Dr. Cheng is extremely caring and knowledgeable.He really listens and his treatment is effective! I’ve seen him for a couple of conditions and he helped me a lot. Also, book a massage here! The women who do the massages are excellent, too!!!

I’ve been going here for massages for years and always have a great experience. Everyone is professional and the facility is incredibly clean and organized.I started doing acupuncture earlier this year to help with some nerve pain I’ve been having in my back and my neck, and so far the treatments have been very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

They are friendly and knowledgeable. But, most of all very clean. I do facial 2 month and massage one a month never saw it mess or dirty. I am so happy they are in my area.

My overworked body (avid skier, and sits at a desk for work), needs a deep massage. The masseuse can work out my tight back and any knots, definitely not one of those annoying light Swedish massages. After my ski trips, I like to come here so they can work on my sore legs. Place is very clean and Chen is accomidati.

Cheng is so experienced and professional. One of the best acupuncturist I’ve ever came across. He takes his time to check how you’re feeling, how his treatment is helping and what he can help with. Rush to Chengs right off the flight. Never hard sell on services or products. Always make me sleep like a baby and wake up rejuvenated. I love them so much!

I go every year and have not been disappointed. I really wish they were still king spa but I will take what I can get. Love them and if you havent tried the body therapy, you are missing out.

Dr. Zhang is a great acupuncturist and a very nice person. His office is clean, and overall a very peaceful environment. Ive been to two acupuncturists before I came to Zhangs practice and he is by far the best one. Definitely recommend him.

This place is amazing! Cheng does great job with acupuncture, he helped me many times with my nerve pain and sciatica. Highly educated and explains everything. I also go there for massages and I love them. Girls are great, they know how to do proper massage. Highly reccomend! Thank you guys ❤️

I went here today, it was my first experience getting a massage...and I feel so good that I had to write a review. There was no wait (I was late) but I called, and they were very accommodating. Kitty is a wonderful masseuse and made my experience very pleasant. All the tension in my shoulders has left the building! I would recommend this place if you need a massage and I am definitely going back👍.

This is my go-to for facials and massages. They are extremely professional and punctual. The place is super clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Ive always had a wonderful experience here!

This place is a gem! I tried acupuncture treatment for my nagging right ankle— after 3 sessions with Dr Cheng, the inflammation was greatly reduced. I’m glad to be back in the gym lifting lifting heavy on leg days again! Despite some soreness every now and then, it feels so much better than months ago. I will definitely revisit for more acupuncture sessions. Dr Cheng is attentive, mindful and asks the right questions.As for the massage treatments— my wife and I are so thrilled to find a place in the neighborhood we can visit regularly! We’ve been coming in monthly for 60 minute deep tissue massages. The masseuses are professional, and knows how to apply the right pressure!

The best body massage I ever got. I try to go once a month, and its always worth it. I also get accupuncture therapy and it takes my pain away after a few sessions. The service is top notch.

Finally got a massage since pandemic started. Great to get back to it. New location just wish the rooms were back. Curtains although black out curtains takes away from the calming experience a little. But still great value for the service.

Ive been coming here for acupuncture treatment for about 2 yearsAs someone who lower back arthritis I was having a lot of issues just walking and event sitting for long periods. The acupuncturist Cheng has been very helpful in not only helping me manage my pain but teaching me ways to better my body. He is super kind and accommodating. Compared to other people that were only interested in my money, Cheng actually cares and will make sure to help you with what needs you have while helping you figure out realistic expectations on how to improve your body for the better.

Nice experience. Cordial, timely and well done massage. I did prenatal deep tissue. My husband got a message too and enjoyed. Easy to deal with and nice place.Only giving 4 because the whole experience wasnt 5 star bliss. Cannot pinpoint a flaw exactly, just missing the extra touch.Priced really nicely for Brooklyn!

This place is my sanctuary. I work in a very high stress job environment. I am always well taken care from the Accupuncture sessions which puts me in a meditation sleep. Especially when I have migraines it’s better than any medication. The massages especially the hot stone and deep tissue are amazing. I appreciate everyone that works here so much. The atmosphere is totally zen and tranquil. Cheng himself is super kind, professional and attentive. I thank all of you for always taking care of me!!

Well, the host was nice so Ill give it 1 star for that. The Massage therapist was eating when I walked in. Presentation 101. Regarding the actual massage, I always have a problem when the massage doesnt feel complete or cover the whole body. The feet were untouched, as were the front part of my legs. And there were certain parts of the massage that just felt weird, like as if my bones werent in alignment. This massage seemed all mixed up compared to my experiences elsewhere. I will say that the temperature was even so I will give another star (2). I hate when massage places are cold. The massage therapist spent some time massaging me with a towel (which was a little rough) on top of my body. In this case, I would have preferred getting right to the oils and rolling away. Also, I just read another review (after the fact) about the tip being put in an unnamed envelope and possibly not getting to the massage therapist. And of course, I gave the tip to the host and who knows if the massage therapist got it now that I think of it. I dont understand all the 5s really but it is clean and quiet.

My husband and I come to this place for about 3 years. And I love their new interior design. After long day, massage is exactly what you need, and they know how to make it the right way so you will fall asleep and free you your mind.

When you walk in , you see that it is a very beautiful place. Very nice decorations ! The guy at the desk is so nice and so soft spoken it creates a wonderful vibe of relaxation. Now i that i have a rewards card here i will be coming back and racking up points. The prices are extremely fair compared to other places. The service is excellent , i always feel relaxed and happy when i come out. They listen to you , and care if you want it softer , or if they are going to hard you can mention it and they will go softer. It is an amazing place and i have been coming and going for about a year now!!!

When I visit NYC, this is my massage spot. I simply call and I’m always seen the same day. I ask for extra deep tissue and I get exactly that. I appreciate the hot towels to wipe off the massage oils. Facility is extremely clean. And you’re given sandals before entering the massage rooms. Ask for Linda if you need an extra deep massage!

The prices are great. Anti stress Massage and foot reflexology was very good. The environment was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The only con for me was they have no showers, after the body scrub they wipe you down with warm water and a washcloth.

Great place to go but make sure you make an appointment before going. They are always booked.Pros - Great atmosphere, I got a deep tissue massage and hot stone massage which made me feel great. Very friendly and hospitable. Easy to find and everyone was nice.Cons - No real issues at all. Loved everything about this place.I would go again.

Great experience. KITTY has hands of an angel. I got an hour facial for $60. Way well worth it, for I did not have much of an appointment they worked with meTHE MOST PAINFREE facial I have ever gotten In my life, and my face def needed some work. Professional, kind, place is bigger then it looks . They give you slippers to slide into and make you feel comfortable all the way through. Will definitely be back thankyou king spa.

Dr. Cheng is a professional, caring practitioner, I went in with lower back issues, sinus and mild vertigo after various sessions I was feeling great. My lower back was amazingly improved as well as my other issues.. wry important drink a lot of water ….

The place is clean, nicely decorated and unlike the usual Asian massage places. The front desk is also polite and professional. The massage itself is relaxing and on point. Will visit again.

I have been going to Cheng acupuncture since December with major pain in my shoulder. The US doctor wants to do surgery. By going to Cheng Acupuncture I have starting to get full motion and a lot less pain. I still need more treatments until I get to 90%. I highly recommend there services.

There are many Body Work massage parlors in Bay Ridge but there are significant variances in appearance, comfort, consistency, ad pricing. Massage is therapeutic and should be comforting and King Spa Bay Ridge offers a large menu of facials and massages that are much better than most other area Body Work places.The intimate space offers distinct rooms for privacy - walls instead of curtains. My brother tried their $90 deluxe massage with hot stones for 90 minutes. He was ecstatic. I go for a relaxation massage at $50 for 60 minutes. King Spa prices attract because they are just slightly higher than the bulk of Chinese body work places, with the qualities of less affordable spas.Possibly a key feature is that the staff speaks English. That helps you control the focus of your massage experience. Masseuses Ann and Angu are superb and consistently professional. The desk manager is cordial and inviting as well. Gathering points on a card allows for free services for repeat customers.If seeking a facial, body scrub, or massage, there are many places in Bay Ridge. King Spa on 5th Ave @ 80th Street is an oasis that I would highly recommend.

My wife and I gone here for a massage a few times. I noticed they ask if we can pay cash(we always pay with Card because this money will have to be declared in their taxes) if not, they suggest to leave tip in cash.I think this is illegal and should be checked by authorities. I also dont think they give the massager the respective tip as they are suppose to because they put the money in an unnamed envelop. In a normal practice, you tip the person at the moment or when you pay the bill. For this reason I wont support this place anymore and I would suggest you do the same until they IRS or the respective authorities investigate them.

The staff is friendly and the waiting area is very clean. Appointment time is honored so there is no waiting. Mr. Cheng is highly knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend their services.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. Good massages, she was happy with the body scrub, and they even let us switch a foot massage out for a facial from the package

If I could give you no stars I would. Unfortunately, you denied a friend access to your facilities because they were transgender. This is unacceptable and I will be sure to let everyone know they are not to give you any business unless you change your policies to accommodate the trans community.
