Beyond welcoming & beyond amazing! I speak for all the girls that work there! I was getting massages somewhere else where it was very unorganized and I switched to silhouette in February/March and I wouldn’t have the results I have now if it weren’t for the girls here! Their communication skills and how organize they are is the best. Wouldn’t trade them for anything. Currently getting massages with Dani and she’s is soooo good! Always sharing knowledge with me. Jess is also such a sweetheart! Super helpful with anything you need & communicates with you every single time. Love it here!!!

I love love love Silhouette Beauty Lounge! Since my 1st massage theyve been amazing. The owner, receptionist and staff are very polite and respectful. Im very big on communication and its always easy to get in contact with them and when I discuss any concerns or questions I may have regarding my healing process theyre there to help. The rooms are always clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I see a difference in my results and Im so pleased. Im so happy I chose this establishment to complete my post op care & would surely recommend them!

Ive been to a few different places for massages and I can honestly say this is by far my ultimate favorite place. I will never go anywhere else. Ive been traumatized by painful massages in the name of beauty so when Jess assured me I was in good hands I was skeptical. However, these ladies are all amazing and definitely deserve the hype. The spa is very clean and relaxing. Literally everyone is super friendly, polite, professional, organized, knowledgeable and caring. I cant praise them enough. And dont let me start talking about Maritza!!!! I just LOVE her.

What a gem of a place! I just finished my first round of lymphatic massages and I cannot be more pleased. All the girls there are very nice and knowledgeable. I mostly got Dannie doing my massages and shes a sweet heart, very professional and gave me good advise with everything. Jess is another great one. Anyone you get you wont regret it. This place is amazing and I recommend it to anyone who need these medical/beauty massages.

I love it here! I initially went to silhouette when I did my first round of Lipo 360. I had went to a different location for my first 10 massages and then I heard great things about Jess and her girls so I did two packages with them once my first 10 were up at the first location. LOVED IT! Dani took care of me my first time going all I can say is that her hands are definitely magical. This time around I went back because I had a second round and the only place to go is Silhouette Beauty. my girl Dani is still there and she is taking great care of me. I am about to start my second phase and I know that I am in great hands! I highly recommend going to silhouette beauty lounge. They are very professional, so clean, very honest and make you feel like you’re part of the family!

Before coming here I went to another place. They didn’t offer wound care even tho I was only 3 weeks post op. Someone told me about silhouette and it’s the best move I made to help my recovery. The staffs from the moment you enter the door is welcoming. The massages hurts at time, but helpful. The owner is very knowledgeable. Maritza my masseuse is very very good at job. She never miss a beat. My experience has been not but the best.

Amazing place! I always enjoy coming to my massages because not only are they professional & friendly, they make you feel at home at SilhoutteBeauty. The ladies always have a smile on their face. They’ve answered every single question I’ve ever had & have been so helpful since day 1.The massages are amazing, their hands are blessed! The staff at Silhouette Beauty lounge are simply amazing!! From the receptionist to the masseuse, they’re extremely professional and they aim to please. Dani, Jessica & Daniella has hands that are blessed, I was skeptical/scared at 1st especially coming from doing a Tummy Tuck/Lipo but they make you feel comfortable & at home. The place is clean & is sterilized before every service is provided.

I love how professional this place is but also friendly. Here at Silhoutte they have your best interest and they help you to achieve your body goals! The massages that Ive received right after my surgery were so good! They cater to the needs of your body. When your massage session is over you definitely see a huge difference with your body versus from when you came in. The vibe is amazing along with the ambiance to help you relax. They serve your best interest . Also a big super plus is that they allow you to do a payment plan which helps so much especially after all the money you have to spent for after care. Very clean facility. Advice to everyone , the body contour specialist are your nurses ! Basically what I’m trying to say is follow their guidance because they monitor your progress . Listen and follow !

First I would like to say I LOVE IT HERE!!! Silhouettes provides a clean and safe environment. Staff here shows their confidence in their area of expertise reason I feel so comfortable in trusting Silhouettes with my post op care. I have completed my first package. Already booked for my second. Staff at the facility are so courteous, professional , thorough and knowledgeable. I love the entire team! Jess, Dani, Mayrisa, they all make you feel like family. The place is super clean, the staff is super professional, they have this payment plan that’s awesome & she has the best playlist. I really have no complaints about this place AT ALL. To all interested in post-operative care, I have found a place that fuses both old and new methods, to help you accentuate your body goals. I have had experiences in Manhattan and New Jersey and I have been underwhelmed. I took advantage of the free consultation before making my decision.  First, the customer service is extraordinary. I mean you are not herded in and out like cattle, on the hour. It is not a fast-paced shop. Time and care are taken with each patron. There are comprehensive documents provided to you and the customized services provided and full disclosure agreements signed. Silhouettes is a highly professional, warm establishment. Every aspect of your journey is explained. Your progress is documented and questions are always welcomed and answered.Second, the massage! I trust these ladies experience in their craft, so when customizing a package I did not feel I was being oversold. I was getting what I needed. There were areas that I knew were not worked on with the previous massage therapist and I was given honest expectations. All my fears and worries were taken into consideration.  I did not feel overloaded with information to confuse me. The massages are meant to be intense to help you and you will be uncomfortable but they will not harm or hurt. You will experience gradual relief.This establishment takes pride in all they do from the first call and does not waiver throughout your time with them. Call for the consultation and I wish you well in your recovery.

I cant say enough about this place! The customer service is outstanding from the moment you come in. The atmosphere is welcoming and the massage therapists are very well skilled and knowledgeable about their work. Im a person of habit so I had all massages with Mari but all ladies are great. Very clean, follow covid guidelines and affordable. What else can you ask for?

I have been going to Silhoutte for sometime now and every time I leave it’s always a great experience!!! Jessica, and the rest of her staff are the best!! They have great customer service skills which one always look for. The moment you walk into the spa it smells so refreshing which is welcoming. Danny, is with whom I get my massages with and I must say she’s the best!!! I recommend massages with her a hundred times over!! These women are amazing! When I started going here for my post op I literally knew nothing about aftercare. They have taught me so much and held my hand through this whole process. My first appointment I was in such bad shape I swear I had about 3 or 4 women trying to fix me lol... throughout the whole process they have been patient with me and answered all my questions.Also Jess goes live on Instagram and will talk about post op care and what people should be doing which I found very helpful.These women definitely care about their work and my results are amazing. The post op care team are very professional and clean. These ladies know what theyre doing and are very passionate about their work! I would recommend everyone post op in the area go to them.

The post op massages are the best! My body looks and feels better and better after each session! The staff is very attentive and they also offer affordable faja alterations services. The massage therapists are very informative in regards to treatment and the healing process, and the environment is clean, welcoming, and friendly.

First let me say, I was referred to Silhouette Beauty Lounge by a nurse in Colombia. She gave me Jess’s number & Jess immediately took care of me. Squeezed me in last minute to start my 1st package the day after I landed! I’m sure if I landed in NY earlier she would have taken me the same day. Kathy is on top of all the girls, calling a day before to confirm your appointment, not only that but you also get a text message a day before your appointment so there’s no excuses as to why you would forget your appointment. Silhouette really takes care of you. They make sure your diet is on point, you’re wearing your fajas & you’re consistent with your appointments. Not to mention the massages feel amazing & you leave feeling relieved. The ambience is so relaxing. I haven’t finished my first package yet but I already bought my second one. You’ll love it here!

I love love love this place! From the clean & organized establishment to the super friendly ladies who work here. The energy and the vibe as soon as you walk in is truly unmatched. The music and the lighting is super relaxing. The ladies who work here each take their time to know you & the unique needs of your body. Customer focus is superb and when dealing with your body, your body that you’ve put money, sweat & pain into, anything less than Silhouette Beauty Lounge, you’re really doing yourself a disservice.

Ive heard a lot of good things about Silhouette beauty lounge way before I even thought of getting cosmetic work done. So, it was a no-brainer that this would be where I would come for my massages after my lipo and bbl. I remember when I first called and spoke to Jess the owner she asked me so many questions to make sure I receive the proper service. I didn’t even bother shopping around or finding a place that’s closest to me (I live in Manhattan) because the work speaks for itself. I instantly fell in love after my first massage. Dani and Maritza are amazing and the sweetest! Jess has also given me massages and her hands are amazing! Theyre all just amazing! They will give you any recommendations when needed and are informative about everything. I leave each session feeling brand new! Jess takes a lot of pride in her business and it truly shows. I just absolutely love it here. Oh, and the playlist is to die for! Everything is super clean and the smell is just amazing! I truly love it here!

I’ve had 10 massages so far and can truly say I love these girls. They are compassionate and caring to each client’s individual needs. When I come they have a structured plan specific to my recovery process. They greet me warmly and always give me great recovery tips. I recommend them 100%.

This place is amazing. Great staff! I’m doing a my first post op massages and did my last one today, and during the session was great my body feels so amazing and the ladies work with your body, they are not rough. The staff gives me tips on what I’m suppose to be wearing and doing to progress my body. I also enjoy the neighborhood and plenty of parking I’m big on that so that’s a plus. Inside the place is beautiful! I’m a very honest person this is not my first lipo I done to went other places didn’t like. So I finally have a place I can always come too and actually love and feel comfortable. I’m doing my post op part 2 here can’t wait!

I love love love this place!!!!! They are very personal and intimate, they actually care about their clients it’s not all about the money. The owner and her staff are so kind and attentive. I definitely get TLC when I come here. I have come for post op treatment and the ladies here have handled me with so much love and care. I’ve had 6 sessions with them and can’t wait to continue, I’m sure I will find excuses to continue care with them lol that’s how amazing they are. I am so glad that I trusted Silhouette with my post-op care! They are clean + covid safe, very professional, and always on time! Let me just say from the moment I found out about this place they have been amazing.. I came in 3 weeks post op and was all messed up. My previous massages were done completely wrong. Dani assured me that I will be ok and she was not lying here I am almost 2 months post op and going into my phase 2 massages my body looks amazing and I’m pretty sure it’s only going to get better from here. For my first time doing lipo 360 surgery this is the best place for post op massages they literally shape your body to perfection. The staff is great, professional, and friendly. I made the best decision going to these ladies. Surgery recovery can be such a difficult process especially if you don’t know what to expect along the way. These ladies not only take care of you but educate you on what to expect and how to take care of yourself at home. They are very professional and they treat you like family. They learn your body and treat you accordingly because everyone heals differently and have different experiences as well. They made me feel comfortable and treated me very good. Hello there! Let’s start by saying that this business has A1 customer service! The prices are affordable and payment plans available for post op! And they are located 7mins from my house🙌🏼I went for post op, and I couldn’t be anymore happier with my decision. They are appointment only so ladies BE ON TIME. I was on time for all of my appointments and they had placed me right into a room without waiting! Water or tea upon arrival, soothing music and most of all they make you feel like family! I really, REALLY enjoyed my time there during my post op package of 10 and I will be returning! This place is clean!! Smells great, and very relaxing. Each room has a mirror, basket for your belongings, slippers, a rope, and a step stool. AT EVERY VISIT of mine, Pictures were taken of me so I can see how far I have came during my journey, as well as measurements and weight. After every visit you are asked how was your massage and given your next appointment. Appointments are sent directly to your phone for confirmation and a day before your appointment you are reminded of your appointment! Like what else can I say, I was very happy and pleased with my decision on choosing Silhouette beauty Lounge for Post op! Jes you are doing something big! Down to a second slimming / contour package , simply because I love it here both professional attentive ,welcoming and the ambience itself is simply 10 out of 10 . The staff carefully listens to your goals ; not quick to simply swipe your card; they will advise what package fits just for you while targeting your goals. I love coming to this lounge! The best in NYC if you ask me. I was in so much pain after my surgery and my massage therapist Daniella was so amazing and patient with me. I definitely recommend all dolls to Silhouette for all their post op needs.

The Body Contour Luxe package was intense especially with the wood therapy but it has been contributing to my recovery process tremendously! As always, the lovely ladies are great and attentive to any concerns I may have had. Ready for my 4th package to commence with the new secret weapon Jess is bringing on board!! Excited!On to the next! Im looking forward to the course of this Body Contour Luxe package, the 1st and 2nd packages were intensely satisfying so I know this one will do my body as good !I am 1mo post op and just finished my first set of massages and they were all so satisfying! Dani and Maritza made me feel super relaxed and after first sessions with them I was at ease. Not to mention, after each massage my body is looking more and more amazing! Jess and Kathy are super sweet and accommodating. I am completely satisfied with the way they conduct business and the services they provide. Excited to see what the 2nd 3rd and 4th set of packaged massages have to offer this body!!

Ambiance is great. It always smells good and is clean. The ladies treat you like family but don’t get it twisted, they go in on you. The massages may hurt, but it’s for you’re own good! You’ll come out better than you went in though (most days, because if you’re getting a shot and sensitive to needles, ooh honey nothing really helps that lol). No pain, no gain but the ladies send it with love :)

Lets begin with the good things— This establishment is very clean. It smells clean; there are cleaning products visibly used. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. They also take progress pictures that keep their work accountable but also ensure services provided. I thought that was a nice touch because you can visually track your healing and post-op care. Here’s the negative— none of the positive reviews are genuine. They use discounts to incentivize clients to leave positive feedback. 😂 If you leave a positive review, you’ll receive $100+ credit towards a second package purchase, which turns out to be cheaper than the initial package. From a business standpoint, it just doesn’t make sense. Their reviews are essentially bought. 😂 Lets discuss actual post-op care. The lymphatic massages generally should not hurt—NOT HERE. For some odd reason, their lymphatic massages are more like sport massages. They’re so rough, you will feel soreness the next day like you visited the gym for the first time. I understand that newly operated women will feel tenderness. But you shouldn’t feel pain when you’re over 2mos postop. When you express your concerns, you are met with diminishing remarks like, “You’re being sensitive” or “Is this your first time having surgery?”. You would think the staff would be more compassionate and less demeaning or patronizing but unfortunately the unprofessionalism stems from the top—there is no standard of professionalism you’d expect for this type of establishment. Client care should be client specific, instead its more like a one-size fits all. For your hour appointment, you are set for 30min under a heating pad. Then you are given a deep tissue massage for the next 30min. They are rarely consistent and Ive realized the novelty quickly wears off once you’ve reached further in your postop journey. The owner is extremely rude. I guess this is her first business and she thinks very highly of herself. I understand that, unfortunately, that attitude is distasteful. No one wants to invest time and money into a business that doesn’t appreciate their patronage. She greets you with very ghetto mannerisms, just like her staff and doesn’t really show genuine respect or concern for your postop care. Her favorite line is, “This is a business”— paired with a few hand claps. 🤣 I wish I could recommend them. Its hard to find postop care in this part of NYC. As a latin woman, I like to promote other female-owned businesses. But this place is not worth the time. Im very disappointed. The reviews are fake, everyone is “Colombian” but they all have Boricua accents when they speak Spanish, they disrespect you in a passive-aggressive way and they look for money grabs every chance they get. Even if you enjoy deep tissue massages for your postop care, their customer service is the pits. Go somewhere else, invest your time. Their are tons of places in Queens, right over the bridge who actually know what their doing and respect your money.

I learned about Silhouette from a friend who visited after her surgery for her post operation treatment. I just finished my first post operation treatment and love the results so much I decided to purchase a second package. They have so much to offer….you will not be disappointed!

I have been having my Post Op care at Silhouette Beauty Lounge for a few wks now and I must say the entire staff has made this 1st time process alot less stressful than I imagined it would be. The entire staff helps with any concerns or questions you may have. The facility is super clean and oh so relaxing. I fall asleep during my massages all the time ! Now with all of the Covid restrictions the ladies always ensure our safety and well being. Book your sessions ladies! They fill up quickly! Jan 30th 2021: Just about done w my 3rd package ! I came here for my pos op not knowing much, I left each time with more and more information on how to care for myself after having my procedure. These ladies had answers to every question I had in regards to my pos op care. Dani Jessica and Daniela are the best and showed me they have my best interest at heart. I come all the way from Brooklyn to see them and it has been one of my best choices yet !

Amazing place to go to!!!! I’m 3 weeks post op and I am in love with the service. From the receptionist all the way to the owner, the service is phenomenal!!! They are very detail oriented. From your first visit, they’ll remember your name. They are taking all the precautions necessary for COVID!!! The atmosphere is very relaxing. Just purchased my second package because right really fell in love with this place.

Time for another update on Silhouette Spa located in Throggs Neck .Post-opt stage 2 message package is COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!!I had the pleasure working with Dani for package two and she is simply amazing, professional and most of all so knowledgeable! Stage two messages w/ both Vitamin C shots and Carboxi were absolutely a game changer! I recommend that if you looking for a message spa or hate the one your at current attending, give Marilyn at Silhouette a call and book a sessions ASAP to see what your missing! This place is about 2 hours away from me but the staff and the service is absolutely amazing. I have decided to do another round of massages. It’s clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they are punctual and parking is accessible.
