I can’t say enough about this store and the guy who runs it. Huge selection. Rewards card. Guy is so friendly upbeat and nice. I’m a patron. I go no where else and don’t intend to. Oh yeah best part? They open at 8 am M-S and Sunday at 9.

This vape shop sells bad coils and pods. I highly recommend staying away from this vape shop. Fifty percent of the time I bought pods or coils they burnt or broke immediately. Their response to it is theres nothing they can do they hold no responsibility. I highly recommend staying away from this shady shop.

Have had good experiences here. 2 different employees 2 seperate visits were nice to me and answered my questions. The skinny dude with the glasses and the goatee is really knowledgeable.I see alot of comments complaining about how the line gets long when the store gets busy and I feel like those people are a little bit entitled. A small shop like this is gonna get like that if they experience a rush. If they keep doing well and grow as a business maybe then they can afford to install another register and hire another cashier, but crapping on a small business like that for being busy at times is not cool and doesnt help them overcome that.

Nice staff however store is never open on time. Wish the owner would cater to the needs of those apart of the early morning rush.

This store seemed great during my first visit. The young lady working was very helpful and sold me my first vape device. I stayed loyal to this store only buying my vape products from them, mostly because of my first positive experience and because of their loyalty card. However less than 3 months after buying a device, one that was meant to last far longer, broke and I bought another from them. Less then 24 hours later the device quit working, it had been defective. When I went back in, the day right after I bought it I was told that they never give refunds or any exchanges or discounts whether your their best customer or a first timer. They dont stand behind the products that they sell and were especially unpleasant about it. It seemed like each time I went in to buy ejuice to fill my device the customer service got worse. To the point that they seemed annoyed to have a customer walk in the store. One of the times I went in there the store reeked of Marijuana... Obviously they sell those types of accessories too but it literally smelled like someone was smoking it in the back. Im so done with this store, time to find somewhere new. I dont know how a customer can confidently buy any vape device or product from this store knowing it might be defective when you walk out... Its not like you can test it in the store. I would not recommend doing business there.

Have been going here for years, recently Im not so satisfied. Last two times I went, they had a be back sign in door, only one person working here, not convenient to stop on your way to work, etc. Two three other people ahead, want to see 6 different types of bongs or whatever, when your just trying to run in and grab a bottle of vape juice quick. Its a minimum half hour wait on any given day. Not convenient, time to find a new place...

Omg. My 1st time in the store and definitely not my last. Went looking for something at my normal smoke shop as I roll my own cigarettes. How very disappointed I was when I, a regular customer for years now, was simply disregarded. He honestly told me I should try another store. Wow!! But, thank you because I did. I found ct smoke and vape shop right up the road. The store looks great and the owner wasnt going to stop until he found what I was looking for. Once we realized the part I was trying to replace in my daughters vape came with a replacement piece, he was happy to learn we didnt have to spend any money at that time. Money he could have made off of us for his store because we were completely unaware of the replacement part. Which I might add, the vape was not bought in his store. He simply wanted to see a customer happy. Hes got me! My business and anyone else I can send his way. Keep it up kiddo. Youre gonna go far

I’ve got plenty of pens here and they work for a short while but it seems that they tend to die quicker than pens that I buy elsewhere. I think that in the past month I’ve bought at least seven different pans from here. All different brands like vision ooze and others. They have all broken within a week or two weeks of use. Do not shop here! They also don’t allow returns. I recommend rock and smoke in Southington or smokers corner in Plainville.

Had trouble with a pod I bought went back the next day and the employee called the owner and things were fixed highly satisfied definitely will be back thanks again

Amazing vape store. My boyfriend loves the shop. He got his first mag kit there. The guys there are very chill and nice. And also very help. Great selection of juices and tabacco pipes and pens. Would highly recommend stopping by and check it out

I got a funny vapor I think from over seas with instructions that even with 20/20 vision couldnt read it so I took it over to the vap and smoke shop hoping to have them show me how to operate this thing I ran into Mike behind the counter a very knowledgeable guy even though I didnt buy this from the vap and smoke store he walked me thru everything, if your ever in the area please dont hesitate to stop by maybe youll run into Mike hes the man, thank you my friend.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Its extremely frustrating to purchase damaged, faulty products that cant even be used. When I called I was told that they will do nothing to correct the situation. Im now stuck having spent $50 only to be stuck with something that doesnt work, and seemed to be tampered with upon opening it considering I had to click the front cover back in to place...

Great variety of vape juices and tanks and etc. Also regular smoking accessories of all types. People are very friendly and full of knowledge of their products and services. Would highly recommend people to go there!!
