Basically robbed us. Walked in and grabbed the things I wanted. Watched him checked us out, and proceeded to put any sales we had on the cheapest items. (50% off one item) The most expensive item we purchased was around $65 and had the quality of dollar store items. Im never stepping foot here again, thats for sure.Edit: I honestly have no interest in emailing any of you for any reasons. You guys are thieves. In fact, Im convinced most of your reviews are fake. Thankfully, the few negative reviews I did find after reading your response said the same thing I did. Crooks marking up garbage, faking sales, then putting the sales on the cheapest items, and hope to see you go out of business, you scamming losers. 👍🏻

I’ve lived in this city for quite some time and I’ve driven pass this establishment for many many year. Finally decided to stop in and explore and I must say that I had a great experience! Lol. The store was neat and organized. The staff were nice and friendly I thought the prices were pretty reasonable. They had a great selection of items, anything you could possibly think of…it was there. I wanna give a HUGE shout out to “YaYa” , she was great! She was very knowledgeable about the items being sold and also very relatable. Her customer service is definitely top notch! Pretty cool atmosphere and the associate was cool, but pay attention. The 100+% markup in pricing is absurd. There are items you can get online for 3/4 the price.I didn’t enjoy being told I’d get something 50% off then choosing an item, but then being steered towards a more expensive product. I get that you have to make a buck and NY is expensive but smoke and mirror tricks won’t get you far.

Price gauging and misleading information from employess and website . I brought a toy which seemed to be opened already because there was no seal sticker . Didnt realize until I Got home to realize that it was missing a charger . Went back to the location because I was charged 60$ for it ( msrp 122$) and when I showed them that they are supposed to price Match and they didnt want to honor it . ( like other people have complained before) ( online it was going for 21$) . Your better off buying anything online . Ive hard better experiance with this location years ago . They must have new management . Alot of employess in the store arent educated about the products and are literally trying to upsell theyre products to make you purchase something more expensive. Im contacting the b.b.b. will not be returning

My time here was so great Bella is nice she took her time with us and helped us we also got a discount card for 20%. The store is huge and theres a price range for everyone and their budget. THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST & MOST REWARDINGLY MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES I’VE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I rarely take the time to write reviews but when I do it’s because I’m just blown away by how well I am serviced when I visit an establishment. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable, well-mannered, patient, and just all around fantastic. I seriously want to offer her a position at my store because she’s THAT GOOD! It was my first time ever entering a Romantic Depot and I was super nervous but Morgan made the experience well worth it. This has just become my new favorite store. I’m an avid shopper and I will be back here to visit very, very soon. From the moment I entered the store Chris the Assistant Store Manager greeted me in a warm & friendly manner which helped me loosen up the anxiety I felt prior to entering the store. Morgan hooked me up with some freebie gifts before I left and gave me an excellent deal on my purchases. Literally loved the whole experience ! I didn’t feel uncomfortable shopping here at all, they had such a huge variety. The workers continuously asked if i needed help i felt very comfortable. They also gave me a black bag to keep everything discreet and private.

Jenna is an amazing worker. She answered all my questions without making me uncomfortable. She helped me out a lot and not once did she showed any annoyance with me. She is kind, patient, funny, understanding and non-judgmental. If you need help, shes your woman. I gave it 4 stars because one of the batteries i brought from there died the next day.

I came into the shop recently and mostly enjoyed the experience. The products were really varied and the staff was super knowledgeable. Everything I needed, they were able to steer me towards. But the store environment itself was really hot and uncomfortable. It felt like a sauna in there and my partner agreed. It got real sweaty and sticky real fast. Like, I know the business’ goal was to promote sexy time, but did they want us to strip off our clothes right there in the shop?
