leave I never put my clothes on faster in my life and I was so upset I did something I never do even when they don’t give very good massage I usually all was TIP a little I Did not TIP her and a lot of places will get upset if you don’t I just no how they are lots of massage places except tips but I did not tip her and if she sad something about it I was ready to tell her why I will never come her again they really don’t need this person working for them

Came in from out of town. 30 min massage and left room at least 4 times. Tried to short my time by 6 minutes. Paid in advance big mistake. Rub skin fast (raw) and hard, no communication. No English. Used elbow and forearm when requested light to medium pressure. Very dissatisfied. Big joke. Never will come back. Will read reviews first. Save your money and go elsewhere.They also stole $1000 out of my wallet during the massage didn’t notice it until later

A very inappropriate place to go for a massage. I can only speak for the one who tried to do me.

Called to ask how much a Foot Massage was and got told sorry busy then got hung up on. They will not be getting my buisness in the future. That was very rude and unprofessional.
