This is by far the best vape store Ive ever gone to. Excellent selection, good prices, and above all super friendly staff. Rachel, the person who helped me, was polite, friendly, and very informative. Even though I had a million questions, she happily answered each one, without complaint. Even more impressive she did this while helping other customers. Between the great selection, and especially Rachel, this will forever be my go to store from now on.

Phenomenal customer service, Ive been a customer at this store for a while now and have come in with a variety of technical and mechanical problems on several different vapes. Each and every time I come away problems solved and vaping again. Several times a problem has come up at work and this most recent time I had dropped my vape and came to them on break looking for a fast and easy solution, and yet again I have come away pleased and in less than 10 minutes. Great job guys, keep up the great work.

The price of a box of coils has gotten insane! I paid $16.50 for a 5 pack of coils yesterday and I use to pay $10 so I come home and find them online for 5 whole boxes of them for $30, so yall just lost a customer over greed! I understand you guys have to make a profit but to make me pay triple is a bit much, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the staff and Brandon are wonderful, I give the staff 5 stars

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me a vaporesso mod that will not work with my rda that I have. Wouldnt give me a refund cause they used a regular tank and coil on it. Said it worked and cant refund on consumer remorse. Everything in there is overpriced included juice. Worst vape shop in BG!

Very knowledgeable staff that offers a personalized service to its customers. Its a pain in the neck if you just need some fluid or an item of small consequence. They were very helpful in determining which products were right for my habits and taste

I bought a vape on black Friday. Ashley was so chill about if you dont like it or somethings wrong bring it back and we will fix it. This vape is leaking non stop and I havent adjusted a thing to it since Ashley put it together. I take it back Saturday night like this is brand new and already having problems can I just return it. This other chick tries it and coughs her head off I mean this thing is spitting like crazy so when I leave its not fixed she reccomends turning the watt up to 40 and itll all be better if not bring it back tomorrow or Monday and we will take care of the refund for you while my manager is here. I come back Sunday evening and tell her its doing the same stuff and I want to return it because its still leaking and spitting. She says okay let me call my manager because I need his help to do any refunds.(implying this refund is about to go down) She text she calls I wait 30 minutes and she says sorry all sales are final and there are no refunds. So may I recommend a clear sign in that store no refunds all sales are final. Maybe they do refund people they just didnt want to refund me because of the inconvience of no manager there. Ashley and the other chick never mentioned no refunds the second chick even told me yeah bring it back tomorrow if its still a problem and we will refund you. It would be helpful if your employees are clear on this no refund deal and make it known during sales. If I wouldve known this I wouldve never bought this vape and kept my hard earned money. I know the workers are doing their job and were never rude but I think theres room for improvement for the owner. I couldnt imagine all the things you have to handle but clearing up no refund would save you your employees and your customers alot of trouble.

I went to the ecig source by cookout in bowling green and Brandon helped me and he was absolutely awesome!! So nice and considerate and showed me how to set everything up. 10/10 will sooo be back thanks to him!!

Do NOT recommend this vape juice… super bitter anyway you smoke it!

I love this place come here all the time and there always helpful and kind they know what there talking about and what they are doing for sure I just bought a vape from here and haven’t had any issues and when I go back to get juice I always get treated great thumbs up to this place for sure.

Had an interview today there It was an amazing experience even if I dont get selected for the job I will. Still use the store for all my vaping needs and highly recommend for you to stop by and check them out u will fill right at home !!!!

Im new to vapeing and stopped at several places before and was just as lost when I left as when I went in not here though the young lady that helped me I think here name was Ashleigh did a superb job explaining the different products and how they all worked and even after I took what seemed to be a lot of her time deciding which ecig I would purchase she took her time to explain how to set it up and education on using the product I purchasedVery pleasant experience best costumer service Ive seen in a long time thanks

Worst customer service ever. I bought a battery and a charger, was told if it didnt with right with my tank theyd refund it. I took it back 3 days later and they informed me they dont refund and the employee didnt work there anymore. I think Ill talk to the BBB about this.
