New owner as of yesterday - and he’s great. Really nice and friendly. Bought one extra and he took the tax off. Recommend.

Was charged Wall Street prices. $41 for two fake vapes LMAO.One was broken as soon as I opened it. I brought it back to exchange for a new one, but that one also died after a few hit.Easily the worst smoke shop in the whole borough.

My partner and I were shopping around the store when we found their cat. As we went to pet them, the person running the store aggressively came to us and rudely kicked us out for no apparent reason!Checking the reviews, it looks like there is a pattern in the behavior the owner shows towards specific type of people. Just as a note, my partner is Asian.If you want to be potentially racially profiled come here. Otherwise there are 100+ other smoke shops to choose from.

Mostly good and friendly. There are some issues but not their fault and they usually respect if something was sold damged.

Terrible, rude owners. Come here if you want to be yelled at like a child. What a ridiculous experience. Avoid this overpriced place!

Don’t give them your money. They tried to overcharge me $18 for a purchase, when I called them on it, they smiled and just rambled. Don’t let them use Williamsburg to spread hate.

They sell fake elf bars for full price. They don’t work and you can’t get a refund

Nice staff (possibly owner?) that helped me with some vaping purchases like coils, replacement glass and e-juices. They have a nice selection of goods and glassware as well. These guys are great and will def hook you up with good packages. Prices are a bit steep but the convenience and service is worth it.Close to the Bedford stop on the L. I recommend checking them out. One of the better smokes shops in Brooklyn!

Ive been to several vape shops in the city who have fruity/kiddy flavor vape juice. This place has flavors I actually like. Soon as I saw their inventory I connected with several flavors. Ive never experienced before entering a vape shop and saying I want that flavor, oh wait theres more that I like. Their prices were good and service was friendly. Im happy with my purchases. No regrets or thoughts of how I compromised.
