Shanu does a great job in all her services! I have been doing my eyebrows and body waxing with her for over 15 years. I moved to Florida 5 years ago and still come to her to do my eyebrows. She does the best eyebrows shape! She is the best! I still have not found someone like her in Florida and so I keep telling her to move to Florida!

What a beautiful set of ladies! I went in here just at random and decided to get my eyebrows threaded. I came into the shop and I was greeted with a smile by everyone! Great service. Shanu and her daughter Rumi are wonderful people. They always add a nice extra touch to make the experience special. This venue is also deaf and hard of hearing friendly, as they know sign language! How wonderful for the Deaf community!
Today I came to this place for the first time , and I came in with a chemical reaction from lash glue and shanu removed all my lashes and took care or me very well I recommend her!! she does great eyebrows and is very good at what she does ❤️!

I followed Ms Lisa when she started working here to get my pedicures and manicures. She is amazing and does full service nails. Her prices can’t be beat. Oh my goodness, the minute I walked in I felt like I found my new home. Lisa did my mani pedi the price for the work and time she put in was remarkable. Then Shanu waxed my face and tinted my eyebrows and again her work was outstanding. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does and gives you more than you can dream of. Shanu took clients when she was closing. I observed how wonderfully they treated everyone who walked in the door. The talent here for all services is beyond amazing. Loved this place! I went here for the first time and had a full body & Brazilian done by Shanu, she was amazing! Knew exactly what she was doing, made me feel comfortable and her work is immaculate, my sin is smooth and not one hair was left, I also have sensitive skin, and had no issues at all. She also did my eyebrows threaded and tinted and I love them, they came out even and perfect, she took her time. She even gifted me a beautiful necklace and earrings set from her homeland. The customer service is amazing. The service is so good I came in here just for wax and left with getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done. Let me tell you when I say they did a good job I mean they did amazing!!!!! My lashes last longer than any other lashes I did before! Shes noticed my eyebrows had two different shapes and my brows have always been like that nobody ever fixed it before and SHE DID!!!!! Just moved to the Bronx was in desperate need of a facial. Went in for a gold facial. Too many distractions. The worker was on the phone. It’s a shared space, other customers speaking too loud. The facial itself wasn’t the best. I needed blackhead extractions. Left with a bunch still on my face. Not pleased at all. Will continue going back to the one in Queens until I find a good one in the Bronx. Needless to say I will not be returning. Waste of $55
Shanu is awesome! I frequently go to her for my eyebrow threading and lash extensions which she does soooo well, but my last visit i decided to try a facial. I have super dry skin which i dont take the best care of so everytime i get my lashes or eyebrows done, Shanu always recommended a facial and after getting the gold facial, i wished i had gotten it sooner! The products she used were wonderful and i left with my face feeling super clean and smooth. I totally recommend her! Prices can’t be beat!

Tried my pedicure yesterday and it came out very good! I was taken care of fast and my pedicure came out really nice. I was having one bad morning and instead of going home I decided to get my eyebrows done and check out this new spot. Well, not only was I welcomed with a warm and friendly attitude, but I was given exceptional care. Shanu did a great job on my eyebrows of which I am very picky about. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I especially like the fact that she washed her hands before taking care of me. With my line of work this is very important to me. She Informed me about all of their services and I decided why not? Let me get a pedicure. Once again, I was very happy with the service I received. I don’t remember her name but the lady was very thorough with my pedicure and I felt so much better after visiting this place. My day went from bad to great. It’s amazing how a little pampering and great customer service can change your whole mood. Shanu has a new customer and I highly recommend this place.

I’ve attended Shanu US INC. for over five years. I’ve always done my threading with “ Sharon “ the owner. Great service every time. I usually have my face done (eyebrows, upper lip, chin and neck ). I love that new services are always available and I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. If you do come and decide to have any services done by Sharon she will end your wax or threading with an intense stress reliving temple and neck massage.

I always come to see Shanu for my eyebrow threading. I don’t always feel comfortable as a guy in salons but she always treats me wonderfully. My bushy eyebrows always get taken care of and Shanu always give me a great forehead massage after. I have also gotten facials here and manicures. There are a variety of services available. I went to Shanu today for a full body and as soon as I went in I was greeted with open arms I felt like I was at home very comfortable. Shalu the owner was very sweet, helpful and caring. Shanu the owner is such a nice person . From the first time I’ve came here in October to get full body waxing done for a trip and she is so gentle and gets the job done . The lady Shalu is a miracle worker! I came in saying sorry I did this to my eyebrows! All zigzagged and deformed! This CANNOT be a 4.9 stars at all shanu and her team are all about the money she kicked out the exceptional hair dresser name glennis she hadand on top because all clients were noticing the bad hygiene in this place clients washing their hair and you can see the roaches in the sink brushes ,combs and floors horrible hygiene please DO NOT go there my arm was full of mosquitos as well the other day if zero was a rating I will give zero for rating !

Went to have my eyrbrows threaded after not having it done for months. Perfect canvas to have what I want done. I told her I like them thin with a high arch as I fill them in dont bother if there isnt too much hair. She made my eyes rows look like a like across my eye. I couldnt have been more clear. and then when I expressed my concern she looks to my partner to ger her approval. What does my partner have to do with this? Its not her face or her decision. I will not be returning.

I went here for eyelash extensions I got them done and literally the next day a piece fell off.I am now on my 3rd day and half of the lashes on each side fell off I’m so disappointed I even tipped the lady because they looked good I didn’t expect the glue to just come off like nothing such a waste of my money do not go here I do not recommend.
