OMG. Amanda was so amazing. I will definitely be going to this Salon on a regular basis. I had my natural nails destroyed at another salon. I was in pain for months, my nails were broken and weak. I was terrified to let someone else do them again. Amanda did a pedicure and manicure and massage! Worth every single dollar!

Got my nails done a couple weeks ago, wanted to see how long they would last with out falling off and it’s going strong!! Definitely recommend this place they did such a good job on my nails.

I love this place... friendly staff.. u can relax and get what u need done.. I will never do my nails anywhere else. Been going there for 7months.. I switched from powder to uv gel my nails have grown so much

Very pricey they charge for everything. Their work is ok and appointments are necessary if you want a certain technician.

It was my first time going there, the place is very nice and clean and not very cluttered. The girl who did my nails, Alicia, was very very nice, my nails look beautiful, I also got a Pedi and it was very nice. She didnt try to make a lot of conversation, which Im grateful for because Im introverted, but she looks like someone whos down to talk. Will definitely come back.

If I was able to give it a zero I would but one will do. I usually go to the other location but I wanted to try something closer to me and I regret it. The men do not know how to do nails… the guy who did my SNS nails did a terrible job. I will not be returning to this location the ladies from the other location really do take care of your nails and make sure the customer likes it before continuing. I do not recommend doing it with the men here .

Suggestion The workers treat me so nice when I enter into the place. I like each, and everyone of them. They take there time with me, and they do exactly what I want them to do. The place is clean, and the workers are professional. Just a suggestion for someone that goes to the nail salon several times, it would be nice if they would give a free Mani or Pedi for 8 visits instead of the points. I will be back.😊

I’ve been a customer with paradise since they opened their doors. Although I took a break from getting my nails done. I continued my pedicures. Two weeks ago, I got my nails done. I was taken back by my bill. It was nearly $100. For a full set, pedicure, and polish only for my daughter’s nails. Two weeks later, I decided not to have the gel polish. The nail tech made it seem that the gel polish was free with my fill. I asked for the cost. She said, “ $35 for fill and $5 for the nail cut.” The price board read fill $25 and the nail cut was $3. . I asked one of the managers about the discrepancy in price and she tried to cover for the tech.If you go to Paradise make sure you are clear with the nail tech about pricing.

Had a great time here for mothers day. Got a signature pedicure (cucumber) which turned out to be amazing! it was like my legs flew off into heaven. I also got a quick manicure which was good and a really good 2min complementary back rub. What I love about this place is that theyre very sanitary and I will be coming back soon :)

My first appointment at Paradise today. I had Pedi/Mani by Min. Service was excellent. He was very helpful and polite. I will be going back for Pedi/Mani again.I also had my eyebrows done by a very nice young lady.

My girlfriend love this place so much, she had gel manicures as well as regular manicures and pedicures performed. They are always consistent (high quality job, friendly techs, willing to answer questions, etc.) so prices are reasonable cause service was great and professional . and they honor appointments. PS: they dont take any customer afer 6:30pm. cause they need time to clean up.

Horrible service. Had an appointment scheduled and I still had to wait 30minutes to be seen. The lady was very rude and cut my toes very short and uneven. Then I was told i couldnt get acrylic because it was too late after they filled my nails, then charged me $10 just for them being filled. For a $26 pedicure I was charged $40 in total. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and beyond upsetting.

First off let me start by saying that I love Paradise NailsIve been going to them for quite some time and they know me and greet me very well when I walk to the door specially Helen who does a phenomenal job with my toes and my nails I went back again today havent been there for a while because Ive been back-and-forth at work and out of town once again she greeted me as always with her staff and my daughter and we sat down and was well taken care of will give this place a five stars all the time and will recommend it to anyone that is close in the Bronx and also will always keep going back love you guys from Sasha.

Sophia was an amazing technician. She took her time with my pedi and mani. The place was very clean as well a kid friendly environment. Highly check this nail salon out. Book appointments over the phone.

I used to live this place. I was a loyal customer for 6 years. But, the past few visits have been waaayyyyy over priced and paired with rude and dismissive customer service. I easily spend $120 ish per visit only to be spoken to like a child. Alicia has a soft voice, but becomes very argumentative with customers, clearly the customer is never right at Paradise Nails. For me its not worth it!! A trip to the nail salon should be calm, seren and priced on par with the market. They have changed and not in a good way, I will take my services elsewhere.

Been to other places when I first moved back to Throggs Neck and was not happy until I went to Paradise Nails and Spa which I have been going to for the past 2 years.Have never had any issues at this place or with any nail tech who worked on me. The Nail tech I have been going to for over a year here, Amanda, does a wonderful job on my nails.

So I normally get my nails done here but recently they have been getting out of control with their prices. I went to get a full in and I asked how much was it they said $22 if your not getting gel so I said ok thats fine. Got there the person I made an appointment for they told me couldnt do it so I got there at my appointment time to hear I have to get my nails done by someone else who i dont know so I said ok now she takes off my gel that I had on my nails previously never mention to me oh its $10 to take off the polish after she is finish filing my nails then she says oh its $10 to take it off ..... what since when ??? I will never go back there because $35 for a fill in on regular nails is beyond crazy for all of that I can get new set everytime same price. Smh this is beyond crazy. Never Again!

I got my nails here once and never will I do it again. Theyre more expensive then where Im used to going. I got the sns dip which usually last me for up to 4 weeks. My nails chipped in 5 days. I called them to see if they could fix it, they told me to come in theyll check it out. I came in the next day they said they where going to charge me $5 a nail to fix. He also told me it only last for 2 weeks there. If you Google sns dip it states that it last 3 to 4 weeks. So basically theyre taking advantage of their customers. I dont think I should have to give more money for them to fix the job they did, especially when they had attitude explaining the dip process. If Ive never done this before I mightve been fooled and swindled into giving them more money, but nope I will not pay for their horrible customer service. I dont want to blame all of them but whomever is the man at the 1st station is no good.

Ive been coming here since they opened. The service has always been consistent. Fair pricing, clean facilities, friendly and always up on the newest trends. Great point system and birthday insensitives.

I just had the best pedicure of my life. They gave me the 5 star treatment so Im giving them 5 stars. This will be where I go for my pedicures for now on.

Went in as walk in, I was seated with in a few minutes. It was very relaxing and after my gel manicure I was given a little massage which was just what I needed. Great service !
