I feel So comfortable in this store. I love everything from how they greet you, the cleanliness, the lay out and most definitely the options and variety to pick from. I’ve never had a problem. They are super friendly and laid back! I’m thankful to have them in bowling green and close to me! If your in bowling green DEFINITELY stop by and give them a chance ‼️🙃💨

I went to this location on may 31,2024 i purchased a hidden hills vape 2g disposable pen and by the time i got home to open it. It was used and half of it gone and they wouldnt give me my money back or trade it out. I am never returning to this location because they cheat people. Their workers get bored and start smoking the merchandise and put it back on the shelf to be purchased that is so disgusting and such terrible.business.

This is my new store. The staff is friendly, well-educated and extremely helpful. Plus, their selection is incredible. It seemed to me like Smoke Zone goes the extra mile and deserves 5+stars.

2nd favorite smoke shop in town. The guy and girl that were working together were the best. They gave us alot of information and explained alot of things to us. Very laid back atmosphere. They answered all of our questions.

They focus more on customer wants and health benefits with the delta products by asking what theyre looking for out of it, like sleep for insomnia, appetite suppresant for weight loss, or even apetite stimulant for bulking up, whatever you need it for they have something for you. Also they help people get off of nicotine with a good sequence of steps. Great edibles, cool glass pieces, anything hookah, a variety of vapes at an affordable price, and so clean. BEST SHOP IN TOWN HANDS DOWN!!

Not a huge selection of products but the service is top notch. Because of that I keep coming back.

Manager is not a salesman. Scared of customers seems like and doesn’t know what he’s doing. Wouldn’t even hire the lead manager from Smoke World (The Towns #1 Smoke Shop).

The customer service is overall all great pays attention knows there stuff and makes me feel welcome I definitely will continue to go to this store
