If you are looking to get that “spa feeling “, this is not the place to go. I usually go to a spa on East 32nd St. & wanted to try something closer to my home. It is very small. You hear people talking on the hallway & front desk. The service could had been better. I had a facial I was expecting some feedback from Charo the lady, didn’t get any. She kept going in & out of the room, bumping on the head cushion. My massage was with Fela, great lady; but after talking & explaining things, my massage lasted about 15 minutes. If you need to make a fast stop & dt care about spending money, then go here: if not take the time to find a good spa.

The services there are excellent. The staff are sweet and attentive.The establishment is clean. Angela is very knowledgeable in her craft..I travel from Brooklyn because I know and trust that I am safe and will look and feel great...

I’ve been coming to Narcisses Spa for a little over a year now and I love it!!! I was desperately looking for a place to help me with my facial acne after going to many different places and spending so much money I finally found the right place! Charo is amazing she makes you feel so comfortable! All the staff at this place are very nice I’ve also had work done with Ingrid and she’s also amazing! I started off with facials and right away I saw a huge difference with my acne problem. Then I started getting laser hair removal (face) and let me just say that I’m in love with the results! It does not hurt at all! And after so many years of struggling and feeling so insecure my acne is gone! My face hasn’t looked this good in years! Thanks to Narcisses Spa! I recently moved to NC and I travel every month to get my Facials and laser treatments done. I will not go anywhere else!

I visited Narcissa Spa for the first time and the staff was exceptional and very professional. They were very friendly when they greeted me and made me feel welcomed instantly. I went in for a full body massage due to muscle pain, waxing, and a facial. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and knew that I had an issue with lack of sleep when giving me a foot reflexology massage. The facial was very relaxing and thorough and left my skin so smooth and shiny. I had not one single hair after my wax which was exactly what I had asked for. Highly recommend this gem. I recently got the lymphatic drainage massage with Ingrid. I came in feeling so tight and sore that I was even feeling brain fog. After the massage, I felt sooooo much better. Lighter, fresher, less tense. The feeling lasted for a good while, too. My neck felt so much less sore over the days following. Thank you SO MUCH for the healing work, Ingrid! I love Narcissus Spa. Their front desk works hard to accommodate your schedule so you can get your pampering in. And the quality of the products they use is really high-my skin is very sensitive and irritates easily, and everything used on me was really lovely. I can’t wait to go back!!!!

I received a full body massage from Ingrid. She was phenomenal! She provided a gentle, yet firm massage, just the way I like. She also pointed out a few things about my body that I hadn’t noticed. I’ve been going to Narcisses Spa for about 4 years now. I’ve tried many services here from waxing, laser hair removal, and facials with Charo and Jerrina, and massages with Fela. Today, I had a hydrafacial and yoga facial with Jerrina and it was an amazing and relaxing session. She was super gentle and informative. I walked out with an immediate glow and super relaxed! I have been to many spas in NY and around the country (I consider myself a bit of a spa snob). This happens to be my neighborhood spa and quite unassuming from the outside. But let me tell you, the inside ambiance and the service particularly from Fela I received today was amazing! 5 days ago I ran in the NYC Marathon it was my first marathon and it destroyed my feet and hurt my body. I went in saying I didn’t want anyone touching my feet because of how much they hurt and how gross from the blisters that were healing they were. Fela assured me she could make my feet feel better and I agreed to let her try. That woman has magic in her hands cuz I was limping when I went into the spa and left not limping. My body feels amazing. I can’t believe my favorite spa I have ever been to is a few blocks away from home. Thank goodness! I will definitely be back.

This is where I get my facials done and laser. I am a patient that has dealt with rosacea, acne, and dark spots.. the first time I came to the spa I was treated by Charo, she saw how bad my skin was and we started treatment right away. This was back in 2021, I havent stopped ever since. My skin looks flawless and the people around me has seen the difference. My favorite has been the hydrofacial, and of course my laser treatment. I am almost done with the laser and I love the results. You won’t regret it !

I have a really long time with Charo. Shes very attentive to all your needs and such a sweetheart. She cleared all my acne issues, dark spots etc. Its always an awesome experience with her. I recently started laser hair removal and WOW!! Im extremely happy. I started during the summer did 3 treatments and stopped. I thought it would grow back since I stopped and it didnt! I was so excited to come here because of the great reviews. I am not sure if most of the reviews are based on lack of knowledge/experience with high quality full service spas, but this was not it. I went in for a full body massage and facial on 9/28/22. On 9/29/22 I noticed small bumps all over my face and neck. Due to my schedule I was unable to come back on that day. So I returned on 9/30/22 at 9:30am per request of the lady I spoke with on the phone. I’ve had numerous spa experiences as I travel often for business. I am an Air Force Veteran, and I served on the CEC for the school district this business falls in.I waited to write this review to see how the business would respond to the rash breakout. I had hoped to be met with understanding and compassion. But I was met with unapologetic, demeaning, and unprofessional behavior. I was spoken to as if I didn’t just spend $269 plus a $40 tip for each service provider.Here is my experience:Full body massage with/ reflexology. I received this service from an older lady who only spoke Spanish. She prayed over me in Spanish and I did not realize until she said Amen. I understand the intent, but this is unprofessional and should never be included in services and especially without permission.The room was freezing and as the massage began, I was hopping that the products would be warmed as I am use to and that was not the case, they were also cold. There were no robes, just cold sheets. Towards the middle of the service she stepped out for about 10 minutes to use the restroom.Surprisingly, I received a facial during the full body message and the lady actually massaged product around my eyes, which got into my right eye. There was no eye protection. Reflexology, caused further damage to an older injury due to my military service. I yelled and said no for her to stop applying pressure to that area, but she didn’t understand. Massage over.Facial session, I went to the front desk to ask where I would receive my facial and I was escorted by a younger lady. None of the staff introduced themselves to me. There was no explanation of the services or what products were being used. There was no consultation of my skin type/problem areas. During the session I explained that my face was burning and the young lady stated that it was normal. It was not until payment that I was told I received their version of a chemical peel, which I would have never agreed to. The room was cold, so were the products.I attached pictures below. I feel like I was mistreated and stereotyped because of my race, I noticed how they treated the other customers who where Hispanic/Latino. I will never come here again and if you don’t fit there demographic, I wouldn’t recommend receiving spa services here either. I failed an official complaint with NYC Consumer Affairs and 311.

Had such a great experience! I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and I didnt think I would be able to take the pain of the wax as I had tried going to another place and was unable to take the pain after 5 minutes. Charo was absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable and kept asking through out the whole process if I was ok. I couldnt believe when she said we were done. When I say painless wax, its like 95% painless!

It was my fist time at the Narcisses spa ,Annabell was amazing ,she was really sweet and professional I’ll come back for more service .

I’m giving two stars because the massage I received was actually good, but when it came down to payment I was severely inconvenienced. My massage was two weeks ago and I’m STILL being inconvenienced by the lack of care in regards to my payment. I was told that Chase QuickPay would be a fast and easy way to pay my bill. I am trusting that those who work at the desk would double/ triple check to make sure everything is in order. She put in the email address and soon said she made a mistake and put the wrong email address and named “TABLE” as the recipient. I honestly thought I was being scammed. I immediately called chase and tried to get everything worked out. I ended up paying for the massage (again) by swiping my card and I am still actively dealing with claims from my bank. I am now out $260 because of this ordeal. I went to have a beautifully relaxing experience from beginning to end. I left there more stressed than I came in. I can’t confidently say that this wasn’t done on purpose, but I don’t see myself coming back to this establishment if something so simple can be messed up.

I found this place online, luckily it was close to where I live and I saw it had really good reviews so I checked out the website and made an appointment online for a manicure & pedicure with no problem. Once I get there I tell the lady I have an appointment she asked for what and I told her, for some reason she seemed a little lost but I figured that’s ok because no one ever really remembers all the appointments for the day. She checks the computer and finds my name. She asks if anyone knows about my appointment but no one seems to know. She goes to the back to find out. After a little while two other women tell me that the lady who was suppose to take care of me isn’t even there and if I want to wait I ask how long but they don’t know when she’ll be back. Then I’m asked if I made the appointment thru the website because apparently I wasn’t suppose to do it there (but I don’t understand why they would have a website with the option to book an appointment if it’s not the right way to do it, so how was I suppose to know? )then I’m told that they didn’t even check the computer or else they would of called me. (How do you go a whole day without checking the computer?) if I would of known earlier or if someone would of called me I could of made other arrangements. At this point I was already annoyed. They asked if I could come another day but I just told them I would go elsewhere. Never going back again!

I surprised my wife for her birthday with an all in one ( tune up,oil change and tire rotation ) ha ha ha ! !,, it was a full service massage head to toe, manicure and pedicure , hair, facial, and wine. She was there for 7 hours ,and she said it was the best experience ever . Good job ! Happy wife, happy life ! !

I have been waxing for more than 4 years and CHAROs hands are unique, everyone who waxes should come here. I do full body, although there is also a laser, I have always liked hair removal more and I love it. My eyebrow and mustache waxing is what I can show but the combination of vajacial and waxing is the end. I love their services and recommend them 100%.
