Lash lift was so bad, unskilled, unprofessionalAt other lash places, the staff would usually first ask what type of curl I want. But here, the staff just started right away without asking anything. When it was done, the lift was so subtle/unnoticeable that there wasn’t even much difference than before. Also the curl shapes are so inconsistent as you can see in the photos. Chunks of glue& sticky tape residue weren’t even cleaned properly afterwards so I had to spend several min at home removing them. And they still wanted tips. What a joke. I really wanted to like this place after seeing many good reviews, but the staff was simply unprofessional. Go somewhere else for lash lifts

I ride for Lily who offers one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She has a way of finding those knots! The price is affordable and setting up appointments via text is a dream. I always find the staff professional and accommodating. I recommend this spa to all my coworkers and friends!

Tiana & Eva are amazing. First time here with my babe and he booked it for us. We both been having back issues due to working so much and not sleeping the best. But today was so great. 1 hour massage from Groupon has made us a regular customer in the upcoming days. They focus on wherever you are having back issues & go as heavy or light you like! I found this place on group on and I got three separate services from them. Nails, facial and eyelashes. The facial was great and I really liked it, the manicure not so much because it was a dry manicure but the nail polish used was really nice and fast drying. I had some issues with the eyelash extensions because I didnt get the shape that I requested. But once I let them know they called me back and scheduled a new time for me to come in and them fix it at no cost. I was really happy with the lashes when they fixed it. They where exactly how I wanted them. There was a misunderstanding with the tipping situation but the receptionist cleared it up.

For sure, one of my top favorite spots for nails and lashes. My manicurist, Hiru, did an excellent job on pruning my nails and everything. Would definitely give all my trust to her with manicuring and eyelash extensions, which I also highly recommend everyone that wanted to get their lashes done here. Hiru and Yuki knows it all.

I came here for an exfoliated facial and it was a great experience. Lily really paid attention to my skin and adjusted the facial that would suit my skin type the best. For example, she would give me extra moisturizer and turned on a steaming/humidifier device for my dry skin. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating as well. The prices are reasonable too! Would def come here again. :)

I can’t describe my experience. Mimi was my masseuse and facialist. Honestly this was the best massage I’ve had. She went above and beyond and it seems like the establishment does the same. I came in with a Groupon and they added on a free hot stone massage to the general massage. Mimi spent over an hour working my body. So incredible. After she gave me a deep pore cleansing massage - there was a face massage component, gua sha etc. I’ll definitely be back and include both in my regime!!

Used a Groupon to get aCouples massage with a friend who was in great need of self care! It was your typical Chinese spot, clean, newish, slightly mysterious. They took us up to the large super private room, which was nice and quiet away from the single rooms down this long corridor and then up. Our ladies did a great job and everyone, except for the guy at the front desk, was super nice. He was fine, but I don’t really like seeing men working at these places. Always seems a little sus when there’s a man greeting you with slight rudeness at a “spa”. But we got great massages and the facilities were great. Would totes go back!!

Found this offer on Groupon and thought I’d give it a try. I called and booked an appointment for 1 hour massage. I arrived and waited a couple minutes then was seen for my appt. I asked for deep tissue and the pressure was pretty good, the oils felt nice. I will say that it was backside only, I was not asked to turn over which I found odd since every other massage I’ve had elsewhere they ask you to turn over. Not a huge deal since most of my tension was in my back side. Would have liked more glute/hip since I run a lot and that area gets tight. I’ll ask next time.I also booked a mini facial. I never had one before so this was a first time experience. Lots of serum, oils, creams being put on my face and massaged. 30 min was enough for me then a sheet mask for 15 min at the end. My skin was nice and soft afterwards! The staff here were courteous and expedient. I may try another one of their services next time.

She went on vacation I was contemplating not going back until she returned. They assured me that everyone was just as good. I agreed to go to someone else, Hiru, and she was just as great. She was fast, which I like, but more importantly they came out beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants pretty long lasting lashes. By the way, their massages are good too. 7/2/2024I’ve been going to this business for about 10 years now and will never step foot in there after today.I went in for a refill for my lashes, which I didn’t really need. As soon as I got in, they tried to convince me that I needed a new set, and I had no issue with it. My appointment was for 12 PM, first strike This is a spa, other technicians shouldn’t be walking in and out talking so loudly. Second, I couldn’t relax because my technician was too busy studying for her citizenship test, and it was blasting in my ear. , The technician got up and left me three times. The last time that she left me, I timed her for over 10 minutes, and she took advantage of the fact that she thought I was sleeping. When she walked in, she told me that I only had five minutes left when she barely worked on my left eye! I got up and left without her finishing! You’re not going to play me for stupid! horrible customer service.They don’t care about customer service, all they care about is money. They’re too busy trying to shove packages down your throat.—————————-Ive been going to Natural Beauty Spa for over 6 years. CiCi and Ivy are amazing with lashes!! and the lashes last for a very long time. The massages and facials there are amazing as well, I definitely recommend.

My Girlfriend and I Groupon’d a couple massage. The Spa did a great job confirming our appointment when we called. The area it’s located is nice with a lot of shops nearby. The Spa itself is very nice set up. We arrived, confirmed our names for appointment, got asked if we needed to use the restroom before entering massage room which was thoughtful, once we entered were told to get undressed to our underwear then proceeded to lay on the beds. The room was very pretty definitely set the mood, our masseuse’s Lee Lee and Alina were very good at finding tension spots and listening to any inquiry we had. If ever uncomfortable they quickly adjusted, we would definitely return again!

I have been going to Ivy for my lashes for almost two years now. Her hands are blessed!! Rarely do my lashes fall out. I have gone over a month without a fill and they are still full and look like I got them done a week ago. My real lashes are still long and healthy which is a huge plus for me. She is so gentle with your eyes, always caring and attentive. I found them on groupon and was a little nervous because I have heard horror stories of trying new lash techs. I am so thankful I gave her a chance because shes absolutely AMAZING! I get the mink 3D and I ask her for a wispy cat eye look.

5 Stars. Yuki is very very good. I came for a Deep Cleansing Seaweed Facial and she did an amazing job. Cleaned out every blackhead and every whitehead. She also cleared out my pimples and recommended a product that would work for my skin. She took her time and was very thorough. My skin feels very smooth after the treatment. I will be coming back. The store is also very clean and the staff are polite and treat you well. Quiet and relaxing place. Again, I will return !

I received a massage by Eva today and it was spectacular! She naturally knew what do and my body feels impeccable afterwards. She consistently checked on me to make sure she did not apply to much pressure and it was very accommodating. Not to mention the environment feels very homey and is clean as well!

I go to this Spa for different services and everytime I come they are friendly and the service is great. The massages are great post work out. Facials makes my skin so soft. I also got last extensions for the first time and it looked great in photos. It is also nice that they speak fluent English since my Chinese is very limited and many of the other businesses in the area dont. I feel comfortable here and would definitely come back.

I visited on a whim, bought a Groupon and hoped it worked out. My lash technician was Ivy and she did the best natural lashes Ive ever had the pleasure of receiving! I have hooded eyes and need curly lashes; Ive gone to Midtown, Canal Street and more places for individual lash extensions and these are by far the best lashes Ive ever received. The strands are wispy, look beyond real and Ivys lash placement is perfect. I will be coming back to hopefully be a regular

I found this place on groupon. This was my first time coming here for my birthday. I called early afternoon to see if there was an opening for today. They were fully booked but still took my information down just in case there was an opening for later on. I was messaged an hour & a half later to be scheduled. They were very accommodating. The receptionist was very helpful. Alina took her time answering every question I had and assured me shed take great care of me. She kept her word. The hot stone massage and seaweed facial produced great results. I saw a major difference in my skin right after the facial. All of the staff were respectful and very professional. plan on coming back. Secured future sessions.

Im never going back to this establishment again. I had the worst massage ever! I dont know the name of the technician I had but she was definitely one of the older ladies. She began by covering my body with a towel and proceeded to massage me through the towel. After about 5 minutes, I asked her will she use oil on me and she replied oil is an extra $10. Knowing that I wasnt going to pay for oil, I replied, OK. I had to tell her a couple of times that she was being to rough. Causing more discomfort than pleasure. I knew after about 15 minutes I was not coming back here. Ive had many massages and never experienced such terrible treatment. Never have I given a bad review from a massage. The fact that most of the reviews are 4 or 5 stars should have been an automatic red flag being that they probably delete the bad reviews. Save your money because this place is a definite no!

The treatments here are fantastic. I have b en a member here for more than 15 years, starting at the other address. The girls are great! I recommend the body polish and seaweed facial. The only thing I don’t like is sometimes it is noisy. I have to remind them. But the price and service trumps the noise.
