I’ve been a regular customer at Discount Tobacco for years now. On top of the wide variety of smoking products, they carry an extensive inventory of kratom and extracts, all of which are competitively priced. The employees are always super helpful and polite. The place is good vibes in general.

Went in there because of his times were great. I wanted to get some juice for my vape asap since I ran out last night. As soon as I walked in, I was literally welcomed with a variety of flavors and different manufacturers of juices with different strengths. The person there was also very nice and knew what I was looking for also because I only like certain flavors. The price was also great too for the juice also.

This is the friendliest tobacco shops I’ve been to. Been going here for 2 years now when I wasn’t really looking to switch shops but the prices here are very good so i just kept shopping here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Ive been going here for some quite sometime to get the aris vapes. I usually buy 2 at a time and recently realized I was sold an empty product and was refused a replacement or refund when noticing a few days later. I didnt have a receipt because I usually say no and never have the need to have one. I didnt mind but when handed two and not realizing the weight I couldnt do anything about it. Thank you for the good service while it lasted.

This is by far the best smoke shop in Bristol! The owners and employees are always friendly and helpful! If they don’t have what I’m looking for, which is almost never, they do their best to find and stock their inventory with that item. This is my go to shop!

I’ve been coming here for awhile and this is hands down one of my favorite places. The customer service is great and they always give great suggestions for current/new products. Definitely my to go spot!

I am completely sick of this place. I have given them chance after chance and everytime i buy a vape or a disposable vape theres always an issue. I spend my hard earned money walk out the store 10 min later there items dont work. They will not help you. They tell you no refunds or replacements. I have come to the fact that there vapes are fake basically bought from like wish. There tastes are different from when you buy the same thing at a real vape store. Complete trash. Will never walk in there again. I would give them no stars if i could.

Good staff. Consistent stock. However if youre looking for other than Cigarettes, Kratom,CBD &vapes. Like Pipe Tobacco in tins. This wouldnt be the place. Other than 2-3 pouches. In fact youll need to go out of the area for that.

Out of all the shops I’ve been too, this is the best one in town and even compared to surrounding towns, this place has amazing prices. Each time I go in, the gentleman who help me are both very kind.
