Could not say enough great things about beauty department! I’ve never had to wait for my apt always taken right on time! I always leave in love with my manicures done by Alisa. Previous places I’ve left so unhappy with the shape and ended up filing them at home on my own and Alisa gets the shape perfect every single time. I’ve had pedicures done with both Vika and Jane and they also come out perfect! All the staff I have had services with pay such close attention to detail. Highly recommend getting your beauty services down here :)

I have been coming to Marina for eyebrow shaping for over a year and each time the results have been magnificent. Marina is always professional, easy to talk to, and offers her great expertise in eyebrow shaping and tinting. I have a small scar under one of eyebrows and Marina suggested a permanent makeup procedure to make it less visible. I absolutely love the result! The result is a natural looking eyebrow. It definitely makes my daily makeup routine much easier and faster. The procedure was not painful and not long. I definitely recommend her for anyone who needs a great eyebrow expert!

Definitely the best place I ever went to for my nails. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly, the service is amazing as well. Vika does a great job at not only prepping your nails but also on the design and painting your nails. No matter how you want your nails to look like, she always make sure you leave happy with them. I have been coming to this place for years. Receptionist is always professional and ask me if I’d like refreshments or to use the restroom prior to my appointments. I have tried several lash techs here but For the last year or so I only book with Diana. Her isolation technique is on point and she’s quick! She knows what I like and my lashes last as long as I follow aftercare. I am a lash tech myself so I know how to care for them. The prices are expected for the quality of work. I have zero complaints. They have added different services I have yet to try but lashes are always good ! I go every 2-3 weeks and my natural lashes are still healthy! Thank you beauty department and Diana for maintaining my lashes. 💞 I think I will try nail services next!

I did lash extensions several time , really love the results. I switched to eyelashes lift because it’s much easier in care. My favourite master Rinata doing one of the best pedicure. For manicure Alisa and Vika also amazing, beautiful nails and long lasting results. Please keep in mind to do appointment for nail service in advance, because masters usually is booked unless some cancellation happened . The price point also on the high side, however the quality and service you will receive absolutely justified the price . My only recommendation to provide some sweets with tea or coffee to make experience even more great 🌸

Luckily today I was able to book an appointment.I didn’t get to grab the name of the person at the front desk but I felt nothing less than welcome. I was offered water and my jacket was hung before service. Lida was my lash tech and she made me feel comfortable. I appreciate how she understood what I wanted and executed it.The salon is clean and beautiful. I especially had my eye on the restroom wallpaper 😉.I’m already planning on returning, but I’ll see how this set lasts.

What i experience Today (Feb 4th) was not the best experience at all. My last appointment in November my lash tech was switched without my knowledge but I let it slide because other girl who did it did a good job. Today I decided to try that girl again and I was not satisfied with the outcome. While expressing my feelings and frustration she kept laughing in my face and gaslighting me. Once I noticed that she and the receptionist were laughing at me because I was crying due to my unhappiness I decided that I wanted to remove the lashes and they told that they would not be able to refund me my payment if I did the removal. Fine, so we settled on trying to fix the lashes but it was still NOT what I expected and I kept expressing how I like my pervious lashes from November just for her to tell me “well the current ones look better”, I wanted the service that I requested not her opinion. I didn’t ask for her opinion on what looks better. I normally book with Mariia like I always do since she always give me excellent service. on what looks better . I learned my lesson and I will never book her again and I will continue to book with Mariia.
