The owner was very kind and the prices were fare. My boyfriend and I received pedicures, the nail tech was gentle and detailed. We were 10 minutes late but she was super nice about it and accommodating. Will definitely return!

I DISAGREE 100% with anything above 2 stars. The pedicure was rushed, not sure why, I was the only customer in the salon.They didnt fully remove all the dead skin from the heel of my foot, and the polish started chipping a few hours later. For one pedicure, two people worked on my feet, then I was asked to tip them each individually. But wait...theres more!The morning I went, they opened 40 minutes late. After I had walked 9 blocks in 90* dry heat and waited outside, they never offered me water.Now, let me be very clear, its not about the cash, its about the service and quality of the work. Entice Nails refused to honor the Groupon, so I paid cash, plus a $10 tip for them to split, which they didnt deserve according to my standards. Thankfully, Groupon refunded my online payment.I do hope that they continue to grow, and do better always, not some days. Unfortunately I wont be around to see their progress. My experience at this nail shop was absolutely horrible. The worker was extremely rough with my nails. Despite arriving before another guest, she prioritized him, which was ridiculous. Not only did my nail work take longer than his, but she also failed to properly remove my cuticles or provide adequate care. My gel nails broke within a day, forcing me to return for repairs. However, her arrogant attitude and lack of skill made the experience even worse. I switched to Powder nails, but they broke again shortly after. Im extremely frustrated with the money I wasted here. Avoid this nail shop at all costs. Additionally, Im baffled as to why she lied about the nail price, charging me $35 for Gel nails when it was supposed to be $30

I never again the service is terrible. No remove the dry skin the job was horrible and charge me for remove my nail polish

Great pedicure and foot massage from Sarita. My legs are really relaxed and she’s very welcoming. Will be coming back with my friends and family for sure. Also right off the subway!

Terrible experience. so it happened that I had my nails for 5 weeks and I had an acrylic coating. I only asked to remove the cover. warned the master that there were painful sensations on one nail, so that she should act carefully with this finger. The girl did not have a special milling machine to remove the coating. She didnt report it. I just took a yellow paper card from the train and began to mercilessly mutilate the plate of my nails. I repeated three times for her to stop because it was painful. asked to just cut my coating with a saw. she started to do it, but the saw was old, it was very ugly. and then began to mutilate my plate again with the help of a yellow paper card from the subway. very bad master. I had to stop this horror and I flew out of the room with pieces of wood in my hands. to avoid conflict i paid but it was terrible. dont come there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldnt imagine that this was possible, she didnt have any special remover, there was nothing. just an old ugly saw and a train card. I am attaching a photo with which nails I just ran out of, because it was unbearable. very painful.

I came for a massage/therapy, as my back and shoulder hurt from lifting...ended up getting 2 hours of massage and The Paraffin Pedicure. Service was great and I will be back weekly.

I got the manicure done clear coat Very cheap price and fast I don’t mind coming here when I wanna save a few bucks. Sometimes there’s two people working most of the time it’s just her so be patient if she lonely taking care of someone else. Very nice lady!

If you need a cheap and fast REGULAR manicure and pedicure this is the place to go. I wouldn’t get anything else. I got my eyebrows wax and barely saw a difference. The lady is really nice but I won’t be going back.

I just did my nails here. Her name is Sarita , she did an amazing job! Looks and feels amazing !! Got an amazing hand massage and neck massage. They also offer for an extra charge a massage which I took and it was awesome!! Highly recommend this place !!! Very clean and peaceful!!

This is the WORST nail experience i have ever had. The reviews must be a lie because the service was not good. I came in to get a removal of gel x nails and potentially a basic manicure (pending time). The nail tech insisted on using a metro card on my gel x nails and when i asked her not to she took a metal tool and tried to scrape them off. She dug so deep my nail began to bleed and i asked her to stop. She still kept trying to do it even after it bled. Then i told her i would not be doing the manicure anymore and she removed a few cuticles and charged me for it anyway. I told her i should not have to pay for a basic manicure since i didn’t get it done. She insisted i did i just “didn’t get polish” so next time she’ll do my polish free. Honestly terrible experience, i will not be returning.

Totally Disappointed in the Service I was provided. Was also lied too! Only asked for a regular pedicure, was then talked into making a good review on here by the technician who Stopped my Pedicure to look at my phone as I wrote then submitted my Google review. She then proceeded to say shed give me a complimentary Mani for writing the review. She was veryy Rough with both my Feet and Hands. After everything was Said and done, she then charged me for a Mani & Pedi along with Extras that I never Asked for!! They do Not have good Business Ethics at all!

I had a great experience here as a first-timer. The gel mani-pedi service was simple and straight to the point. She was attentive to detail and continuously checked in on how I felt about the service.

Sarita was amazing. They worked so hard removing thick, uncomfortable gel nails and tips that I had done at another place. I got a beautiful gel shellac manicure, and there were so many colors to choose from. At the end I also got a wonderful 10 min massage. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Such a good price! My gel usually makes it to 3 weeks... if only my nails didn’t break before then (I have very brittle nails). I have seen customers leave for having to wait to long but I am happy to wait for the quality and price.

Dont go to this nail salon, you will be disappointed!! I came in for a dip powder manicure with extension tips and received a different type of manicure because additional staff wasnt available. The gel powder manicure was also poorly done!

They were friendly, but the service really lacked quality. In all honesty, my experience was quite unpleasant as the staff were rude and engaged in loud conversations in their native Indian language over the phone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the location was subpar and the nail technicians caused me discomfort throughout the manicure and pedicure process. Furthermore, some of my nails were not painted correctly, despite having paid $90, including tip, for a gel manicure and pedicure. Regrettably, I feel that even the tip was unwarranted, especially considering the reaction of the staff when I made the payment and the unexpected $3 credit card fee. All in all, providing a $14 tip for a subpar service and inflicting harm on a client is an act of goodwill that should be appreciated during the holiday season.I changed my review from 3 to 1 star, they cut me very deeply in my toe and now I am be dealing with an infection.

Hospitality of Sarita was amazing. She offered us coffee and a heater since it was cold outside. Gave us the WiFi password. However, came in for the Groupon offered $18 regular pedicure and was told not to pay there to pay in store. I ended up with a spending $40 on a gel pedicure set, and removal my previous gel pedicure. She didn’t ask me before hand if I had l to take off and never let me know over the phone that it would be an additional 5 dollars. Everything is done natural there so she took my gel pedicure off by filing my big toes and soaking them in foil with acetone. My smaller toes with filing and peeling with her nails. All in all my pedicure is nice, clean and will last. I just won’t be back.

My partner and I called late and they stayed open for us! They were still thorough and extremely nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. The staff is very nice but my nails were horrible. I asked for coffin shaped acrylics and they didnt know the shape. She shaped it pointy. She then tried to reshape the nail without applying a new one. I had to ask her to change it. Then I showed her a photo of what I was looking for and they still couldnt do it, another girl came over and tried shape it and she was warping them out of shape, so I actually took the file and shaped them myself. As well, before she applied the acrylic she was sanding down my nail beds so much it was burning and hurting, i told her please stop bc it hurts and she continued, after the 3rd time i asked her to stop, she finally stopped. After going through this, that same night my thumb nail broke in half so I glued it back on. Over the next 4 days 4 nails broke and I had to glue them back together bc I didnt have time to fix them properly.Now Ive had to find another place to get a new set. My pedicure also starting chipping after 2 days, which wouldnt even happen if I did it myself. It was really embarrassing to have nails that looked so bad and I really would like my money back. I feel sorry to write this review as the staff are kind but they really should know how to do their job.

Old school pedicure - just what I wanted. I was happy they didnt use a machine, and you didnt smell acrylic. Dont come here looking for new hotness, its not that kind of nail salon. Foot and leg massage was very relaxing. Kind older lady did my pedi. I pointed out the polish was streaked, but she didnt seem to notice. The owner saw the issue, spoke to her, and she fixed it with a 3rd coat. Crisis averted. I left happy.

New to the neighborhood and was just looking for a basic massage. Owner did my mani pedi. Stopped as soon as she started me to do someone else. Got a 10 min massage pedicure with my pedicure and she stopped at 6 minutes. Overall an okay job but very unprofessional. Not worth the cheap prices

They did amazing! It’s such a cute gem and the prices are great. When I walked in I was greeted by both the girls in the salon. They exfoliated and massaged my feet during the pedicure and then massaged my neck and back while my feet were drying. It felt so goood. My toes look amazing. I would definitely be returning. Also, they’re taking great precautions through these difficult times.

Called last second on a Sunday night and they were completely accommodating. Their customer service is above and beyond, and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere on a quiet street. They were super warm and friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only that, but they executed my aesthetic vision with such precision, I was in awe 😍

The girl here is very nice cant complain but her job says otherwise.. it was my first time coming here called before going asked if she did acrylic nails had said yes asked for prices seemed well.. once I got there she said she didnt do acrylic only manicure so didnt get anything done ..my pedicure she hurt me several times on my toe couldnt even put on my shoes because of how she hurt me did a gel pedicure its been a week and already peeled off ..I think she was just trying to make quick money

The girls here are very friendly and polite. They take their time and do a good, thorough job. Other salons rush you through and it’s hit or miss if you’ll end up with a good result. Here I always leave happy and never have to worry about if they’re doing a good job. Good prices and good service!

I dont like to give bad reviews. But I had a mani and pedi recently. It was not what i was expecting. It was a really bad job. I could have done it at home. It lasted only one week. The staff It is not professional. It was not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to any one. I dont know about other services but the gel nail polish is not the best. And it is not supposed to peel easily as it did.

If I can give it negative stars I would. It’s extremely dirty, the women was playing with her feet and did not wash her hands before service. She also went to use the bathroom and I know she didn’t wash her hands because when she came back her hands were dry not even a little moist. Her fingernails were filthy and so were the tools she was using. I had to leave immediately didn’t even end up getting anything done. It’s extremely hot and musty in there and overall just nasty no type of cleanliness at all please don’t go here unless you want to catch a infection.

I am so happy my friend introduced me to this place! You cannot beat the quality of work (especially the pedicure - never have my feet been so smooth) and the prices are excellent. The ladies are super sweet and hardworking. I see some complaints about having multiple staff involved/doing the mani and pedi at the same time - I thought that was a good thing! This is not a spa and we’re in nyc, everyone just wants to get on with their day, right? I really appreciate that I can get both done in record time if needed. And they accept Venmo - love them!

When I walked in on Monday afternoon, I clearly bothered the employees-- they rudely asked what I needed. Hello! I want to get my nails done, not order dinner. Its a nail salon. I should not have ignored this red flag. I wasnt welcome from the get-go. I returned the next day more hopeful because the inconsiderate staff member from the day before was gone. I got a manicure and pedicure, but in the interest of rushing me out ASAP they did my manicure at the same time as my pedicure, so I couldnt supervise filing. Now my nails are too long and the shaping does not match! To top it all off, I could have done better polish myself without a UV lamp or drying agent. Its already chipping it off. Skip Entice Nails.

Great nails spot. My gel mani went well but the matte finish was a little tricky to get right. I also got henna, which the lady was good at but a few little mistakes here and there...overall highly recommend :) fairly priced too!

I walked in there just to ask a question as soon as I walked in the ladies seemed as if I bothered them I was only able to get out how much before one lady yelled out we don’t do that here without me even finishing my question. I just felt uncomfortable and walked out mind you I live across the street!!!!! LITERALLY from them and they got nerves to treat ppl that way. Also I have notice they don’t take a lot of BLACK WOMEN who do come there they always turn them away!!!!!

I use to go to Primp n Polish but since stopped to save $. Entice Nails does an excellent, detailed gel mani ($25) and pedi ($20) for such a good price. Its 15% off right now because its the grand opening so hurry before that ends. The salon isnt super fancy and they dont have jet pedicure stations or massage chairs but Im willing to compromise to save $40 per visit. Rose is the sweetest, I suggest asking for her!

I could not be happier with my nails. Very professional, and most importantly so quick! In about 30 min my hands were looking fresh. Prices are unexpectedly low. I had to double check if I heard it right : $25 for gel manicure?? Yes!!! And I got a free massage at the end. The owner was very sweet. Thank you !!
