Baby Power Forever Kids

We recently moved to the BX and needed an indoor play area. After visiting a few times I knew this was where I was going to celebrate his 2nd birthday. It was not only the place that made me decide to book it but also the staff. Juliet and her staff were really great and very friendly. They were there on time and assisted with set up and clean up, which was a plus for me. They watch over the kids, and suggest fun/play activities.An extremely important part that I want to mention is how satisfied my guests were.If you are looking for a place to hold an event, especially for kids, I would recommend this place. So cool for the kids to enjoy themselves while the adults party :)

This place is truly amazing from start too finish they help you decorate the place they are so much help from the moment you walk in till you leave. I would recommend this place too all of my friends and family their hospitality is amazing they helped with all my needs. They take the kids too play in the play area and they do fun activities with the children. They also put games out for the adults which I think is amazing 😍 they also pulled out a little carpet n chair for my daughter too have a little photo shoot I love this place 👌🏻❣️💗💗

Great place for a cold day! Our toddler loved it and it’s great for kids up to about 8. Felt very safe and clean and employee Kimberly was very nice and great with our daughter. Call before you go to make sure they are open!

I went there for open play with my daughter & I must say The owner was AMAZING from the minute we walked in! She interacted with my daughter and she made us feel welcomed. The place was also very clean. We will be back again!

My daughter and family had a great time!!! They were very accomodating and so helpful. They helped decorate and really help me feel at ease of having a great party. The children who attended had a great time and enjoyed their activities. It was really the perfect place to hold my daughters first birthday party. Can’t wait to hold other parties there.

Had my sons first birthday party here and was extremely happy with my decision, so happy in fact, I just had his SECOND birthday party here.Im STILL so happy with this establishment and the service I got Im going to have his THIRD birthday party there too.They are so helpful, they keep the place clean and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. And by the time the party is done your exhausted. If you have a little one I really recommend this place.

Celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday, and from the moment she walked in she had a BLAST, and so did all her guest!! The staff was awesome with the children and did a great job they were having a fun and safe time. If your looking for a place to celebrate your childs birthday, this is it. Recommended for children from 1 to 7 years old.

If you want to work with someone who lies and is unprofessional… book your party here! Juliette, the franchise owner, was very nice on the day that we booked the party… so much so, we didn’t look anywhere else we just paid for everything upfront. She “gave” us an extra half hour of setup time and a bouncy house for the day of the party. My husband broke his arm a few weeks before the party so we called to add an additional hour for setup to make sure we had enough time with one less hand. Everything was fine. The day of the party comes… we were there to setup at the time we agreed and paid for… no one was there. We called several times and sent multiple messages. Nothing. We waited for an hour. We also had to send a mass message to push the party time back. Juliette finally answers and says someone just got to the location to let us in. Once we get in, my family along with two staff members are scrambling to setup. Juliette walks in and starts trying to boss people around. I struggled to remain calm before I asked her what happened to someone being there at the agreed time. She denied ever agreeing to the time. I also told her that I was calling and texting… she said that she doesn’t need to answer for me until the time of my party. Rude is an understatement…. I showed her the paperwork THAT SHE WROTE that showed everything… she began to gaslight the situation to make it seem like it was a misunderstanding and she didn’t do anything wrong. I couldn’t speak to her anymore without raising my voice at that point so I just stopped and continued setting up. She kept going. Very unprofessional. Moving forward… the party is in full swing and she starts speaking to my guests very rudely… saying that my friends with twin babies can’t play in the play area because only one parent can be down there… told my daughter that she can only use the trash if we bought extra trash bags(which we did) but why is she telling that to a child… amongst other comments that were brought to my attention. It was VERY BAD! I just told her that she needs to speak with me or my husband if she has any issues and we will address our guests. She tried to clean it up towards the end because she claimed that she doesn’t like any client to leave unhappy but her effort didn’t amount to all of the problems that she caused and unprofessionalism could not be overlooked… and we also never got the bouncy house. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t advise anyone to do a party at this place.

Had my daughters 4th birthday party and the staff was very rude to my guest. The place was very very over price, i payed $600 for three hours of party time and $200 for a bounce house and for an extra hour of party time i had to pay $120. The owner charges for absolutely every thing, she charges for candles which she as hanging from the roof $30 for an hour, kids need socks to play in the play area she charges $5.00. And by the way she is very exact you will pay for every thing and she will not even take 1cent off, but at your event she and her staff will part take in every thing including food/drinks. Would never recommend it to no one.

Great space to rent for a kids birthday party... place is very clean and well taken care of... staff is friendly

Good location for a party but did not like the alley you had to walk to get inside. Once inside nicely done. Decorated really sweet for occassion and lavatory dual and convenient to everyone. Comes with bar & sink. It seemed to host about 50 ppl with tables chairs cake table, and food table plus a little room to dance.

What can I say about the wonderful folk over at Baby Power? They are simply AMAZING! Our family reached out to the baby power team to inquire about a birthday party. I found the staff to be extremely professional and super friendly. We had a phenomenal time, our little princess had a blast at her 5th bday party! I would recommend Baby Power 100x over.

I love this place. My daughter has such a great time here. The staff is friendly, and they work well with children. I had two birthday parties here and all my guest were impressed.

I had my son party there yesterday. The staff is helpful and caring, they are great with the kids. My son had a blast along with the other rest of kids. Thanks again to the staff and owner at Baby Power Forever kids. God bless

Took my son today for open play. Place was nice and clean. Juliette was super friendly and showed us around. Lots of toys and entertainment for the kids.

My daughter had the best time at Baby Power Forever Kids. The staff is so friendly and they really cater to the children. We cant wait to go back!

The party area is not located in the front of the store which is visually displayed to the street. Theres a creepy back alley entrance to the actual party area thats in the back of the facility. Not sure what the front area was for it gives an illusion that the kids can party and play with toys displayed in the front. I was only a guest so I dont know how much everything cost. maybe the use of the front area was more money. The front area looks very appealing for an actual event. Seems kids would go nuts there playing with all the stuff.

What can. I say the staff is fenomenal they treat you like family, they decorations are out off this world. And talk a bout is super clean location.We will be returning to this location for my grandsons birthday.

Baby power forever was the best place to celebrate my daughter 2nd birthday party, the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful and they helped our vision come to life. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for that magical experience.

Excellent place excellent people and excellent environment. My brother had his wedding in there venue room area and I take my son to there play area all the time. This place is just too good to be true. Amazing place

It was clean, interactive, and colorful. It felt safe and fun. The one staff member on site was informative, observant, patient and in tuned with my son and I experience overall. I look forward to returning.

This is a nice place to have a birthday party. It is a great place for kids. My one year old cousin had her birthday party there. There was music and a place where the little kids can play.

The owner is very disrespectful and unprofessional spoke bad about the guest and we kept seeing her eye rolls and the talking under her breath is ridiculous kept the bouncy house deposit don’t waste your time here
